I have used Hillsborough Taxi & Limo several times and I can't say enough how pleased I am with their service. They are always on time, extremely courteous and their cars are impeccable. My last trip was this past Friday. Alex, my driver, arrived early for my pick-up and was just as punctual for the return trip. He was so cordial and a very careful driver. For anyone who is looking for a reliable and safe car service, please call this company. They are the best!!

Great service! I booked Hillsborough Taxi & Limo multiple times for transports to Newark & Philly airports. The driver, Al, is always prompt & courteous. Al stayed in touch via text so I never had to worry about getting to or from the airport. Highly recommend.

I called Hillsborough Taxi to get to the airport from the Hotel in Bridgewater (NJ) because the hotel recommended me this company. They were on time at the hotel and all was perfect (car, driver, time and route). I missed to ask for a ticket once at the airport and, once back in Spain, and after a month from my travel I asked them if I could get the ticket for that service and they were so kind to send it to me in no time so I'm really happy with their service and kindness. Prompt pick up from Newark Airport to Flemington and then back next day from Princeton to the airport. Very friendly driver Al Duran. He made sure that I would leave Princeton on time so as to avoid traffic to the airport. He was very communicative- easy to locate st the airport - he didn’t even have to use the giant sign he had made with my name! Highly recommended!

Booked an airport taxi with this business, two days in advance. Was able to clear payment on the phone, and everything was all set. Our driver was Al, and when we mentioned we had a lot of luggage (it was an international trip), they made sure to bring a suitable sized vehicle. Al was a very friendly guy, and we talked a great conversation the whole way there. Very funny and chill guy. However, the biggest reason why this customer service sticks out to me: I'm a bad packer. I wait last minute, and decided I would take care of other chores instead of packing. Al arrived, and I was asked to hurry up by the other people traveling with me. In my haste to make sure everything was packed, and our house was all set, I forgot to lock the front door! Going away on an international trip for two weeks, with your front door unlocked is a great way to ruin your vacation. I kindly asked Al if he could check our front door when he returned back to Boro.I knew he wasn't obligated to do so, and I told him that if the answer is no, that is fine. He was willing to help me out, and told me he would call me back after the feed was done. And so, he did end up checking for us, and called me back as he said he would. We had peace of mind for the rest of our trip. That is customer service that you can't beat. Would absolutely recommend Hillsborough Taxi and Limo. You won't regret it.

Hillsborough Taxi and Limo is the unicorn of taxi services. They are professional and dedicated to their customers. I rescheduled a 3am taxi to the airport for the next day at the last minute and was still treated with the utmost professional courtesy. The driver Al is on time and considerate with truly excellent communication. He is friendly and warm just the same as Carlos who I spoke to to do the scheduling. If you need a ride and don't use Hillsborough Taxi and Limo you are truly missing out. Prices are completely reasonable.

I have used Hillsborough Taxi and Limo a few times over the past year and will be calling them a few times this last summer Overall, they have always arrived on time and their drivers are very courteous. They have also shown me great flexibility when needed. The only very minor issue I have is when booking on the website, (which is a wonderful capability), either the dispatchers do not read all of the information provided or are not getting it sent to them. This requires me to sometimes retell them that info. I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs.

This past week, we needed a car for the day to get into NYC UES early in the AM, then into Lyndhurst and back home. Al was a gracious driver, arrived early and got us there on time for both events. Used Hillsborough car service for the first time for an airport pickup at Newark airport after Simeone in Nextdoor recommended them. The car was impeccably clean, driver professional and courteous. Based in my positive experience with Hillsborough car service, I once again hired them to drive my daughter and grand daughter to Brooklyn and to use the car seat provided by Hillsborough car service. Car arrived in time and with the same EXCELLENT driver, Al. He eas wonderful and even gave my grand daughter a toy helicopter to play with… she slept with the helicopter in her bed that night. Nice touch, Al Hired Hillsborough again for a return trip to the airport. Arrived once again in a clean, beautiful car with Al the driver with positive energy and a huge smile ! Will definitely use and recommend Hillsborough car service to anyone!

We scheduled a round trip car service to Philly Airport for 5 people and had a very positive experience with Hillsborough Taxi & Limo from start to finish. I inquired about, scheduled service, & modified a pick up time with Carlos, the owner, several weeks prior to our dates. He was very responsive and quoted a very reasonable fee. We were nervous about the nighttime hours of pick-up from both our house and from the airport. Not to fear. Carlos arrived to our home for pick up at 2:55 a.m., 5 minutes early. Al picked us up from Philly Airport at 12 midnight, and was in constant contact until we met up with him. Both drivers were very pleasant and professional. We highly recommend Hillsborough Taxi & Limo for professional, prompt, responsive service, and a great price.

I use hillsborough taxi as my main taxi service. They have competitive prices and are always on time. One of the best things that I love about the service is that they don't complain if you are running behind schedule. I always give them the courtesy of letting them know how far behind I am running, this way they can make proper preparations for the next guest they may have after me. Lastly, I used other local companies before I started using this service and was just surprised that the other services cars where falling apart everywhere. There was one car that had the rubber seal lining coming out. Couldn't believe it. Hillsborough taxi's cars are well taken care of and comfortable cars. I have to say I have fallen asleep multiple times during the ride but no worries Al (one of their great drivers) does not mind the snoring. In fact he takes it as a compliment for giving a smooth ride. Keep up the great work guys!

Picked these guys recently for airport transportation because they were a few minutes from where I live. I am pleased to say that I was not disappointed. Their prices are very fair and Carlos was was courteous and informative when I booked the trips. Al was a conscientious and polite driver and arrived on time for the first trip to Newark AP. We had a return trip scheduled but, as it happens, my poor wife slipped and broke both her feet in Tampa. We had to stay in Florida for an extra month before she was able to fly again. Among many rearrangements of our lives and schedules, I contacted Carlos and he was very sympathetic and was happy to move back our return transportation to whenever it was appropriate for us to return. When we got back to Newark AP he sent our original driver Al to pick us up. Al was on time and when out of his way to make sure we were not standing by the curb too long (wife in a wheelchair to boot). Took us home and later on in the commotion to get my wife situated in the house I left my satchel with an expensive laptop in the vehicle. When I discovered the error I called Carlos and he had Al look through the vehicle and it was returned to me as soon as he could get to my house. Needless to say I would have no problem with using these guys again.

I have had a great experience with Hillsborough Taxi in Hillsborough NJ. They’re very nice and doesn’t take long to pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. They’re rates are very goo they don’t charge a lot of money and I had to two places and the first place Walgreens they waited for me and then took me to my other destination.They also talk to you and very comfortable cars. They’re just a great taxi company and that’s the only one I would use. You should use Hillsborough Taxi you won’t be disappointed. It is really the best one there is. I love it and know you will too.

Fantastic experience all around!! We had an event where we knew we would be drinking and didn't want to drive. We had originally scheduled an Uber but started to worry that there would not be any available drivers in the area on a Monday night. We called Hillsborough Taxi the day of to schedule our trips and there was no problem! Carlos arrived meticulously on time and called upon arrival. He was professional and thoughtful, even offering to let us stay in the car to wait out the rain at our destination instead of standing outside. Carlos was the same driver for our trip home and offered to charge us all at once on our way home which was super convenient. All in all we were grateful for the convenience and reliability of Hillsborough Taxi and Carlos's professionalism! Cost was reasonable compared to Uber and the little bit of extra charge was well worth it knowing that the ride was guaranteed. THANK YOU Hillsborough Taxi - your customer service is outstanding!

We have used HB taxi for a few years now for airport service to JFK and EWR and I find them to be punctual and professional. Scheduling is easy and their fleet is clean and comfortable. Their prices are generally lower than other local car services and I like that there’s no wondering if they’ll be on time, where my driver is, etc.

He was there early for pickup to and from the city, and was more than gracious when one of our party was sick on the way home (truly sick. Not inebriated!)
