This is the only cab company I’ll ever use again! Dispatch was super friendly on the phone & The driver was at my location within minutes. He knew about construction on my route; he explained an alternate way that we took which actually got me there faster. Ride was comfy and clean deff worth 5 stars.

I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. My Lyft driver cancelled even though I scheduled the night before. I jumped on Google and found Star Cabs. It was 530 am and the person who answered the phone was very pleasant and courteous for it to be so early. On top of that my cab was there within 3 minutes. My driver was very friendly and got me to the airport in less then 20 minutes. Next time I come to NOLA I will be sure to use them again.

I could not get a lyft or an uber out to Harahan and Star Cabs came through for me quickly and super awesomely. Cab was clean and Thomas, the driver, was friendly and engaging. I thought the cab was going to take 45 minutes to show up but they were there in 8 minutes. They text you when your cab gets there so you know. Plus about $1.50 less expensive than what Lyft was quoting before they even didnt get a driver to come out. Great value, great service!

I've been riding with Star Cabs for 10+ years. Their dispatchers are always polite. They even know me by name and my travel routines. Their cabs are always clean. Their drivers are polite and promt. Even when I'm anywhere outside of Jefferson Parish, they come get me and bring me home. When I don't feel like leaving my house to go get certain odds and ends, they run to stores for me, pick up to-go food orders, and I just reimburse the drivers and pay what's on the meter. I'd recommend Star Cabs to anyone.

I was in town visiting family and needed a ride so I called star cabs and was super suprises oh how nice the dispatcher was. It seemed as if she really enjoyed talking to me. The cab got to me pretty fast too. The cab was clean and the driver was awesome. he let me charge my phone and pick the music. Other then light traffic it was perfect.

Happy customer! Great early morning pickup for early flight! I looked at other cab/taxis online in Metairie since I wanted make sure I chose the best one since I didn't want to miss an important flight. I chose Star Cabs since they offer 24hr service & read other positive reviews. Our cab arrived right on time, was very helpful, got us to the airport right on time and all at a great price. I will keep using them & reccomend them. Great job!

Called metry waited for an hour called star got a cab in 5 mins! Also the driver was amazing he grabbed all my bags opened the door and was extremely kind. If I have to recommend any cab company or even transportation at all it would be these guys. The owner is hands on and they have an app so you can see where your cabs at. I was told by a metry driver a year ago that star cabs was horrible so I was scarred to use them after being told so much but it seems they were lying to make me use them. I feel horrible for waiting this long to give them a chance but now I will be a loyal customer! Thank you!

Me and my family were extremely worried about taking a taxi during covid19. After taking a taxi with metry because we saw they had positive reviews about cleanliness during covid19, we were petrified because our driver didn't wear a mask and metry's cab was horribly dirty. So we decided to take a Star Cab our driver wore a mask the cab was impeccable 👌! I will ALWAYS use star after this experience. If you want to get from point A to point B with no worries then use star cabs. Thankyou Star for keeping me safe and picking me up in a timely manner!

Every once in awhile they can make it to you and bring you close to your destination if you're super early. Then you check your spending if you're frugal. Ya get out and walk the rest of the way.

I use Star Cabs once a week from the Dollar General (1801 Airline) to my home. I also recently used their service during the very early morning hours to get to work during the Mardi Gras season. With the exception of a 45 minute wait on Mardi Gras Day (2am), and only one kinda cluttered cab, they have been overall; 'Johnny on the Spot'.

Great taxi service: I have tried many taxi services in the metairie area and metry cab didn’t even show up but star showed up fast and there cab was clean and the driver was amazing Peter was extremely professional and I had a lot of fun learning about the culture in Nawlins. 😀 I even got a free praline which was really delicious! Thanks for a true nawlins experience and a fun ride! I would recommend to everyone

Best place to get a taxi. After waiting on a metry cab for over an hour and the dispatcher being rude I called star cabs and got a cab in 5 minutes. I will never call metry again call star cabs for a fast reliable clean taxi!
