Picked up on time and was very friendly. He charged me $80 for a 10 minute ride to the airport which I accepted because I was worried I wouldn’t find an Uber at 4am and the other taxis had horrible reviews. The issue I had is I pre-tipped him $10 and he wouldn’t get out of the car to put my bag in the back of him van. I struggled to manage a purse, backpack and carryon luggage in the back seat. Disappointing… lesson learned never pre tip. Adam get out of the car and help your customer…. Especially if they are paying $90 for a 10 minute ride.

Driver Adam didn’t disappoint. Great communication and assured me satisfaction guarantee even during the College World Series event. Says that most of the jobs he does are scheduled in advance but he was able to help me out in a last-minute scenario. I would use the service again if I had to I would book in advance under his recommendation. I think he might be some kind of standup comedian too the guys really hilarious.

I was lucky enough to get Adam as my taxi driver. He is a highly recommended airport taxi driver and my experience was no different. He was very prompt(less than 15 minutes!!) and called. He also announced himself when he called, which was very polite and professional. One of the best things I enjoyed about riding with Adam was that he is super personable and very funny. I also still haven't gotten over just how clean and pristine his car was! It smelled fresh and you could tell that he takes pride in his job. Best of all, his rates are fantastic and he didn't make a big deal about having to take cash. I will definitely ride with him again and recommend him to anyone.

Adam got my partner and I out of a jam when we desperately needed an early hour ride to the airport. Out of 3 ride companies contacted, Adam was only one to call me back. He communicated well and while we contacted him at the last minute, he was able to accommodate us . He got is there on time as well. Highly recommend!

Great service! I found myself keeping tabs on production crew and talent at 1pm in the middle of the week, in Omaha, NE. Finally, I had to take a cab back to my car. I was given this guy's number. He was there quickly, was super friendly, very competitively priced flat rate, and his car was a nice comfortable, clean ride. If you've been in enough taxi's, you know that's saying a lot.

This is the first cab company I will be calling from now on. Adam is the best! I got stood up by another cab company that I called and scheduled a ride with a week in advance (I even called the day prior to confirm the ride) and the other cab company wouldn’t even return my calls/texts when I wanted to figure out where they were. Adam picked up on the second ring, asked me for the relevant information via text, and picked me up promptly. He did absolutely everything possible to make sure I’d make my flight on time. I met Adam about a year ago after our former driver retired. There is no one else who we've used since. He is professional and interesting and by now, we feel like we know his 2 children personally! But his most important quality to us is his punctuality. We frequently take very early flights that require 4:30 am pick-ups and he has never let us down or caused us worry. That is invaluable. Adam was awesome! We were stuck on I80 at 4am after hitting a deer and he came to the rescue. It was a relief because not only did he show up before dawn, he was very friendly and lightened up our somber mood with some comedy. Adam was extremely personable, having a great disposition, and was exactly where he said he would be when he said he would be. Can't beat that kind of dependability. Also, the vehicle we sat down into was clean, smelled good, and was in excellent repair - (which is all very important to me). I made arrangements with my Adam for my daughter and I to be taken to the airport early in the morning. Not only did I get a wake up from oversleeping with a call from Adam outside my house being on time but he was patient and understanding when I realised I forgot my passport 2 miles later. I was an emotional wreck fearing we would miss out flight but Adam reassured me it was ok and got to the airport in time. Where to start?! Great professional service. Reliable and dependable. Great guy! Taking flights at 3am and 4am as a woman and requiring a driving service like lyft or uber gives me anxiety. So I was extremely happy to stumble upon Adam on google and have used him ever since to take me to the airport. Great, halrious guy with good energy and good conversation and always gets me to the airport on time safely. I recommend his services to everyone! And will continue to use his taxi services everytime I'm in Omaha. This is what great professional customer service looks like. Some may complain of the flat rate but to me it's reasonable and worth it (and a flat rate, like come on that's great with a taxi service)when I get safety, reliability and great customer service. You will not be be disappointed booking ur service with him. And call as ahead of time as you can, he will still get to you on time (it just makes his life a little easier:)

First I want to say that when you call this guy he is unprofessional, does not identify his business only says his name, his tone was very angry, then says no refunds must pay upfront, then charges too much for a ride, then his vehicle he shows up is a old grand am He doesn’t get out of the car to help you, by the way don’t expect him to show up on time, he does gives a good ride but don’t expect him to brake smoothly. He was ok but next I’ll be choosing someone else.

I flew into Omaha, and it was a bad flight. The last thing I wanted to do was take a cab. I happened across a business card for Taxi 27 at the bar inside the airport and placed a call. Expecting a long wait I was surprised that Not only did I receive a confirmation text from my driver, but he arrived in a matter of minutes in a Lincoln no less. The drivers car was pristine. He shook my hand, took my bags and opened my door. After arriving at my hotel he gifted me with a business card and told me phone if I needed anything. The following morning I did just that not knowing his hour's of operation. And true to his word, he arrived shortly there after with a professionalism of a chauffeur and a car to match. Mr Adam Smith you deserve 10 stars. Keep up the work.
