Our leaders were very satisfied with the service provided. The driver Eural arrived on time to the hotel for the initial pickup; he was professional and courteous. The pick from the Arena was smooth as well. Eural was there when our team exited and got the team back safely to the hotel. 1st Class service! Thank you!!!

On a day when so many "little" things could go wrong, it was refreshing to have a transport service who met and all of my expectations. I recently visited New Orleans for Mardi Gras as a surprise treat for my wife. I wanted first class transportation to set the mood and start our NOLA experience off right. Champagne Transport did exactly that. They were on time and the service was amazing. The driver made sure we were comfortable. He even offered us champagne to start this vacation off right. I’m not sure i ever want to take any other transportation from the airport in NOLA if I can’t get this same service. I typically don’t do reviews but i feel that the driver earned this review. I was a part of a organizational affinity gathering in New Orleans that used Champagne Executive Transport in the first week of May. Over the span of 4 days the staff at Champagne were IMPECCABLE with their service, timeliness, safety and responsiveness. Norma in particular was pleasant, attentive and got us where we needed to be with ZERO issues, almost always EARLIER than we needed to be. 10/10 Highly recommend their large SUV & charter van/bus services for any event that requires frequent transit around the city--in fact when we host this event in the future, we will be coming back to them.

If you are in New Orleans, you must book this EXPERIENCE! I went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras 2022 and booked an EXPERIENCE, not just a ride to the airport for my departure. Champagne Executive Transport has a professional staff. They were punctual, and their southern hospitality is real. They treated my family like it was their favorite family members. Also, they knew the city like the back of their hand, so those shortcuts came in handy. When I am out of town, I typically book a popular rideshare company, but I am so happy I decided to try something new.

I was very impressed with the ease in which Mary managed our somewhat complicated travel events over a 3 day period but there was nothing to worry about. She handled it beautifully! I cannot say enough about my experience with Champagne Transport. AMAZING! Mary and Kevin are consummate professionals. I was able to orchestrate all logistics easily from out of town, was sent competitive quotes and a super clear schedule. We were moving around 30 people for FOUR days to multiple spots for a conference. We used their sprinters, luxury SUVs, and party bus after our Wednesday dinner. Our programming started at 8:00am and did not end sometimes until midnight, with multiple stops and experiences in between. The drivers were ALWAYS there at least 15 minutes early, every vehicle was impeccably clean and smelled wonderful, and all of the drivers were professional, cordial, and extremely nice and helpful. Transportation can make or break an experiences and EVERYONE that participated commented on how wonderful the Transportation was. It took so much stress off of us planners and allowed us to enjoy the convening!

I contacted this company somewhat last minute to provide transportation for a family member whose flight was cancelled and needed a reliable transport from the airport the following day, to a wedding. They were responsive immediately to my inquiry, communicated in a timely manner, and were professional every step of the way. Even as my son's flight kept getting delayed again, they were in communication and were still there to pick up my son when he arrived at the airport. I highly recommend this service.
