King Limo and Mike Davis did an incredible job helping us with our wedding day transportation. He was quick to reply to emails and helped us figure out the logistics of the transportation way ahead of the day. In addition, it was super easy to make adjustments when we needed to add another room block at a second hotel. The day before the wedding, someone reached out to review the details and get a day-of contact for any issues that may occur which I really appreciated. When we got to the hotel, we realized there was another wedding party with my husband's last name staying in the same hotel. They made sure to tell their drivers to make sure my last name was very large and visible and confirm with guests getting on the shuttle that they were on the right one. We had absolutely no issues getting our guests to and from the venue on the day of the event. Thank you so much for your great service and we will absolutely recommend you in the future!

We had a lovely experience with King Transportation. Our driver, Douglas Cooper, was on time (early in fact), professional, and pleasant. His driving skills were excellent and the ride was smooth and uneventful. He navigated heavy traffic at Newark International Airport with ease. I often get car sick from other drivers breaking too much or swaying and/or car air fresheners. The transit van fit 4 adults, 4 kids, and luggage/ski gear easily and was clean and no odd smells. I will use King in the future and highly recommend this company. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

We used King Limo for our wedding transportation services. We reserved 4 different vehicles (a luxury bus for the bridal part, a 21 passenger bus for before the ceremony, a 29 passenger bus for after the reception, and a sedan for us to take at the end of the night). King Limo offers competitive pricing, clean, modern and new vehicles, and excellent drivers. All the vehicles arrived on-time if not early, and my day-of coordinator and myself received text notifications when they arrived. Booking with King Limo was easy and they were SUPER fast to respond to emails and questions. Great company to work with!

Eric was amazing! We arrived at Philadelpha International Airport exhausted from our vacation and also stressed from almost missing our flight due to a horrible airline. Eric found us at the baggage claim and put our minds at rest. He assured us that we were in good hands. Eric was very kind to our granddaughter who wanted to tell him all about out trip. He listened intently and made her day. When our bags came out, Eric helped us all with them. He parked close to the exit, so we did not have to walk to far as we were exhausted. Our ride home was smooth and peaceful and the best part of our day. Eric is a wonderful example of customer service and what businesses were long ago. We (my husband and I) utilized King Transportation as a shuttle service to the Phillies game opening day weekend. The reservation was simple to make. The driver picked us up at the house and dropped us off as close to the park as possible. At the end of the game I got lost trying to figure out where my pick up point should be (I got Xfinity Live confused with Live Casino). I was able to call our driver, James. I felt like he saved us. He told us to hold tight and he would get us. I can't tell you how thankful I was. James was kind, courteous and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend using this company.

On my wedding day, the shuttle we've reserved was not available due to technical functionalities of the vehicle, Steve was kind enough to find me a alternative option from his fleet free of charge and reimbursed my entire purchase for the original rental for the inconvenience! The icing on the cake, King Limousine also offered my wife and I a free round trip shuttle service from my home to the airport for our honey moon!

King Limo came highly recommended when I need a ride from the airport to a location about 90 minutes away. It was a long flight, but Keith was right there waiting for me at Baggage Claim, and he helped me retrieve my bags. It has been a LONG couple of weeks and I and exhausted, so I really appreciate that help. Moreover, Keith is dressed well, super polite and amiable, and the care is comfortable and very clean. Uber? I wanted to thank King for their commitment to customer service. We used car service to and from Newark airport on a recent trip. The cars were clean and the drivers were very friendly and professional. Our flight was diverted from Newark to Boston for weather and they rolled with every curve ball the airlines threw at them. We should have been picked up on a Saturday afternoon and ended up not getting there until Sunday. Our driver stayed in touch with us all evening. The dispatcher handled the changes like a true professional. After 24 hours of traveling, delays, lost luggage, etc… Edwin, our new driver, was waiting for us at baggage claim just as promised. Driver to airport drop off was early and very friendly. Pickup driver, although early wasn't waiting at baggage like expected so we communicated via text so we could find where he parked. Since my first time at airport it would have saved me time from looking for where he was parked and then walking up to window to confirm it was limo. While always previously satisfied with King, I felt the need to write a review here due to Samir's exceptional service. He was ON THE SPOT, name displayed, regardless of last minute closures and confusion within PHL arrivals. He even helped find my tired, buried bag and got it to the nearby car, while assisting an older woman obtain her luggage as well. Personable, polite, PROFESSIONAL and did a great job negotiating a busy I95 and 476. Simply outstanding individual who represents his company very well.

Our trip was complicated as we used King for a tubing trip that did not have easy pick-up/drop off locations but our drivers were great and made it work. Prompt service. My wife and I used Kings Limo for our wedding on May 29th 2021 in Downingtown, PA. When we first booked, Mike was super easy to work with and got us set up with all of the trips that we needed to make from the hotels to our venue. A few days before our wedding, mike called to check in to make sure everything was good to go. On the day of our wedding, kings was on time and did a fantastic job transporting our guests from the hotels to our venue and back. While we did not get a chance to meet Geoffery, we had no complaints about him from any of our guests. We did meet Robin at the end of the night who was super nice and went above and beyond! We highly recommend using Kings Limo for any shuttle bus needs and will certainly use them again in the future for anything that we need a Limo or shuttle bus for!

A week before my wedding we found out the hotel no longer had shuttles for us to use. I called Mike and explained our situation. He was very accommodating and able to provide the necessary shuttles for both the bridal parties and guests. The shuttles were on time to get to and from the wedding venue. The drivers went way out of their way to help my mom (who has MS) on and off the shuttle. Pricing was exceptional compared to other companies we called.

We rented a luxury bus to take us from Philly to a bridal shower in Brooklyn so that everyone could get there easily without having to worry about driving and parking. It was the best decision we could have made. Starting our day this way and ending it this way, was perfect! The bus was comfortable, easy to get in and out of (we had several guests in their 70's and above), and spotless. Our driver, Ibrahim, was extremely polite and helpful. We had a lot of packages that had to be loaded and unloaded into the bus and he was very helpful the entire time. He was also very patient with all of us getting in and out of the bus, a true gentleman! Without a doubt, this was money well spent!

Wonderful, caring service from start to finish. I hired a car to pick up my brother from a hospital in Philadelphia. He was supposed to be released the day after Christmas. I live in a different state and because of COVID couldn't travel to do the pickup myself. On-going health issues for the patient forced me to reschedule the reservation multiple times. Every person I dealt with in reservations was professional, understanding and helpful. When my brother was finally released from the hospital, the driver, Eric, was on time, patient and helpful. I'd asked for a larger car for the patient's comfort and they sent a Suburban, which was perfect! The car was immaculate. Eric was kind and friendly. He even helped my brother unload some equipment the hospital sent him home with and carried it into the house for him. Eric and the whole King limo team truly went above and beyond. They were there to take care of my brother when I couldn't be and I can't thank them enough! I would definitely recommend this service and will use them again for our transportation needs.

I booked a car for my 78 year old father, who was traveling internationally, to pick him up at JFK and drop him off at my place in Philly yesterday. Mike and Brian were responsive and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. In addition, they have a detailed video on their website about their Covid policies which includes full sanitization of the car between rides, and a plastic barrier between driver and passenger. I was happy to have my dad in safe hands. When my dad arrived here- he said there was no plastic barrier and the driver was barely wearing his mask correctly. When I let Mike know, he told me that they used an affiliate for this ride (which is apparently ‘common’). I don’t know what’s worse- that they did this without letting me know, that they clearly haven’t checked in with this affiliate to know if they’re following King’s protocols (I don’t even know now if they sanitized the car between rides) or that I unknowingly put my father at risk. I’m really really disappointed. My last email them has been met with no response. These are trying times for everybody and this feels like a violation of my trust on top of everything.

Easy to book with their 'online chat' plus the guy offered me a 15% online discount on the regular fare. When arriving at JFK, our driver, Patti, was already there, waiting for us in the arrival hall, helped us with our bags and drove us to our final destination on a smooth ride ! Efficient and kind, that's all you need ! (only suggestion : I would have liked to see or sign a receipt when arriving at final destination to know in advance the exact total amount charged, including tolls and stuff)

Their rates are too expensive. Not only do you have to pay hundreds of dollars for them to take you from point A to B. But you also have to pay separate tolls and a hefty gratuity wether the driver is good or not. Our last time with the company had us waiting for our driver for three hours. So there's 8 of us, and the average age is 22. Pat not only got us there and back home in one piece but I feel like the city owes Pat just as much thanks as we do. We had a vague idea of where we wanted to go and we had a basic expectation of the city, but both of those got thrown out the window after a two hour drive in our party bus haha. Pat kept us on track, took us where we wanted to go but also suggested a few places that we decided to go to and they ended up being perfect. He was so nice to us we felt safe with him. He treated us like family and was so accommodating. PAT CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH. That trip meant a lot to us and it wouldn't have been as great as it was without you. For example; upon entry to one of the clubs pat looked out for one of our friends saw the manager exchanging "harsh" words with him, and Pat stepped in spoke to his passenger, one of our friends, and then totally diffused the whole situation. That's just one example of how Pat went above and beyond his responsibility as a transporter. He was so many things to us that night that we can't say we would have been able to have the amazing experience had if it weren't for him. It had been over five years since we've all been together, and we are so glad got the opportunity and that Pat was our driver. It wouldn't have been the same or as memorable with out him.
