I have used a number of car services over the years and the service that I received from Nola Black Car was outstanding! They were prompt, informative and very professional. Our driver, Mohamed Nane was exceptional. We had flight delays, lost luggage and a misplaced cell phone and through it all he was extremely patient and helpful. Without question, Nola Black Car will be my first call on my next trip to the Big Easy. I highly recommend their service.

Definitely give NOLA Black Car a try. We used them for our round trip transportation from the airport to our hotel in the French Quarter and back and were very pleased. Both of our drivers, Clark and John, were professional and personable. They are an asset to this company. The cars, we had a luxurious SUV both ways, were as nice as we expected. We had a question before we arrived and emailed the company. Alex, the owner, got back to us immediately. Great service all around! Skip the cab and treat yourself to ride in NOLA Black Car. We will definitely use them on our next visit. Thanks again!

Used this service 5/2018 for an airport transfer to the french quarter and back again and they were absolutely spectacular!. I found them through reviews so I wanted to leave one for others to know that they were one of the best! Do not hesitate to use them at all. They are on time, send text messages to note their arrival. They are well dressed, clean cars, and they know the area very well. The drivers we had were so nice and friendly we couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you so much NOLA Black Car for the superior service!

Zach was my driver and he was waiting for me at the airport. They had my flight information,so they knew when I landed and Zach text me to let me know where he was at and he was waiting for me at baggage claim. The trip to the hotel was great because he told me about things to eat and places to go. He pointed out things that were on the way to the hotel. It was a great service and if I'm in New Orleans again I will definitely book with them again.

Nola Black Car Service, is one of the best services I have used so far. I use a lot of car services, due to business in multiple states and having used Nola, I would say they are one of the best, if not THE best so far. I used their service in New Orleans and from start to finish, everything was phenomenal. I hope they grow their business and expand to other states! I highly recommend using them, for all events.

Awesome service, our driver Jordan was great. Our flight was delayed causing us to miss our original flight and was delayed until the next day. They quickly rebooked our driver for the following morning.

We were misquoted by over $300. They honored the original pricing ( w/ a minor adjustment) and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Ross. Our President and Vice President make this trip a few times a year. We will definitely call again.
