Sterling Limo was fantastic to work with. The transportation aspect of my wedding was the most stressful part to me (getting the wedding party and guests from place to place on time) and we ended up changing our pickup and drop off locations and times a few different times as a result. That was not a problem for Sterling Limo! They were always professional, kind, and courteous. Not only that, they were super responsive via both email and phone call, and even scheduled a call with us the week before the wedding to ensure they had all of the details correct. On the day of our wedding, the buses were early, the drivers were incredibly courteous, and the buses were clean. You could tell they were professionals, and it took a lot of the stress off. I highly recommend working with Sterling Limo!

I want to thank Sterling for providing a surprise trip for our kids last minute during wedding season. We had the absolute best experience with sterling limo from customer service all the way to both our drivers! We used a limo to get from our getting ready location, to our photo spot, and then to the venue. Our driver was extremely punctual and so kind. We also had a sedan pick us up and take us home after the wedding and this driver was also extremely punctual and kind. Both vehicles were extremely clean and we all felt extremely safe in the drivers hands. I will absolutely be recommending and using sterling again!

We used Sterling to shuttle guests to and from various locations for our daughter's wedding. We had 5 vehicles who each had a different schedule of pickups and drop-offs. They were all timely and efficient, and the drivers were professional and courteous to our guests. We had a lot of planning to do with Sterling in the year leading up to the wedding, and they were always available and accommodated changes, from the venue and hotel locations (don't even ask!) to the timing of each pickup. They were great and easy to deal with in the home office.

Rented the 31-passenger minibus to shuttle guests to/from our wedding venue. Sterling was extremely helpful and responsive in planning prior to the event, not to mention incredibly communicative on the day of! Dennis was our chauffer for our wedding day and we cannot possibly say enough great things abut him! The car was stunning and immaculate! He was early and ready to go whenever we were! He was patient with me and my bridal party as it took us a bit to load up the car, but when we were ready to get in he was an absolute gentleman helping me and my gigantic dress all in! We did a first look where he was sitting for about 1to 1 1/2 hours waiting for us, he was awesome and just went with the flow!! He was very friendly and told us stories of the famous people he had met before as well. Thanks so much Dennis, you were absolutely great and helped us get our wedding started in style :)

Sterling Limousine provided top notch service for our big day! Not only was the booking process super easy, they were super accommodating when I needed to add more time with only 2 weeks to go till the wedding! On the day of our wedding, our chauffeur Matt (aka Falcon as he prefers), sent me, my husband, and our points of contact a group text letting us know when he was at our hotel and again when he was at our venue, ready and pleasantly waiting. He never made us feel rushed and he provided all of the comic relief on what can sometimes be a stressful day! He helped all of my girls with their dresses upon boarding and made sure everyone was accounted for. Not to mention the minibus itself was spotless and kept at a cool temperature, especially since it was so humid for our wedding day. I cannot recommend Sterling Limousine enough to take care of anyone’s big day, regardless of the event! We used Sterling for our wedding limo. They were so easy to work with and we’re always so helpful. We used one limo to come and pick up the groom with his groomsmen and then circle back to get the bride and the bridesmaids. The limo driver arrived early and was waiting when we were ready. There was lots of ice water waiting for us in the limo. After our ceremony the limo driver worked with our photographer to help get some amazing pictures. We would highly recommend this company.

I was happy from the first day I called to get quotes and Don was extremely helpful with providing me the information I needed. After that I dealt with Josiane and she was just as knowledgeable about what our needs were when I wasn’t even sure myself. They both guided me up to the day of the rehearsal dinner. All of our drivers for the two days were on time and very kind to us and our guests. The buses were very comfortable and spotless. A couple people commented afterwards how nice the drivers were, especially Irving. I will always recommend Sterling Transportation to anyone who asks.

the most important aspects to any Limo experience is reliability and service. Sterling did an outstanding job on both fronts. Clear communication of arrival time and verification from the driver. Outstanding attention to last miinute details for trip (glasses, ice etc). Friendly service focused driver. This review is well overdue as it was a trip for our family vacation earlier in 2022. However, we will be using Sterling again whenever that special event arises in our family. Limos are never inexpensive so we focus on a more important word....Value. Sterling reservations was fantastic. They made decisions on what vehicles would be needed easy and affordable. Over the two day event, we utilized, multiple SUV's, the limo bus and several coaches. All the vehicles were on site with time to spare and every driver was impeccable. The day of the wedding brought heavy rain and wind. Knowing that guests would arrive rested and relaxed to the event was one less stressor to be concerned with. And the trips back were equally as enjoyable. Used Sterling for a wedding (in Lambertville, NJ) to shuttle guests from/to a local hotel. I can't say enough. My guests were extremely pleased with the service. We had guests of all ages. So the drivers were extremely professional and caring. Had 2 vans running a loop prior to and after the event. The dispatcher handled all the moving parts with ease. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They helped me organize the times and even offered to go above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. The communication was superb. Was notified about pick-ups and drop-offs. The service allowed my guests to enjoy their time at the wedding, without the worries about getting back to an offsite hotel.

My husband and I hired Sterling Limo to transport our guests to and from our wedding venue and hotel in May of 2022. Sterling was so easy to communicate with; always reachable by phone and responsive to emails. We were a covid reschedule wedding and they were extremely accommodating in changing the date of the event without an additional charge. Closer to the wedding, we changed the time of our ceremony (twice) and added on another trip for the after party and they had no problem adjusting the transportation schedule. The buses were prompt and transported all our wedding guests with ease. Another plus was that gratuity for the drivers is included in the price. This meant one less envelope of cash for tips we had to worry about getting in the right hands the night of our wedding. Overall our experience with Sterling was seamless and I absolutely recommend their transportation services.

I would 110% recommend Sterling to anyone with transportation needs. We needed a limo bus, town cars for 2 sets of parents, a shuttle to and from the hotel and a town car to take parents home. Our timeline and addresses were all over the place and Sterling delivered beautifully! We were on time for everything, the cars and shuttle were so nice and added a nice touch for our parents and guests, and the limo bus was SO much fun and fit all 20+ of us comfortably. Big shout out to Mike our driver, who was then also our driver for our honeymoon 3 days later when we used Sterling to take us to Newark airport! While I don’t think I’ll be needing to book wedding transportation again anytime soon, I would recommend that everyone else use Sterling! And I will absolutely be using them for any future airport transportation needs. From their drivers to their cars to their scheduling team, they were a pleasure to work with.

Sterling Limo, and the owner, Johnny were the best to work with for our September 2021 rehearsal dinner transportation in New Hope, PA. I really appreciate how quickly I received a quote after booking on the website, and how easy it was to communicate with the Sterling Limo team leading up to our event. On the day of the event, I received a text when the driver was there to pick us up which was so convenient. The 40 person shuttle bus that we reserved felt like it was brand new! Our guests really appreciated the transportation since most were from out of town and not familiar with the winding roads in New Hope. Wonderful experience with Sterling! I got married in mid-May and arranged transportation later than I intended. Three and a half weeks out, I found Sterling on WeddingWire and called. From the very first phone call, I knew immediately that I could trust them with a complicated plan and my only regret is not calling sooner. Jennifer told me what was available and what the pricing was within minutes and I booked that afternoon. With other companies, it was difficult to speak to a representative on the phone but their team is always a phone call or a quick email away. Sterling has an incredible fleet of vehicles to fit any guest count, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service that they provide. On the wedding day, Sterling will inform your point of contact that the driver is on the way and give contact info for the driver. They also have someone working 24/7 and provide a phone number directly to the office for issues/emergencies. I used a Cadillac Escalade to get to the ceremony, and the driver got us there at the time projected on the GPS with traffic. He was safe, smooth, relaxed driver- exactly who you would want on your wedding day. After the ceremony, a 20-person bus picked up guests from their hotels to drive them both to and from the reception, and we added a 14-passenger bus to shuttle guests home from the afterparty. Sterling understands the logistics of big events and has helpful packages that allow you to split your reservation into blocks so you’re not overpaying for a driver to stage all night. Drivers are reliable and professional- we had a slight miscommunication with our last trip to the hotels (at 3 am) but it was instantly resolved by my point of contact who simply called the driver. My wedding day went smoothly but I trust that Sterling could and would have handled any big issues with ease. For a highly professional company that you can depend on: book with Sterling!

If you’re looking for a car service for a special occasion (or really any occasion) I would highly recommend. The driver was prompt, even early and very nice and professional. Even with 13 girls screaming their heads off our driver managed to get us there on time and in one piece. After the party the driver again was prompt to pick us up, right at the door when we were ready to go. Brought us all back to our meeting location safely. The day of our wedding my driver made extra trips at the end of the night to make sure all of my guests arrived back at the hotel safely and I did not need to worry about anyone being left behind. We've used Sterling several times, mostly for sedan and SUV rides to PHL. The vehicles are always clean and impeccably maintained and the drivers sharply dressed, completely professional, and focused on our safety and comfort. While we typically reserve service well in advance, there have been instances where we ended up in a jam and Sterling bailed us out at the last minute. For example, our flight at PHL got cancelled very late and we ended up securing a flight out of BWI the next morning. We called Sterling after midnight and they managed to get the SUV we needed to our Philadelphia hotel later that morning and get us to BWI in time for our flight. There are less expensive options (and, frankly, more expensive options), but there is no match for Sterling's consistency and quality. They are our go-to for transportation needs.

I called Sterling each time and they were right on top of it and made the changes. We wound up using less time/ limos than originally planned and they worked with us on the contract to reduce the price. But not sterling, they worked with us and took the view that this pandemic is affecting everyone and we need to work together. I think how companies are acting during this pandemic says a lot about the company overall and wow did sterling ace this one. The drivers were also fantastic. I always felt safe and they were very courteous. They were on time (early, actually) and kept us update of whereabouts with a text. During pictures my stepdad lost his glasses and they took the time to help us look in the field for them. There prices were also the lowest around by far. Overall, I cannot recommend sterling enough and I am definitely planning to use them for all future limo needs!

I saw many bad reviews on the other local limousine service websites but only good reviews on Sterlings website. Stirlings check in was easy, and they contacted us several days in advance and several times the day of the departure, and then arrived a little early so we knew the trip would go smoothly. Jim our driver was courteous and safe, and helped us load and unload many suitcases, all in pouring rain, and remained professional throughout the long trip to NY that had many traffic delays and slowdowns. I recently had sterling Limousine handle our daughters wedding. They were there on time and early , I was notified via text messages when they arrived and departed so I could coordinate our guests coming and going. This was important as we had 3 locations to cover most of the day . They rose to the occasion and everything was neat and the drivers most accommodating. The cars were clean and comfortable. I would recommend vomit bags in case a guest feels a little nausea as in our case. One of the parents did not have any available and had to use a ice bag ,the only thing available and it had a hole in it so that cost us $300. to take care of the cleaning of one floor mat.. Other than that I would recommend them in the future. Thank you!

July 31, 2019 was my first experience with Sterling Limo. I had an outpatient surgical procedure at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. The time for the procedure was not set until the day before at 4 P.M. This was no problem for Sterling. I called them and the pickup time in Yardley was set for the next morning. Robinson, the driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and texted me that he was in the driveway. The drive to Phila was during rush hour and Robinson was most competent in his driving. The sedan was immaculate and water was offered. He drove to the precise location which was rather complicated but not for him. The return home was 6 hours later and the exact time was unknown until just before I was ready. Gene, the driver texted that he was nearby and awaiting our text or call. The drive home was in a heavy rainstorm and heavy traffic. Again no problem. He assisted me into the car and out of the car at home, walking me into the house and to a chair. This company is absolutely marvelous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is one of the most competent and professional experiences that I have ever had. I recommend this company 100%. Have no fears with your reservation. Make it and sit back and relax. They have got to be the best and you can't be better than that.

We have used them twice so far in the past couple months and was pleased on both occasions. For our wedding, we rented a shuttle bus and van to accomodate all of our guests. I do forget our drivers name, but he was there ahead of time, made sure he got all guests on board (even ones who may have been a little late), was cordial, polite and added to the great experience we had. Our 2nd adventure, from Bucks County to Del Frisco's in Philadelphia was another seamless experience. We left around 4:30 p.m. and encountered a couple of distracted drivers who almost collided with us. Luckily, our driver anticipated their moves and kept us safe! Really takes the hassle out of commuting to an event with car service. Will use again!
