My wife and I have been using H&H Transportation for a few years now. Probably the biggest reason is because of the driver. Ham is always on time, super courteous, and we always engage in great conversation during our ride. He gives us a courtesy call the day before our trip, and is just a pleasurable time during my airport rides. A company is nothing without great staff, and apparently you have the absolute best. Kudos to Ham and H&H Transportation!

My wife and I have used H&H Transportation Service numerous times to and from the Phoenix/Mesa airports. We have been extremely pleased with the service. Ham is always very professional, courteous and always on time when arriving at our home, even when we have very early morning flights. Also appreciate Ham going over a list of items (keys, phone, charge chords, etc.) ensuring we have what we need before we head to the airport. We will continue to think first of H&H Transportation service for our travel needs.

Ham is a delight to work with and tries very hard to accommodate a request to and from the airport. I know he juggles his schedule multiple times during the day due to late/delayed landings and takeoffs, but he never seems frazzled, is always polite, cheerful with a great smile! He is very reliable, friendly, professional and courteous and my first "go to" for transportation. The vehicles he uses are in superior condition and clean inside and out! I personally LOVE the white 1990 Lincoln!! I have recommended him to all my family and friends!

I normally do not write reviews but Ham (the gentleman who shuttled us from the airport) was such a kind and decent individual that I wanted to take a moment to recommend his service. Our flight was delayed a couple of times. He could have told us to take a taxi but stayed to make sure we made it safely to our destination. the ride was very comfortable and smooth. This was my first time using Ham he was on time both ways but my mom who is almost 98 has been using him for the last 3 to 4 years and he takes such good care of her, gets her a wheelchair and checks her luggage for her when leaving and when she arrives gets her luggage for her and takes her to the car. My brother and I needed a ride to the airport from his home in Chandler Solera Community. We talked to Ham one of the owners of the business and set a time to pick us up. He call us the day before we left to verify our pickup time. He also call us 1/2 hour before our pickup time that he was on his way. Ham is an excellent driver and got us to the airport on time. He told us to call him when we landed from our return to the airport. When we landed we call Ham and he was on his way. What surprised us is that he met us at the baggage claim area and took our baggage to the car. I would recommend H&H Transportation they are very reliable and you can count on them. If you intend to make your flight, I strongly suggest this company. The driver, Ham, is ALWAYS on time, not a minute early or a minute late. I don't know how he does it but it sure takes the stress out of the travel day not having to deal with "no shows". Not only is he reliable, but courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. Ham, the owner operator, is customer service oriented from first contact all the way through drop off. He is a great conversationalist and friendly as can be. He is over the top helpful with getting your luggage in his transport vehicle and making sure you are comfortable with good AC and a SAFE and comfortable ride. Ham actually came to the baggage claim to meet us with a cart! Then he escorted us as he wheeled all of our luggage to his vehicle which was less than a 2 minute walk! He has the kind parking spot! I have nothing against the other 2 companies that start with U and and in ber and start with L and end in yft, but I don't think I will ever use them again with H&H in my speed dial now... Ask for Ham, he is the best!

Last time he called me the day in advance to say his van's Air Conditioning had broke down so he was bringing his Lincoln Town Car. At that time, he got all four of our large suitcases in the trunk! Sorry this review is late and is for Christmas Day. H&H service is very good. We called Hamm as soon as we landed and he was on his way. Called again once we were through luggage claim and he was there within minutes at Mesa Airport. Hamm is very nice and pleasant to talk to. Mr Ham confirmed our flight plans with us the night before, was right on time picking us up, loaded all the luggage for six of us complete with carseat and a stroller, and took us to the airport. Once there he helped unload us at the curb like we ask for, and I said I would call him on our return as soon as we landed. Five days later, we landed, I called and he was on the way already. He was waiting for us in the baggage area with a baggage cart and helped us to his car loading all our bags again. He was patient with the little kids, and fun to visit with. Super Bowl Sunday--no Uber or Lyft in sight and I needed to get to the airport! The first taxi company had me listening to hold music for ten minutes before I gave up, the second company had no one available. H&H? I recently evacuated from Florida to Arizona just before Hurricane Irma hit south Florida. I arrived at the Phoenix airport 1 1/2 hours late, but Ham (whom I'd never met) was there, found me on the baggage level, waited until I'd collected my luggage, loaded it into his car and drove me 40 miles to Gold Canyon, AZ. The resort there had recommended him. I had no other way to get there. He was friendly, courteous and professional and I felt that I was in good hands. We communicated well. He always answered his cell phone right away and assured me that he'd get me to my destinations on time, which he did. I had four other occasions to use him during that two week period: 1 and 2) to and from the Mesa Gateway airport at Enterprise Car Rental, 3) back to Gold Canyon and 4) from Gold Canyon at 6:30 AM to the Phoenix airport. I was pleased again with him for being prompt, courteous, friendly, helpful and concerned about my being a senior woman traveling alone.
