Because my father-in-law needed additional support to get in/out of the vehicle, our driver made sure he was readily available and took us to spots that he knew my family would enjoy. That doesn't necessarily mean I'm some kind of expert but I can say that I've used several limousines over the years for a variety of events. This last Friday I was part of a group that used Arizona Sedan and Limousine for a bachelorette party in Scottsdale. I can tell you this. The limousine was incredibly nice and luxurious. The driver was a complete professional. And the service was simply the finest limousine service I have ever had the opportunity to ride with, period. I will definitely recommend this fine Scottsdale limo service to all of my friends and associates.

Two things I like tremendously about Arizona Sedan and Limousine is that I get multiple car options with one phone call. The second one is that the drivers are ALWAYS punctual and courteous. Each time I call for a car the driver contacts me the night before and lets me know his/her name and lets me know the planned time to pick me up. I get a call when the driver is on the way so I don't have to panic when suddenly the car pulls into the driveway. The service will take you anywhere you want to go in the State, and sometimes beyond!

I rented the Yukon Denali Stretch Limo for my daughter's birthday and not only were her and her friends impressed, but so were all of the parents! The limo was clean, stocked with water and snacks, and the limo driver was sooooo professional and patient with the children. He let them listen to the station of their choosing. We hired Arizona Sedan and Limo for our wedding in Flagstaff in September, and they were more than happy to send a 36 seater shuttle on the bumpy dirt road back to our venue, as well as all over town. The overall service was great! The driver (Stacy) was extremely friendly and responsive, the shuttle was clean and fit everyone easily. The only caveat that I had with the service was the communication leading up to the wedding. I had sent an email the week before the wedding, and I was told they assign drivers 24 hours before the event. I received an automated email the afternoon before the wedding reminding us of the reservation, but no driver was specified. I responded asking about the driver, and got a response with a name and number about 8 hours before the reservation was scheduled to start. One we got the name and phone number, we were able to get everything coordinated, but the delay added extra stress to an already stressful day. Beyond that hiccup, I would still recommend this company as their driver was wonderful and everything went smoothly during the event.
