My experience with Glenn's and my driver Derwin were exceptional. He got me to my destination safely. Asked me if I had all my belongings and I said yes. When I got to the doctors at West Jeff, I had left my phone in his cab. He brought me back my phone and took me home. He was kind, considerate and got to my destination safely. I will use this service again. Thanks Derwin!

Glenn's gives good service here on the Westbank. My driver last week was courteous, pleasant and a good driver. The taxis are kinda raggedy, though! Service was otherwise prompt & professional. I hope I get that last driver again, as I wait for major auto repair on my automobile. 🙂

The cab driver was very friendly, yet professional. His cab was very clean. We had an interesting conversation. He picked me up from where I was very promptly and proceeded to take me home in the same business-like manner. He was excellent.

Requested a ride to the airport from Harvey. The dispatcher was a very nice, articulate lady -- maybe they hired someone new, since the other reviews weren't wild about the dispatcher with whom they dealt. The driver arrived a few minutes early to my hotel; he was nice, the car was clean, and the ride was quick and pleasant (and I usually get carsick in cabs). One thing: this service is CASH ONLY. However, the driver apologized for not telling me sooner, and I just went to an ATM inside the airport. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this cab service. I had a very friendly and kind cab driver take me to work. I also had a comfortable ride there and my driver made me feel at peace during the ride. My cab had AC and the windows were not down, and it was cigarette smoke free ride. I do reccomend this cab service to any one who needs to be any where in a short amount of time. My cab was ready to pick me up in under 12 mintues after my call.

Normally, the service is good. They come on time or sometimes early. Not sure if that is a plus. But, sometimes they seem to choose the route that will cost more. Also, if the route is longer because of driver error and we need to backtrack, they should not charge you full price for the ride. I had to pay 15.00 for a ride because the driver took a wrong turn and charged for the wrong turn and getting back on the right street. The mistake I had no problem with. But, I think a few dollars should have been taken off my fare.

We've used Glenn's cabs for 10 years. They are reliable, quick to arrive and wonderful. My special needs daughter rode with them for 3 years. The drivers took such great care of her. I highly reccommend this cab company. Elise Gretna

I found Glenn's through the hotel desk. While i found the dispatcher to be a little rough around the edges the driver was nothing less than professional. As was his car clean comfortable with a cold a/c. G-55 was the cab number.

I tried get UBER to take my wife and I to the Algiers Ferry but there were no cars in the Bayou Segnette State Park area. I called Glenn's Cab Co to see if they were available. The woman that I spoke to was very professional and nice. Our driver, Walter, was very knowledgeable and gave us a information filled ride over to the ferry. He handed us a card when we got out and said that if we wanted him to pick us up in New Orleans, just give him a call. While we were at Mr B's Bistro (had a great meal) I texted Walter to see how long it would take him to get into the city. He said about 15 minutes. When we were paying the check, I let him know and he said he was on his way. We went to the agreed upon pickup spot and he showed up a couple minutes later. I am going to store Walter's number and use him whenever I am in town!

is a family-owned operation for over 20-something years I have a 2/3 Cab's working late at night and when you can't get them a cab quick enough they give you bad reviews because they call back and argue with a dispacher that's doing the best he can with what cars he has working
