The driver was a saint. Extremely professional and on time. Our first flight was cancelled and they called me to ask for our updated flight. We were extremely impressed with every aspect of our trip ranging from the initial quote, timely emails announcing driver info, picture and in both cases, Stephen was our driver. Calling to schedule both of my trips was fast, affordable and thorough. I appreciated the email confirmations and the ability to track my driver and text with them easily. Steve and Brandon W. were both very friendly and professional. I made it early to the airport on 10/3 and made it home just in time on 10/14 to watch the Eagles game. Both vehicles were very clean, comfortable, and glad the air conditioning worked because I was hot. The best part was on the car ride home when Brandon turned on 94.1 to listen to the Pre-Eagle's game. Brandon even carried my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs which I greatly appreciated, as I have 2 ruptured disc's in my back!! I will definitely use this car service in the future. I used Rainbow for the first time 2 days ago. My flight from out of state to Philadelphia was delayed four times, from 3:15 pm to ultimately9:30 pm. My driver stayed in contact with me, followed the status of my flight, and was very reassuring. When I finally arrived at the airport most services were closed, as it was very late at night. My driver called me and helped me navigate through the airport, which I was unfamiliar with, until we ultimately met. He was professional, very respectful, prompt, patient, and a very safe driver! The company itself reached out to me with notices that were very thoughtful and helpful. The information about the driver, picture, car, license plate number (at my request), were extremely helpful and reassuring for a woman traveling alone. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will certainly use them again during my regular visits to this area. Use this Limousine company!! The price was very affordable and well worth the safety and reliability that I wanted. I was able to set my mind at ease, thanks to these folks. They are also very personable, friendly, quick to respond, and dependable! Very pleased with this choice!!

The very polite chauffeur welcomes us in baggage claim with sign. Super friendly and carried bags. Did not work for Rainbow however. I hope he knew that the chauffeur tip was prepaid. I wasn’t sure if he did.

Brandon was great getting us to the airport (after casually, and patiently, looking at his watch as I went searching for "just one more thing!"). He safely navigated a dangerous situation when a speeding driver cut in too close in front of us. Courteous, professional, and a safe driver. Coming home last night, we were again in good hands, Brandon was waiting for us, then helpful corralling our luggage and getting us underway. Great service both to and from the airport. Our first driver was at our house a little before our scheduled time which was perfect, since you never know how Philly traffic will be. Our 2nd driver was waiting at the bottom of the escalator even though our flight arrived early. What a great feeling to get off the plane and not have to wait for a van to take you to your car or wait for a taxi and hope they can fit your luggage. We will be using Rainbow limousine 100% of the time!

Excellent experience for my father, who is 86 yrs. old. He has never traveled alone and it's been at least 15 years since he's been on a plane. I had special instructions done by Mr. Gibbs, and driver Darryl followed up on them. He was even kind enough to send me a text letting me know he handed my father off to a Delta employee for help. Kind, considerate and very polite Darryl is an excellent employee, and has been requested to pick up my father on Sunday. Rainbow is the way to go if you want to be treated like royalty. Thank You

Good company. I have used them several times and in each case, my experience has been very positive. In all instances, I worked directly with the owner, Gibbs, who is always responsive and flexible. Despite the stricter rules/laws Rainbow is held to when compared to Uber, their prices remain fair and competitive. Recently, I booked a town car and subsequently had to cancel last minute. Gibbs was very gracious and understanding in the way he handled the cancellation. His approach demonstrates his (and his company's) commitment to building strong, long term client relationships. Our driver Sean arrived to take us to our Bolt Bus location. He was on time, so helpful, and even waited with us until our Bolt Bus came to pick us up so we wouldn’t be waiting outside! We made the reservation within hours of when we needed Sean, and they accommodated all of our needs immediately. Will definitely be using Rainbow again, and will recommend to all family and friends. Absolutely the best service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very detail oriented phone staff and the driver was as quiet as a mouse, but still very concerned for my comfort. My biggest complaint with drivers from other companies is the talking, and my driver told me the owner actually coaches them on conversation skills. I'll be back.

Dick and I were greeted by Brian, our limo driver at the Philadelphia airport October 23 from a trip in Ireland. He was waiting at the bottom of the stairs in the baggage department with our name on his phone. He was dressed neatly and waited with us for our luggage which he took himself out to the very clean Chrysler C-300. Inside were two IPA cold beers which he had purchased himself for us- as he knew from the owner what kind of beer we liked. It was a thoughtful gesture. Water was also there. He was easy to talk to- and we had a good chat about his experiences in various deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. As well as his family. It is so nice to come home and have a great ride to our home in Hersheys Mill after a long trip. Super relaxation- and leave the driving to Rainbow!

I had an excellent experience traveling with Rainbow Cab! After a night out in West Chester this summer my friends and I contacted Rainbow about transportation back to North Wilmington in Delaware. The driver was prompt, courteous, and most of all safe for the trip back down Route 202. I'd be happy to use them again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

What a grand company! My daughter and her friend were traveling together from the mid west. I had made arrangements for Rainbow cab to pick them both up and take them to an hotel for my parents to pick them up. Their plane had an unexpected delay and came in very late at night, after Rainbow cab normal working hours. Rainbow cab called me immediately to let me know of the delay and pulled in another driver to waited for the arrival of my daughter and her friend. Oct 2014: One word... FANTASTIC! I booked a town car to take my mother on an errand. She's older now and not comfortable driving on the interstates at the higher speeds. She was picked up by Mary. (Mary and my Mom have a history because Mary picked up my Mom before from the airport in a Rainbow Cab..but back to this story). Mary was on time and professional. She drove at a reasonable pace (so that even my notoriously cautious, back seat driving Mom was comfortable...that's a win!). My Mom said they chatted the whole time and when the ride was over, they were both disappointed that they couldn't spend more time together to continue talking. I can't say enough great things about this experience. Thank you Rainbow Cab! This was a first class experience. I wish I could have been there to take my Mom on this errand but I live far away...this was the next best thing...almost like having family drive her. WOW!

I've chosen Rainbow to take me from some work transit from West Chester, PA to King of Prussia, PA many times. The people are the phone are always nice and take the time to explain details, costs, and best route, depending on time of day. They always listen to route requests, and are pleasant to speak with on the ride. I've used Rainbow Cab a few times and plan on using them anytime I need a ride to the airport or a ride home when I am out. I've had good experiences but the main reason I give them five stars is because I've always felt like the person on the other end of the phone or in the car is trying their best to do what I need them to do. The one time there was an issue with a reservation (and I honestly don't know whether it was my fault or theirs because of course I remember giving them the correct time but I have actually made mistakes before...) they were honest with me about what they could do. Rather than saying they could be there in 10 minutes so I agreed and then waited 20, they said it would probably be 25 minutes and the driver got there in 20. As you can see from other reviews, everyone from the owner on down is eager to meet customer expectations and I'd much rather support a company like that than some others that are clearly only out to make their bottom line as attractive as possible to shareholders. (not naming names or anything)

I'm not one to write reviews to often, but I saw these reviews and feel I need to support a company I've used for years- so don't think I'm writing a review after one ride. . I don't know what those people are talking about. I just went to Cabo and used the towncar service. Mike, our driver, was super personable, right on time, and made the trip to the airport perfectly pleasant. He gave us his cell, and answered, right away when we landed at nearly midnight in Philadelphia. When we called to schedule the car, we got a PERSON, who was perfectly pleasant- and no one "hanged up" on us. The cab service is right on time too, but the town car service, which is what I use the most, is top notch, and personable. If you need a car, these guys will help you, I don't know what Shruti, and these other guys are talking about.

Rainbow cab saved my bacon last year. Ever left your wallet in a cab? Ever tried to get it back? Great car, timely service, but VERY odd talk on the drive. Several times it was downright inappropriate. I said so each time, but we always managed ro get to another inappropriate topic. Took awhile to hit on 'normal' conversation. Honestly, I'd use them again: timely, super clean SUV, provided water, driver was dressed professionally...and I just don't trust Uber! But maybe driver's could be taught some professional do's and don'ts for casual chit chat. I'm not stating his name because he WAS a nice enough guy, so no trouble please! Just my opinion...
