My family and my best friend’s family took a trip to New York recently and I have to admit that the initial planning of how to get around was a little overwhelming, as it was a group of 4 adults and 5 kids between the ages of 8 and 13. However, once we realized that Rick was able to get us everywhere we needed to be that stress was immediately alleviated! Not only did we get everywhere we needed to be with little to no thought, Rick made every ride super comfortable and super fun! He was thoughtful and courteous in making recommendations and he even stocked the party bus with drinks to cater to every age and taste of our group. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience it was!!! Highly highly highly recommend!!!

The number one thing I love about this company is their constant communication with you throughout the process. From the time I booked to communicating the day of pickup at LaGuardia they were in touch all the time. Rick the owner was amazing as was our driver Alvin who brought the best vibe to the ride into NYC. Amazing ride service. Both from LGA to Midtown and vice versa a few days later, both drivers were friendly, courteous, and professional. The vehicles were very nice, clean and in good repair. As friendly as the drivers are, I don't know how they maintain their composure driving in Manhattan traffic. It's insane. Driving in NYC, IMO, requires nerves of steel. I've driven Humvees and APCs in Afghanistan and Iraq, taken enemy fire, and had near misses with 2 IEDs, and I'm still positive I'd hire these guys to get me through the city long before I'd consider trying it myself. Originally, we had booked rides to and from the airport and to and from a show, but after the one stressful and overwhelming experience of corralling our group of 4 adults and 5 kids on the subway, we ended up booking most of the rest of the time we needed to get anywhere with Rick. He took special care to make sure everyone not only had everything they needed, but also made sure we all had a great time everywhere he brought us. He even brought us to a food cart that was out of the way so that we could get the best late-night post-show dinner. What an amazing experience I had with this service. I needed immediate help with a ride for my daughter and her husband from LaGuardia to JFK to catch a flight for their honeymoon. I found LaGuardia Airport car service via Google on a recent trip to NYC. Booked a round trip, pickup (Friday 1:30 PM) and drop off Monday morning for a 6:00 AM flight. On Friday afternoon as my plane landed I received a text from Nick who advised me he’d be right outside baggage claim in a Lexus 460, had a great conversation with an extremely professional driver and was dropped off at my hotel in Midtown after a safe and relaxing commute into the City. Monday morning received a text from Richey just before 4:00 AM who let me know he was already at my hotel for my trip back to LGA for my 6:00 AM flight. Richey was courteous, professional and friendly. Leaving midtown at 4:00 AM, there’s zero traffic.
