I am a frequent traveler/ flier for work and with the limited economy parking I started using Wally Park. While the drop off and shuttle to the airport is timely, the shuttle service for pick up back to my car is entirely too long....20-40 min. In the time I see one wally Park shuttle bus, I see 3 economy, 3 parking spot and 3 jet stream shuttle buses. If Wally Park doesn't get this fixed, I will need to take my business elsewhere.

I dropped something from my wallet in my rush to park my car and grab the shuttle. I realized it was missing as I was sitting in the terminal waiting for my flight. I called the office and spoke to Andrew and asked him if he could see if the item had dropped outside of my car. Andrew quickly went to my parking spot and confirmed the item was inside my car. This gave me peace of mind knowing it was safe and sound while on my trip. Kudos to Andrew for going above and beyond!

They were friendly and professional. They picked us up immediately at our car so we didn’t have to walk to the front and wait. The drive to the airport was quick and the bus was clean. They also give you the ability to tip using Venmo which was convenient. They have an app that you download so when you get back from your trip you are able to text them to let the drivers know where and when to pick you up.

As soon as I parked my car, Barry the shuttle driver pulled up in seconds, hopped out the shuttle immediately to assist with my bags. Barry was friendly and very courteous. Once I made the reservations online, getting in was easy, and a shuttle was ready to take us to the airport moments after parking. After I got back from my trip, I texted for a shuttle and it arrived a few minutes later at the airport. Upon getting to my car, my battery was dead, but the manager (Kendall) was able to jump my battery without any issue. I am extremely thankful for both Kendall’s help in a tough spot, and for such ease in parking my car these past two weeks. I 100% would use WallyPark again in my future travels! -David S

Excellent staff and customer service. We arrived at Philadelphia PA on 7/29/2022 @4:00am and were immediately met picked up by the shuttle bus and male driver. The driver was very kind and helpful with directions to where we needed to go and he helped my husband get all of our luggage loaded. We arrived back to Philadelphia on August 6th 2022 at approximately 11:45pm. We texted the Wally Park shuttle service at zone 3 and waited approximately 5 minutes and were met with a smiling female driver. She was Extremely helpful and helped us load our luggage ( their were 5 of us). This is a great shuttle service and it so close to the Airport. We will Definitely be using Wally Park for all future visits!!!

I have been coming here and using their service for a year now. Time and time again I am greeted by the same Friendly face , a lady named Wanda. I arrived one evening .. lost.. flustered and just about in tears bc I was about to lose my flight. Wanda calmed me down… guided me and made my experience at this place more than just a visit to a parking lot. This is what customer service is about. She went out of her way to help me and I can’t thank her enough. What may have been just another day at work for her turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me and my kids. I use this parking lot every month now and they are SO reliable. I highly highly recommend them and their staff. Especially if you’re lucky enough to run into Wanda at the front desk! I’d like to personally thank Kendall and Rick for their above and beyond customer service! One of my family member’s luggage was accidentally left outside of our vehicle in the Wallypark parking lot. Of course we didn’t notice until we arrived to the busy airport with less than an hour until boarding time. Rick, our shuttle driver, immediately offered to go back to retrieve it. We stood outside anxiously waiting for the shuttle return. Kendall the parking lot attendant used her personal vehicle and personally found us, and we were able to board our flight on time. The wife and I used your service over the Thanksgiving Holiday on our return trip, we’re in our late 60’s. Your driver Andrew took especially good care of us explaining what we needed and how to exit the property. We were a little longer at the gate trying to find our card. With closing of PHL Econo Parking lot, I have resorted to using Wally Park. I will advise planning a extra 15-20 minutes to your travel if parking in one of there convenient lots. The pick from your parking spot along with travel to the terminal in a shuttle does add a few extra minutes your travel. Reservations can be made online as well as upon arrival to the lot. The average cost is 45.00 for a weekend trip, 19.95 per 24 hour time frame, additional fee will be added. You will be provided with a ticket with your parking spot number and the pick up contact info when you return. So park and enjoy your trip, and don't forget to TIP your driver.

Been using wallypark for a long time now . A little pricier than some of the other lots but the service and location make up for it for short stays . Nice clean shuttle buses and almost never have to call when I arrive as they are almost always passing though picking up passengers

All 4 of these stars go to Javon. I rarely post Google reviews, maybe 3 total?, but at 4am last Wednesday, Javon went out of his way to help us get into the lot. We had a 5am flight to Canada and the lot was dark, another guy ignored our honk for help and kept walking. A few minutes later, Javon came over without us even asking, I guess he noticed we were starting to panic and I was in the process of paying a second time on my phone so we wouldn't miss the flight. He was ridiculously nice, not only in getting us in the lot, but on the drive to the airport. Super friendly with everyone on the bus and went out of his way to help people. Who is our driver on the return? Javon! Who once again exhibited patience and professionalism at 12am while people boarded with no idea where there cars were parked, lol. Ticket? what ticket? "Don't worry, we'll find your car" he said in such a clam and reassuring manner. I work a part time job in retail. I understand how dealing with people on a regular basis can be and how they wear you down. Not Javon, just a really nice guy and a great experience.

This was my second time using Wally Park at PHL & I could not be happier with both of my experiences! It is VERY easy to find, VERY close to the airport & VERY reasonably priced (in my opinion), but what really made it all so outstanding were the shuttle drivers. They immediately saw me when I parked, & after giving me a minute to get all of my stuff out of the car, they were right there to pick me up at my parking space. Didn't have to walk to them, they came to me. When I returned home at a very early hour of the morning, I simply texted them at the number they provided me & within 5 minutes, the shuttle was there to pick me up. They dropped me off right at my parking spot AND they dealt with loading & unloading my large, 50 pound suitcase onto & off of the shuttle bus. The driver even walked it over to my car when he dropped me off! All of those little thoughtful, thorough details & kindnesses added up to another wonderful experience using Wally Park! I highly recommend them to anyone & everyone!

Nicely organized, they give you a card to help you remember your spot. I love their app for easy entry and exit as well as texting for a pick up shuttle from the airport. My driver took my luggage from the shuttle and offered to place them in my car. Very courteous service.

Great 1st time experience with Wally Park. Van picked me up as soon as I parked in the lot and I think I was at the airport in 5 minutes or less. Upon my return, they arrived in about 5 minutes after I called. You can’t beat that. Plus the drivers were very courteous and the van very clean. I will definitely be using them again.

The level of customer service here is unmatched! We’ve used this parking location several times and always had good experiences - quick pick up, nice drivers, handle your luggage. But this time, our battery was dead and gas empty when we returned and our driver Kendall excelled. She gave us a jump and when we discovered the gas was also empty, she actually drove us to the nearest gas station with a spare container she had! And then proceeded to troubleshoot the gas tank with us until all was figured out and we were safely back on the road. All of this in the cold winter night. We will continue to use this place solely based on this act of going above and beyond, and we hope that Kendall is recognized by the company for her outstanding service and friendliness.

Aggravated by the extensive wait time to get picked up at the airport! Many, many other parking shuttles went by several times. We tried to call and fot their answering machine of course so we waited approximately a half hour or more for the shuttles to come. We were exhausted from traveling. Shuttle driver was very nice and dropped us right off at our truck. Confusing parking lot to get back out of with little to no signage to point you in the right direction. Reasonable but due to the wait we will most likely try a different parking service. It's a shame because we used to see several more shuttles out then other providers but obviously they cut back!

I was worried about using wallypark because of some of the reviews however, I had a great experience. My car was safe and I was dropped off and picked up in a timely fashion. Remember to take a picture of the spot your in so the driver knows where to go it helps.

Returning from a trip, I was waiting to get a shuttle from a Wally competitor to leave. The competitor nearly ran me down rather than pick me up. The Wally driver stopped to inquire about my well- being and pick up passengers. He was ....friendly, welcoming and helpful to everyone boarding the shuttle! Very professional and the polar opposite of the “pre” shuttle I have used. I saw Wally twice as often picking up passengers & was impressed enough to post this review and will be using them in the future.

On a recent dark and rainy night Kendall was a shining star! She was so very pleasant to every rider :) helping riders load our suitcases big and small into the bus rack. Kendall easily told us the route she would drive and we all got to our vehicles safe and sound. Thank you! Wally park is easy breezy and you can find a groupon to reduce the cost even more. Quick, easy and priced ok. Have your reservation confirmation barcode ready when u pull up to the gate if you prepay. Just scan and go. Plenty of shuttles waiting for you. Drivers were the nicest and accommodating...BOTH of them which is soooo rare in Philly. Returning, no need for us to call because we were able to send a text but a shuttle was already coming!!

Meh. It's cheap because its not very good.. the text system they use for pickups apparently does not work at all..we waited 45 mins then called over and over and over until someone finally called us back to ask what we wanted. Then they almost charged us a late fee because we were 30 minutes late. My car wasn't broken into or damaged, but Im used to economy airport parking, where I get that for $11 instead of 80 for a weekend.

Very friendly staff. I was picked up by the shuttle in under a minute. When I returned during pm rush hour ( 5:30) the driver messaged me to let me know he was running a little late, but I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes. Got dropped off right at my car and was on the road quickly. Thank you.

Service was amazing. I made a minor boo boo on entering but they fixed it and treated me and my daughter with respect from the moment we entered the van till we got to the terminal. On return called the number once I got off the plane and by the time I was at baggage claim they were there. Dropped me off at my car and gave me and my daughter a bottled water. Found a Groupon and price was beyond expectations. Will definitely use again on my next trip.

They pick you up right at your car and even take the bags from the trunk. It was pouring rain so that was a really nice gesture. They deliver you righ tot he terminal, take your bags to the curb. Pick up is easy. Just call the number provided, hand the card to the driver and he takes you right toyour car. my only improvement suggestion is the text message pick up request was not replied to when i used it. i had to call. Been using them for since they started.

I am so happy about my experience at WallyPark a few weeks ago! My mom drove my car to the airport for a business trip. I was flying in for a business trip, so I asked her to leave the car at WallyPark. Once, I arrived at WallyPark; my car key didn’t work. I walked to the office, and the gentleman came back to my car to figure out what was wrong. He tried everything and since it didn’t work. We went back to the office. He looked for a spare key fob battery and replaced mine, but that still didn’t work. Another worker and himself tried to check it out (in the pouring rain), but there was no success. Kendall also tried to figure out why the car wouldn’t start. Kendall hopped on the internet to find a 24-hour car repair shop. I was on the car with my insurance company to figure out what to do since I lived about 120 miles from the airport, and my conference was another 120 miles away in the morning. Kendall called about five different mechanics to ensure I made it on my way, but I also that I wasn’t being duped in the cost of repair. Patriot Locksmith came and saved the day. Kendall stayed with me until the mechanic was able to reprogram my car and made sure I was good to go! I am so grateful for my experience at WallyPark, and I plan to use them every time I fly out of Philadelphia International Airport. Thanks so much to Kendall and the team. Kendall is an example of a true leader. Great place. If you're looking for customer service and a team who will go above and beyond, be sure to use WallyPark!

We arrived at 3:30am and had a shuttle waiting for us immediately. The driver took our bags and made polite conversation on the way there. After arriving back in the airport and calling a ride we were picked up within 5 minutes. Again the driver was polite and took our bags. Upon exiting the park I informed the attendant I lost my ticket, but she was able to find my info and accept my groupons. As she totaled it up I made a comment to my passenger about needing to stop for a drink as the trip left me very thirsty. The woman at the booth handed me 2 bottles of water with my recite. I was very impressed with the service after reading some horror storys.

I've tried a number of different parking options for Philly International and have to say that Wally Park is the best. Just 5 minutes from terminal A, I've never had a problem finding a spot, never had to wait for a bus and the drivers are always helpful. On the way back, I've called after getting my luggage and never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a ride back.

This place is hard to do someone takes your credit card when you come in they give you a slip where your car is parked if you don't have that slip it's a hard time to get back once you pick up the shuttle the shuttle gives you a hard time about where to be dropped off at and the overall experience was just a little bit harder than it needed to be upon leaving you stick your credit card back in and it takes a long time people behind you beeping instead of just recognizing your credit card again or saying this is what you owe it takes you through a bunch of different screens that you got to be able to touch by your car to get to the right screen I was not happy with the place it was over $50 I was only there really two days and an hour

In Philadelphia, generally quick service from their lots to the airport. Most of the drivers are friendly and helpful often helping you on and off with bags. Loyalty program helps with free parking for vacations or other trips to the airport. Only down side is they are generally slower to pick up at the airport for transport back to the parking lots than many of the competition. Generally it's the "four for one" rule. You will see four of the competition's vans before the Wally Park van arrives. Also, if you are coming in on Terminal F, do yourself a favor and walk over to Terminal C to pick up the van. The Wally Park vans, especially on Friday afternoons and evenings are often full by the time they reach Terminal F.

Do not park under the tree which is near the left side entrance. It dropped sap all over our car and it took quite alot of work to get it off. There should not be a tree dropping sap in a parking lot like this. I sent a problem note/comment to the WallyPark people, but I have not heard anything. Otherwise, the service/convenience was great....

Very easy parking. Affordable and good customer service. Some confusion over where shuttle picks you up in the lot (I arrived at night and had never been there before) so I didn’t get a ticket. But staff helped me out so it was not a bad experience.

It's OK. It's close, but when they originally opened years ago they were very fast with pick ups and drop offs which I felt was worth the extra cost they were charging. Now pickups are noticably longer then just about every other parking service around the airport and less shuttles moving around for drop offs. It's not worth the price anymore

Very efficient and friendly staff. Heads up, you need to text the car parking lot when you return and you will need a pen to write down the number. Also, don't delete your email receipt or you can't get out of the lot.

The ONLY reason why I use Wally Park PHL (besides it being the most convenient to the airport) are the great drivers - Iris (safe driver, so conscientious and fun), Victor (safe driver, always kind and happy), Andrew (safe driver, and calls everyone "sweetheart" - HE is a sweetheart), and Badr (safe driver, and is a gentleman, always). I don't know the name of the drive who always has classical music playing....very nice and pleasant. Wally Park, these employees are your brand, and they really are the best and MAKE YOUR REPUTATION GREAT - please give GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!!!!!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Location is ideal. Service has started to slip a bit over the years. They used to offer water on exit, but no more. Lot needs paving attention. However, pick-up was quick and driver was attentive and friendly.

This is one of the parking lots I use at PHL. The service is quick, there are usually lots of buses running. My only complaint is that that the parking spaces are very narrow, especially for someone who drives a truck.
