I'm writing this review, about the owner of this company, Alfred. I made a very last minute request for an 8 passenger limo transport. He said he would check and call me back. Within 10 minutes, he returned my call to let me know that he did not have a limo, however, he called another service to accommodate my request. He gave me the quote and phone number of the other service. I called and booked. Alfred called me a short time after to make sure that it was taken care of. I was recommended T&A Private Transportation by my Uncle. We used their services for transport to and from the airport and to Whitney Plantation. Alfred was the best! He was friendly, polite, funny, helpful, punctual and provided lots of information about New Orleans. The car was also very nice and luxurious. I couldn’t recommend T&A Private Transportation enough.

Alfred picked me up from the MSY Airport, took me to my hotel and also picked me back up from my hotel to go back to airport when I was departing. Both times he was early and ready to go. Upon arrival he not only was awaiting me with Mt name sign, he also told me what baggage claim my bag would be on. On the day I was to depart, he was waiting outside of my hotel 15min early. He gave me so many recommendations of restaurants/places to venture out to. His customer service was amazing and I'm glad I was recommended his service! I can’t begin to tell you the quality of the service our entire group received from T&A. The service was flawless and outstanding! Mr. Hayes was an amazing driver and catered to all of our requests! He greeted us from the minute we met and had great conversation until our drop off. He gave great history of the city, which was a plus. He is a true gentleman and is passionate about what he does.
