This is by far the BEST way to navigate the heart of NOLA I highly recommend calling this company for your traveling around needs, forget Uber in the Bourbon Street area, they take too long and often roads are blocked so they can’t get you to where you want to go. Our driver was so adorable! Very prompt, upbeat, well versed in the best routes to take and reasonably priced. This is door to door top notch service! This is a must do!!! We loved the service so much we used them Sunday too! Check out The Cajun Queen! She’s awesome!

We hired Need a Ride for our getaway transportation after our wedding, and they did not disappoint! It was so much fun climbing into the all-white "just married" pedicab and waving to everyone as we left (we even went past a few guests walking from the wedding venue along the ride). Our driver told us fun stories about New Orleans history as we headed into the French Quarter, and it was the best ending to a wonderful wedding day!

Used them for two days in New Orleans and was thrilled with both are drivers. Had Jacob one evening and he was very friendly and made excellent suggestions. The next day Tanner hooked us up. He also made great suggestions. We did an hour tour of the city with him. Knowledgeable and fun. Both drivers were accommodating. Even the dispatch person was nice. Not that we were in a rush but they can navigate easier than a car (lots of construction happening) over all a great experience! 👍👍

Sarah literally may have saved my life last weekend. I had a a bad drinking experience on Bourbon St (at least that's where I think I was) and found myself in a really bad way and nearly unconscious on the sidewalk. Sarah swooped in on her angel wings and proceeded to shield me from harm while my wife made her way to me, and then helped get me back home on her pedicab. Seriously an amazing person and a testament to a great business servicing New Orleans. Thanks Sarah!

Need a Ride Pedicab was one of the best parts of our wedding!!!! We got married in November with a small group of 15 (during the pandemic). We had originally wanted the pedicab service for our grand exit when our date was back in May. After a postponement and a downsizing, Need a Ride was incredibly understanding and flexible with the changes...and best of all, we ended up transporting ALL of our guests with this smaller group in a parade-like fashion to our wedding dinner! We felt incredibly safe with outdoor transportation, the thrill of seeing and feeling NOLA's beauty more intimately at the perfect pace that pedicabs offer, and pure joy at being paraded through! I cannot overstate how amazing these people are! All the pedicab drivers were fun and energetic! And I highly recommend this special way of enjoying New Orleans and feeling on top of the world for your wedding...or just getting around to your next big thing!!!

Could not have gotten a better tour guide than Tree. We met him on a corner and it was the best trip!! Told him what we were looking for and he delivered!! Then he went above and beyond by giving us an in depth look into New Orleans cemetery history. Personable, funny, knowledgeable...couldn't have had a better experience. Sarah was our tour guide and she was AMAZING!!! I intended to take a bunch of photos, but she was so good that I wanted to be in the moment and really enjoy our time together. She entertained me, my husband and our 8 year old. That alone is a tall order. Setting up the tour was a breeze and Sarah was right on time, angel wings and all! I would definitely ride with Sarah again and will refer all of my friends to Need A Ride Pedicabs. It’s not often that you call a business and the owner picks up on the 2nd ring. Suzanne, the owner, really listened to me about our ride and matched us up with the perfect guide. Sarah is easy to spot bc she wears angel wings. Sarah and her wings gave us super fun experience and we will definitely ride with her again! Thank you Need A Ride for the BEST experience EVER!!

First time in New Orleans and we were waiting for a street car, but the station we were at wasn't very visible. Kevin happen to notice us (still not sure how) and concerned for us approached us to inform us that because of the construction that part of the track was closed. Because his bike was around the corner I didn't realize who he was and offered multiple ways to help us, since we were not in walking distance where we wanted to go. Obviously we rode with him and truly enjoyed his knowledge of the city. But he truly was a blessing to come at the right time for us as we were stranded and didn't realize it. He truly cares about people, and I hope to meet him again someday.

We hired Need A Ride for 4 the day of our small wedding ceremony to take us 2 and 7 family members from the venue to our dinner reservation. They arrived promptly at 7:15, 4 pedicabs all ready for us, and we had a great ride to the restaurant. If we would have ubered it would've taken twice as long because of the traffic in the quarter! Highly recommend using them - we had a blast!!

Grace took care of us on two separate occasions this visit. She made us feel very special first go around because it was Mother’s Day and we wanted to get a short tour around the French quarter. She did that and shared some helpful tips on restaurants and things to do. Yay! And then the second trip was today. Just our luck we were strolling down the street and spotted her. Took a 2 1/2 hour tour around New Orleans with Pedicabbers Sarah + Tree and they were AH-mazing. Sarah was so positive and wonderful - she even wore wings riding us around the city. We bar hopped and check out the garden district and cemeteries. Talk about above and beyond - these amazing folks even arranged to pick up Frozen Irish coffees for our entire party before our tour so we had cocktails waiting for us as we climbed in. Couldn't speak highly enough of this company - super professional, wonderful people. TAKE A TOUR - it's worth it.

AMAZING! On this cool Wednesday my kid (10 y/o) and I planned a mini vacation to NO. Since before starting to homeschool him we made a pack to travel. One of our favorite subjects to study is Geography and our people’s history. So on this trip I knew I wanted for him to have a good historical tour. Ms. CAJUN QUEEN went over and beyond to do that! W/o any request she did an amazing job! So down to earth, funny, and sooo informational!! Whenever I or my family will be in NO we will not miss a tour w/ her! Thank you Ms. Cajun Queen! Last night, I rode in a Need-A-Ride pedicab. The balmy night air felt thick against my skin, and the gritty music bellowed from the clubs. I was HERE, in New Orleans, the great city that I'd only ever read about in my ex-wife's journals.* My driver's name was Robby. He was a sweet, nurturing soul who gazed deeply into my eyes when he told me the price of the ride. As soon as I reclined into that cushioned seat and gave myself to the wind, I knew my life was safe in his hands. But then, a few minutes into our ride, I had a spiritual experience. As we were turning the corner off of Bourbon Street, my long-deceased grandmother returned to me in her spectral form. She was floating above me, sipping a steaming-hot cup of tea as she always had, and she said: "Bennett, this pedicab ride marks the start of your next phase in life. Be safe, be well, and always remember me, Your Grammy." I spent the rest of the ride sobbing my eyes out, cherishing the sweet caress of the wind and Robby's peaceful humming. When the ride was over, he turned to me, dismounted the cab and playfully winked. I, in turn, winked back, and I thanked him for delivering me safely to Harrah's Casino. Robby, wherever you are, God Bless You and all the good work you do. You were my shepherd for those fateful ten minutes, and I will forever be a loyal member of your flock. -Bennett *Linda had been flying down to the Crescent City to have secret rendezvouses with her French lover, Henri. After our divorce, I could not help but glance at her steamy entries about their dalliances. Grace was great she not only took us to our destination on several different occasions...she took the time to get to know us and what we were into...then shared he knowledge of the area took us to destinations we absolutely loved and had no idea about ...also gave us great dining tips ... considering most of our regular places had covid restrictions or were closed .....we visit New Orleans often and plan to use her as our "guide" again ...we highly recommend grace .....we consider her a friend and keep in touch especially when storms pass through the area to make sure she is ok ....see you soon grace

What a great way to see New Orleans! It was our first petty cab and won't be our last. Such a different perspective than inside a standard cab. We got a tour of the French quarter, nearly a thirty minute ride around for 60 dollars. It kinda makes you feel like Royalty. I would highly recommend seeing Bourbon Street this way first to get a good feel of the area. Jonas was also knowledgeable about the area.

We had a large party and needed multiple pedi cabs for transport. We called the dispatch line and the pedi cabs arrived very quickly! They took us on a bike ride around the French Quarter which was awesome!!! We had seniors and children in our party so that was a very accessible way to see the FQ! Defintely recommend their services and will use again!
