Pick up from our home was on time. Our driver Artie was a careful driver and pleasant. Pick up from Newark Airport was hectic due to my phone not cooperating. We used my husbands phone to contact dispatch. They patched us through to the driver and no issues. Again Artie was careful driving through the dark country roads to our home. I am glad to have found this reliable car service. Nice, clean and comfortable vehicle.

We had great conversation with Pete ( I believe that was his name-sorry if I got that wrong) on the way to the airport. I think our driver Saheed for the drive home saw we were exhausted and didn't push for conversation which we appreciated, I want to thank them both for a safe trip to Newark International Airport and back to Brick, NJ. From my first phone call to American Car Service to the text when my plane landed they were professional and on top of their game. I was told where, when and who would be picking me up at the airport. As soon as the plane landed I had a text saying the car was there, level 3, door 3. Easy breezy and so efficient. Their quote was reasonable as well as inclusive of tolls, tax, and tip. The round-trip service ended up being excellent. The vehicles were clean, the drivers were professional and punctual. We used this company on April 8th for a trip to Madison Square Garden. Artie was our driver and he was exceptional from start to finish. The car was extremely clean inside and out. We will be using this company again. Price was reasonable as well.

I use an airport transfer service multiple times a year. I’ve used many different services in the area over the years and have had both good and bad experiences, but this is the first service that has been good on a consistent basis. Everything else has been a mixed bag at best. I have had drivers on occasion oversleep, arrive late, no show, appear hungover, get lost, have car troubles, etc. The drivers here are professional, courteous, helpful, arrive a few minutes ahead of schedule, and drive proficiently. The cars are nice, clean, and well maintained. Pricing is directly in line with the other services I’ve used, while the service is a step up making it a great value. They deliver the streamlined stress free experience I’m looking for when I book, and will be using them again in the coming weeks.

My rides from Philadelphia and return to airport were prompt, and drivers were professional and courteous. My main issue was when I called and scheduled I got the price quote of $193.xx. When then the day before my trip American Car Service called me to confirm they charged me $10 more. I told them that the price I was given was less and he explained that was the price for Newark Airport not Philadelphia. But my price quote when I initially called was based on all the information I gave them which included that I was flying in and out of Philadelphia and the address I was going to. To me that is a red flag. He would not honor the original quote. It was disappointing but with less than 24 hours to my flight I didn’t want to take a chance of not getting a ride. The drivers were fabulous but would probably try another company on principle.

I had to get a ride up to a hospital that was over an hour's drive from my home and called American Car Service. The driver arrived on time in an impeccably clean beautiful car, and was dressed in a suit and tie. He was so pleasant and professional, I was immediately at ease. He had soft Classical music playing and I don't think I have ever had such a comfortable, pleasant and serene drive. You can't get this kind of experience with an uber. I would highly recommend this service and have added it to my contacts!

Wow I don’t know where to even start. This company is absolutely amazing on every imaginable level. From the exceptional and accommodating customer service on the phone to the final pick up and drop off at our residence from the airport they were top notch. I was in disbelief that they were able to accommodate our family last minute during the Christmas holiday rush letting us book a car literally 15 hours before we needed to be picked up for the airport . I was even more astonished when they didn’t even try and inflate their prices and charged us below the normal rate of other comparable companies . They sent an immaculate newer vehicle for both the drive to the airport as well as for the pick upon returning to the airport from our vacation. The driver was completely professional as well as very personable . I will definitely be using this company again as well as recommending then to all of my friends and family .

Great service. After trying two other car services for a late request. I called American Car Service Sunday afternoon for a Monday 4:15am pick up which was accommodated. Their crew of drivers are friendly and always make you feel special. 3. The cars are always clean and inviting. 4. The owner of the company is just a great person.
