My driver was very polite, thoughtful, patient, & tolerable. The person who joined our ride was extremely ignorant & disrespectful and the driver handled the situation perfectly. Including the great service, driver has great sense of direction, and able to follow navigation correctly while knowing when the navi was even incorrect. I felt safe the entire ride, back and forth, to and from my destination. Thank you 5 Star for having such a driver. If I would change anything, I would upgrade the vehicles. That's the only thing that would help an already great cab service. Thank you.

First of all, 4-stars because it isn't comfortable getting into & out of these old fashioned vehicles with the barricades. My comment to dispatcher about app not working. On the other hand, double time type of taxi service. Which is great! Also, in less than fifteen minutes after call was I picked up. App isn't working properly, I had to call. My comment about app not working to dispatcher was completely ignored, also. Work on that.

Cabs are always clean and be at your place very quickly, however if you grab one in Cherry Hill and going to someplace in Cherry Hill they will charge you $20.00 for an $8.00 ride. How do I know this? Because I took one to ellisburg circle and back (same cab) and for the ride there it was 20 and for the way back, 8. Now if you find yourself in Camden, let's just say $7 goes a long way in one of those. Like 7 bucks gets you pretty far in Camden. Haggle with the drivers. They don't want to lose you to Lyft and Uber so... Yea.

5 star is great unless you get drivers that think it's ur first time in a cab. And try to over charge you if u think ur getting over charged just tell the driver to hold on and you call the station again amd ask them to give u a price

The cab was clean, what was terrible was the end when I ask the cabbie how much he quoted me more than dispatch said. I was going to tip him bc he was kind/courteous during the drive. I tipped him anyway, I'm a firm believer that you reap what you sow.I don't wish bad things or harm, there was no need to lie/cheat, made me sad to think how many ppl he did it to before me, he said "no dispatch prices were wrong they changed". It's hard to review them bc they have good qualities too; for me they're always on time, usually I have good kind courteous drivers who drive well. But to have one of their employees is making money on side from inside, he's the type of man who don't care how he makes his money bc money is more important than integrity to him. When you ride and the driver quotes a different price than dispatch, call dispatch right then. Don't reply or argue. Yes I'd call them again if I needed a ride again bc not every driver will try to rip you off, and you meet interesting nice ppl

I use this cab service last week to pick up my Harley from Barb's Harley-Davidson. I live in Cherry Hill the cab got there in 5 minutes I couldn't believe it. Very enjoyable ride had a good conversation with the driver! Very friendly people!

I truly appreciate the drivers courtesy , as my Brother has used 5star and has a slight physical difficulty walking and I ALWAYS ASK the driver to stay the extra few moments until he sees my Brother go up his steps(3) landing and unlock/open and enter his residence which they have done everytime !! We always make sure that they are Well tipped , with this added Safe and secure service..!!

This is me in the photo and I need to express i had the opportunity of having a driver name Gentleman John. He was great , A great driver, Professional, and the condition of the car was immaculate. I have his phone # and he will be the only driver I will use from there. He pick me up at Royal Farms in Gloucester and very fast getting there. He took me to Camden quickly and safely. I give this driver 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and a medal of honor 🎖

Sometimes when I call they don't pick up like not to long ago I was outside from work and I call like 3 times for a cab and no answer from them that's not good. But besides that they do show up on time tho and take me where I need to go.

Yet there are no signs or a statements on their app. I hope Five Star will reconsider this price change, especially, when the coast of gas is low and rider-ship is up since, most people Wait longer than the qouted time. Lastly, it's time to the city and state regulate anyone who runs a taxi service in the city and state of New Jersey; this includes IRS well.
