It would be nice if the drivers can be on time when they have to switch drivers on the way back from Richmond, Virginia to Newark, NJ. It took us 11hrs to get back from Richmond, Virginia to Newark, NJ.

I mean, it is a greyhound station in Newark, so don't expect much. It is pretty clean and fairly safe, the staff is mostly bilingual, if a little impatient. You would be impatient too in the same situation. My only real beef is that you need to exit the building and go to the main station entrance to use the restrooms.

Bus left and arrived on time. The driver was courteous and smooth on the road and everything was in good working order. It was cheaper to take the bus than my own car or the train. I enjoyed relaxing, reading, and watching videos instead of driving in the rain. Very good experience, I recommend theirs services. Very educated people good and respectful, on time and no complaints. I'm positive about the good service they have. I hope they keep quality service for ever. Thank you.

Customer Service there is wonderful...it makes up for the drearyness. Employee Mr Holland was very helpful...good person...needs more people like him.

Comfortable ride and Covid prepared. Had to keep mask on at all time. You could only take them down to eat or drink food you might have purchased before coming on board.

The old African American customer service man, was really nasty to me. He kept telling me to go on-line to add my extra tote. He will not even take the # of the 2 I initially paid for. I think he needs to retire and allow young, lively people to take over.

God quality buses with some pros and cons. Coverage are good in terms of cities and number of buses. Bad customer service via phone. They reply on email in few days. Best way to get attention via social media. They canceled confirmed ticket since weather condition and not ready to provide any customer service. You can not talk to them over phone. After emails and social media comments, finally i got some compensation.

It was a busy place. Lots of food options and buying options. People are rude to the workers here. I noticed a old white lady cursing out this bald black guy that was just doing his job. He answered her and she still cursed him. The buses should have better communication with the desk/inside people so that they can reply to angry people when the buses are late. I honestly felt so bad for the guy.

I haven't rode the bus in years! The experience wasn't bad. Going to Va. The bus seats were very uncomfortable, on the return back to Newark NI it was a much better ride. Both drivers were very nice and respectful. Yes I would ride again!!!

I gave it a 3 because everytime i traveled on greyhound the bus breaks down...and the bus they replace it with was old and the seats were torn.another time they replaced it with a brand new bus but shortly after we got on the bus it broke down...i did get to my destination safely the drivers were super nice ..they just need to maintain their buses.i love the fact that you can travel for such affordables prices..i guess i got what i paid for? I haven't used their service in 4 years..i chose to use the airline instead.i will however, use their service again...

Print out your ticket before hand and you’re golden, this is only if you’re traveling I’m not sure abt the package shipment. The staff has probably seen a lot of these reviews and made adjustments. You walk in and go up to the man, he’ll read ur ticket and literally tell you 4 times that he’ll let you know when your bus is here. And he does, that same man, who’s name I didn’t get then proceeded to walk around the waiting room and cheer up everyone that seemed super stressed out assuring them he’ll get them their bus. Side note the tv that has all the boarding times is usually off so just listen to what ever person told you they’d be taking care of you. The bus: friendly driver who made sure the ac was cool enough for us and made sure we knew if we were transferring busses at any point. Bus is a tad bit cramped and seats are leather which doesn’t make the most comfortable of seats but the staff was amazing and the bus was amazing in comparison to all of these other reviews. Cheap tickets but great price! WiFi is very bad even though they seem to make a huge deal about having WiFi on board. Just download your movies and music before hand :) 2 seater rows so you don’t have to worry abt an awkward middle seat. And no this is not a paid review, just a stressed out guy going to see his girlfriend, great job greyhound

Used to be fully staff. They close at 10 pm. If you don't know this your stuck. No baggage handlers. Hope they bring the workers back.

Today wasn't the best day because all workers from greyhound station was rude and aggressive speaking never had an issue with that until today. I'm still giving a 5 star because I really never had a problem before.

My trip was cancelled after we all checked into to the bus. I had to catch a bus from another company in order to be in NY on time. But my ticket was refunded 100% few days after.

Drivers were helpful and buses were on time. Only thing is it gets really cramped inside and hard to social distance. Bring a mask and alcohol wipes.

Daily tracking updates. Fast delivery/3 days halfway cross country . Prompt phone notification that package arrived & daily calls until picked up. Helpful & courteous counter people. EZ PZ pickup. Have someone wait in the car across from the station if you don't want to pay for lot parking a good block away. $5 daily storage charge if item not picked up after 3 days form delivery.

I didn't realize this was a bus station based on the name but I was not the one who got on the bus here at this location I dropped my friend off and she was very satisfied with being able to find her bus with no problem get a good seat and the bus left on time

Trains, platform, and entire station is always packed.....there are so many homeless camping there (not to be mean but it smells bad alot) and people are ALWAYS asking for money and whatever.
