Great service. I was a little nervous using them for the first time, because I needed a 2:30 AM pickup to go from my hotel in Manhattan to LaGuardia airport. The driver was right on time (actually, about 30 minutes early), and there was good communication by text when he was on his way and when he had arrived at the hotel. I enjoyed my ride. Will call again next time.

The office and drivers are professonal and courteous, the drivers are consistently on tiime, and the cars are clean and comfortable. They are a bit pricey, but worth it not to have to try and hail a cab, and know you'll get to your destination on time, especially in rainy weather.

After using Uber one early morning and having a bad experience. I needed a car to get to Newark Airport for business travel early morning. I went online and saw there are so many car services in Toms River. I did online quotes for a few companies and saw exclusive had the most affordable rates by far! The booking process was easy and both my drivers for my round trip rides were nice as can be. I’ve had my company travel liaison switch to them for all our corporate trips. This is one of the best taxi, car, and limousines services I've ever used (I am also pretty nervous about using taxis). The drivers are punctual, friendly, and offer great service. They're never rude or snappy when I've used them to get to weddings or wherever else I needed to be. They're willing to go the extra mile (pun intended) to provide a comfortable and professional service. Their service was very friendly and our driver arrived ahead of schedule. Hiring this company really made all of the difference. Our driver was very accommodating and professional. The limousine itself did not disappoint; it was clean and comfortable and gave us a great place to start the celebration. The ride from Beachwood to Newark airport has always been flawless and that too within affordable budget. It is really very easy to book the airport service from their online portal. You just visit the portal, book the taxi as per the desired schedule and there you go. Drivers are always on time, if not a little early. After requesting a pick up from Tom's River to Newark airport, my driver came almost 10 minutes early, which I was not expecting. He was very knowledgeable about the Newark area and surrounding neighborhoods, he knew all the terminals and exits and made my journey to the airport a stress-free and enjoyable one. Since I've gotten to town, I've used Tom's a couple times and they have always been solidly good. They came and picked me up in a reasonable amount of time (<15 minutes) every time. For being a luxury taxi service, the prices were surprisingly good. They operate 24/7 and don't seem to have a limit on distance, which I'm sure will come in handy ;) I definitely recommend using them whenever you need to go somewhere!

What a great experience I recently had using Toms River Exclusive Taxi and Car Service! Two days before I was coming home from an annual visit to Panama, I stumbled and broke my ankle. You can’t imagine how worried I was about how I was going to manage my trip home on crutches, especially since I was travelling alone and had a lot of heavy suitcases. I shouldn’t have worried at all. My driver Jeff was so helpful. He met me inside the airport with a big smile, and then proceeded to assist me with all my bags by loading them into the car, and then coming back into the arrivals area to help me hobble out on my crutches. The trip was very comfortable, the car was clean, modern and the drive was very pleasant as we had a friendly chat. When we got to my apartment building, Jeff unloaded all the bags and went the extra mile to help me get to the door of my apartment with everything. Highly professional, and highly recommended car service.

I didn't use the service because they were unfortunately booked for the day I needed service. But I wanted to leave a review based on the fact the dispatcher was honest and the manner I was treated just on the phone was incredible. This is one small business that has great customer service and will guide you in the right direction. I'm not one for writing reviews, but I must say this toms river taxi company really got there act together. From the initial phone call to the dispatcher to when my driver arrived and greeted me. It was just a great experience. My driver despite the freezing temperatures and mild snow ,got all my 6 suitcases in the vehicle with even showing a sign of aggravation. Recently used this company to get to JFK Airport during the past few days when New Jersey thought that we were going to have another hurricane. This car service was awesome and willing to do the trip despite obvious risk of being out in the middle of the Nor'easter. They made it possible for me to get to my parents while most other companies refused to take me. The driver pulled right up to the terminal for me and got me to JFK with more than enough time for me to get through the hassle of the airport. Needed a car to bring us shopping and out to dinner tonight. I think our driver's name was Brian and he was very friendly and a great driver. The car had ample room, was comfortable and clean. Also cannot forget to mention the price! It was $20 each way across Toms River! I was expecting at least $35 each way. We once paid $200 for a car to drive us from our hotel in Washington DC to family's 15 minutes away, and while the driver was in a tuxedo he barely spoke english. I would prefer this car service any time, overall amazing experience.

Once again Yelp steers me in the right direction. Not much else to say that hasn't already been said but I made a last minute request the night before we flew into Newark when I learned my sister were also using them for a trip to a family wedding. Once we arrived the excellent service continued with a text checking on us once we were on the ground before we were even off the plane. He let us know what number placard would be in his car and we let him know where we were. It was less than a minute after we walked outside that he was there picking us up.

I've been using Toms River about 2 months now. I'm always on the road and I don't drive and I'd really like to not bother my family and friends if I need to get around. I've used them twice for airport pick-up and drop off and if I need to get from the house to the supermarket or work and I don't want to take the train. They're always helpful and courteous, and punctual! Listen, its no fun getting in from a redeye and having to wait on a cab to come get you, so its always good to get outside and see that Toms River taxi with a placard with my name, waiting! I swear, they're a lifesaver.
