Such a great, fairly priced shuttle service for our wedding day! We booked Fortune Transportation to transport guests between our wedding venue and hotel, and the entire process was a breeze. We contacted many companies for quotes, and Fortune was the most affordable and flexible of all. More importantly, service was always courteous and professional. On the day of the wedding, the shuttle ran smoothly without issues - so much so I, as the bride, didn't even get a chance to see it! Guests mentioned the shuttle was beautiful inside as well. Absolutely recommended!

We used Fortune Transportation to get to the airport on 7/1. We set up a round trip agreement and had all the details. We were dropped off in plenty of time but after going through the TSA/security line and check, my husband noticed his phone was missing. I called our driver and he found it on the back seat but it was too late to return to the airport. Fortune held on to it until our return on 7/18. Our pick up went smoothly in spite of an air delay and by the time we got home, the phone was waiting for us between the storm door and front door. Perfect! We'll definitely use them again.

We cannot say enough good things about this service. We were picked up at our home on time and driven to the Philadelphia Airport by a courteous and safe driver. He was professional and we spoke to him the whole time. The vehicle was a Cadillac sedan which was clean and accommodating. On our return trip home from the airport, our driver was waiting for us who also was courteous and safe and knew there was a traffic jam on the Blue Route and followed a different route as not to be stuck in traffic. He was very nice, and we spoke to him the whole trip home. We didn't have to worry about anything. We would recommend this service. We will use them the next time we need to go to the airport. Great experience start to finish! We booked very last minute for a prom (not even a week before the event) and they scrambled to accommodate us!! They were on time, reasonably priced, and very flexible to work with. We were able to text the driver (Xavier) to coordinate location at a crowded pre-prom picture event. He was patient as the kids made their way to the bus, despite it being 95° In the shade!! Highly recommend!!!!

My wife and I flew back from CA (to Newark, NJ) on Monday 5/2. When we arrived at baggage claim our driver, Rost, was waiting for us. He assisted us in retrieving our luggage, took it to the limo, and we had a wonderful ride back to our home in PA in less than 1.5 hours. Booked a vehicle for my wedding day. Booking with Ilona was very pleasant and she was extremely accommodating. The vehicle itself was clean and a great fit for the 13 guests riding to the venue. Unfortunately the experience with our driver (Xavier) was incredibly poor. He was rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. He gave us a hard time for asking to adjust the thermostat in the vehicle and wanting to hear music- we had to play music on the phone of a bridesmaid so we weren't riding in silence. Would definitely ensure I had a different driver in the future and would not recommend riding with him.

My flight had got delayed by more than an hour, but my driver, Ed, was very cheerful and welcoming. He was very helpful, caring and we had a lovely conversation too. Everything was very nice, it was my first time ever using a driving service or being a in a limo so I was glad that it turned out to be great. The driver was nice and everything in the vehicle was set out neatly. Only thing I might add for suggestions is an easier way to access music and maybe something to keep the drinks cool, I mean granted it was just water because I am on the younger side but still it was a little warm. Overall though great experience definitely was a major part of my prom experience.

Our driver Wayne was so nice and so professional. He showed up early, helped us load flowers and some of our luggage into the trunk and the front seat. His driving was excellent and we always felt safe with his driving. We went from the Philadelphia area to Brooklyn NY and the whole time we were comfortable and Wayne was a great conversationalist. We have used this car service on two occasions now. Both were longer trips. One trip was to New York City and the other trip was to the airport. The cars are the best quality. Very clean, the whole experience is wonderful. Everything felt very safe. The chauffeurs were very knowledgeable and so wonderful to speak with. I initially gave this company a 1 star review in error. I found out thereafter that the problem was not the fault of this company but it was because of miscommunication with my insurance company not contacting this company to properly reserve my rides. I have changed my review to 5 stars because I really like the fact that this transportation company took the time to contact me to explain their side of the incident. That really meant a lot to me!! I have to add additional information regarding Fortune Transportation. I have a regular driver named Wayne. He is so respectful, courteous and just a very nice person. He always greets me when he picks me up from my home and also via my return back home. This means a lot to me so I wanted to make sure that I give him kudos. Sometimes we as customers focus too much on complaining and forget to give credit when credit is due. Fortune picked the perfect driver for their company to interact with their passengers. All of the drivers I’ve had so far are really great but Wayne goes above and beyond with his customer servic skills. To sum it up, in my opinion it’s Wayne’s World when it comes to making sure that the customer receives the best customer service possible. Thank you so much Wayne for that 😄

Absolutely first-class operation. We needed an early pick up from a hotel to PHL airport for an early morning flight. We called Fortune and we were given a very reasonable quote over the phone followed with a confirmation email after reservation had been completed. Driver arrived 15 minutes early in an immaculate luxury vehicle, he helped us with our bags to the car. It was a relief traveling at that time of the morning to have a confirmed ride to the airport without worrying if an Uber or Lyft would be available or if their driver would cancel our ride at the last minute. We asked him to put on the air conditioning because we were hot in our dresses. Even though he was probably comfortable, he did it so pleasantly. He helped me in and out of the limo bus each stop. Didn't rush me even though I was walking slowly as to not fall in my wedding dress. From a scale of 1-10, I give him a 20!!! So pleased!!! Would recommend them to anyone wanting limousine / limo bus services!
