We booked the Mercedes Sprinter with US Bargain Limo for my birthday. I was a little skeptical based on reviews and pictures, but everything went smoothly and the Sprinter was awesome. It was clean and the Bluetooth system and air conditioner was pumping!! Our driver Scotty was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thanks Sam for all your help!

US bargain Limo provided me with great service for my son's 16th birthday. The driver Francisco was punctual and arrived at the first pick location on time. He was very polite and courteous. I must say I was skeptical to book with them because they didn't have a physical location to see the vehicle but I must say, the party bus was just as shown on their website and came very clean. Also, I shopped around for a party bus and it was truly a bargain working with this company in comparison to others. I will definitely do business with them again.

I was a bit neurotic since I never hired a party bus before and there always stories of drivers breaking down or not coming, and the added stress of being responsible for 25 teenagers, but it all worked out. They had a great time. The customer service was prompt and courteous. I never had to wait long for a response. And one more shout out to our driver, Jamal. He was wonderful.

Very professional service. Promptly ,answered my many inquiries. The day of our family of 20 trip to Yankee Stadium from northwest Jersey the driver, Altidore, was right on time. He was very friendly, polite and was a safe driver. Impressed with how he maneuvered through the horrific New York City traffic, especially around Yankee Stadium. He dropped us off at the Stadium & was right there for pick up at the end. The young kiddos thought the minicoach was great fun. The coach was clean, comfortable seats with seat belts which was important. Highly recommend this service!

On time, friendly driver, plenty of space for party of 22 people. However there was no air conditioning in the bus and windows were not able to open so that got to be uncomfortable.

Affordable, reliable, and gives you exactly what you need for your guests. We ordered a 20+ person shuttle for the day of our wedding to go between the wedding block hotel and venue, and they were flexible to accomodate all our need and the desired time frames! The driver we received was very professional and sweet - he went back one extra time after the planned time to get the remainder of our guests - was sure to give him an additional tip! However, I only gave a 4/5 because of a couple communication issues with the company management. I had a short heated convo with one of the managers (I think), because felt he was talking down to me a bit and I was just constantly misunderstanding him and "not listening". Also, everytime I tried to get in touch with the company I had call a couple times and leave a couple messages usually overe a week or so for them to finally get back to me.

The overall experience was good. Our limo driver was great, very professional and mannerly. My only issue was the limo was not very clean or updated. Limo look pretty rusty. Not what I expected. There was a broken glass holder and some water and piece of blue wet paper by the window that messed up by bag. The plastic cups that were in the limo were opened.Other than that it was workable. It got us to one point and back in some what of a style.

I know im super late to post my review lol but I pray it still counts because my birthday (October 10) wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for this company and their manager. With everything shut down and rules added because of covid I really wanted to have a great birthday. I always wanted a party bus experience and Bargain Limo really came through. Even with a set back that made me panic lol the manager (I wish I remembered his name) really kept me calm and made my night special. Thank you so much for that! I would definitely use this company for future parties so do not hesitate to contact them!

Not sure why all the terrible reviews are on here..... Rented a (15) passenger party bus for a bachelor party in August of 2018. Booked the party bus in July, and had a minor issue with the deposit upon booking, as they took the $500 deposit twice in error. No huge deal, and they did rectify the situation right away. Come the day the bus was to pick us up, Jerry (bus driver) arrived right on time and was very accommodating with our party. Jerry went above and beyond more than once with his service. The bus was in very nice condition and we even got upgraded to a (26) pax bus. All-in-All, this was a great experience and I would definitely re-book if the need for a party bus or limo ever surfaced again. I was hesitant, even slightly worried, after reading some of the bad reviews, but I had a wonderful experience, so I'd highly recommend checking them out.
