Cheryl was fantastic, great communicator, easy to book through her website and was always early to get us. Very clean and well-appointed van with plenty of room. Drove us from PNS to Orange Beach and picked us up again when we returned. We will certainly utilize her again, and recommend her to anyone needing shuttle or taxi services in the greater Pensacola region!

My car quit on me and I had to go to the bank. Karen picked me up on time and was even 10 minutes early. Now, I'm not exactly a spring chicken anymore so I had to get my step ladder out to get in and out of her SUV. It was a learning experience for the both of us. Karen was so nice and helpful, you can really tell that they care for their customers. I would recommend ABB Transportation to anyone needing a lift.

This company was amazing. My mom’s flight was delayed landing by almost two hours and they still waited for her at the airport, then drove her over an hour away back home. Karen went out of her way to even get it scheduled for us to begin with. Will always use them for our needs and recommend from here on out!

I cannot say enough good things about ABB Transportation! We used their service from Orange Beach, AL to Destin, FL. The lady that took the reservation was extremely kind not only when I called to schedule, but again when I called to confirm. The driver arrived a few minutes earlier than expected which was also a bonus. The service was efficient and extremely affordable (less than half of what the trip cost using a different company)! In a world where so many things are such a hassle, it is refreshing to find a company that truly goes above and beyond to make things easy and hassle free for their customers!!! Highly recommend!!! On a 5 star scale they deserve 6 + stars!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Best taxi service ever!!!! I'm from NY and Cheryl was absolutely professional and fun! Cheryl picked us up right on "q" and was happy and cheerful! She was very knowledgable on what to do in Pensacola and where to go. Again best taxi ride ever!!!

Cheryl very good communicator and picked me up at PNS airport...drove me to the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort which is a long drive. Even let me stop at the Publix on the drive in to pick up some essentials. I will rely on her for future airport runs. Competitive rates. great service.
