My friend and I really enjoyed our bike taxi! I have a disability that prevents me from walking long distances so this mode of transportation was perfect. Our driver, Tim, was so helpful~ He not only showed up quickly but he gave us history and information about each area we went through. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips for the remainder of our trip! In my opinion, an excellent way to tour the city~

We really enjoyed our ride with Tim. We didn't want to go straight back to our room so we asked for a meandering tour of the party area. Tim was a great host and told us about the different businesses that we may like to visit or not. Highly recommend for the ride home at night. It is much cooler and its fun to people watch.

Extremely nice people!! They were there in 10 minutes after we called and got us back to our hotel quickly and safely. This is my favorite mode of transportation around the French Quarter!

They answered the phone quickly and had a rider to our location with in 5 min. Our driver Was friendly can't recall his name now, (sorry guy) but he was very nice, he talked with us the whole way back to our hotel. It was a nice scenic ride way faster then 25-35min walk back. They take credit cards, Venmo, PayPal... It cost 20 for a 10-15 min ride a few blocks from Jackson square back to the indigo hotel on canal st

I was in NOLA to celebrate a dear friend's birthday and her partner organized several pedicabs from Bike Taxi Unlimited to show us around town from 11pm until 2am, making pitstops at several quality bars for ridin' around drinks. The staff was phenomenal - perfect mix of a little bit of history and a little bit of laughs. Thanks so much to Dan, Foster, Liz, Kate, Sarah, and Ryan for the perfect ending to a wonderful celebration! (Only feedback would be to let the sweet drivers focus on their rides and hire someone else to field dispatch - felt so bad for Liz pulling double duty during our tour, but she multitasked like a pro!)

Great service during our 4 day stay in NOLA. Available for tours around the city and late night ventures across town. Some bikes don't take card, so be sure to have cash on you. They are not able to travel down Bourbon St at night (no vehicles including bicycles except emergency services are allowed on Bourbot St at night). Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to suggest many local restaurants

It really does not get much better than a ride around the city with a nice drink in hand! (I LOVE NOLA!) Tim was incredibly wonderful! Tim took us around for an hour! & offered so many great options for local hangout spots and authentic food!! Thank you, Tim!

I absolutely loved it. Our driver, Jason, is a retired school teacher & has a wealth of information about the history of New Orleans and a respect & understanding of the different cultures who've made the city what it is. We were able to steer the trip toward our interests, so I can't imagine anyone not getting something out of it. We were also able to make stops. We stopped for coffee, twice. I regret doing this on the final day of our trip, as it gave me a dozen more things I wanted to explore. The biggest surprise for me about the city is the poor condition of the sidewalks. I use a wheelchair most of the time & in 4 days we never found a full block of sidewalk we could roll down. It's the least accessible city I've ever seen. If you have any mobility issues, or you're just worn out from walking this incredible city, I think a pedicab is by far the best option for getting around & seeing whatever you want. A more formal /structured or shared tour is less likely to address questions or make stops, and you won't get the conversational interaction with the driver that I found so valuable.

I needed to get a huge (bike sized) box to my hotel and Bike Taxi were very happy to help! My rider Dave arrived within 2 minutes, and the ride was a great experience. Super convenient and super friendly. It costed the same as if I had taken an Uber and this was way more fun and definitely easier transporting the box.

The ride itself was just fine. However after departing my mother in-law accidentally left her phone in the pedi cab. When I called about 30 minutes after departing I did a hail mary and called the owner/manager who answered immediately and kept me on the line while he got on the radio. He located the driver and the phone itself which felt like a miracle! My husband ran to meet the driver at their next drop off point for a different client and recovered the phone! THANK YOU for being so very helpful! You and your team are extremely busy tonight and you easily could have deprioritized this but you chose to immediately troubleshoot and provided an EXCELLENT customer service experience. THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL!!!

This service is great when you are near Canal St. or by the French Quarters. They tend to be around during the day time and it was 20 bucks for every 15 minutes. I used their service a couple times but ran into issues at night. I presume its becuase they are stretched thin but waited 25 minutes to get picked up once until I gave up and took a regular cab. I also called to ask what time they closed on a Wednesday evening and they were unable to tell me as it depended on drivers and business But when we did takw the ride it was fast and pleasant. Side note, they arent tour guides as I asked lot of questions and many of them the drivers were unsure about.

If you are going to use a pedicab service I wouldn’t recommend anything other than bike taxi unlimited. I have met multiple of the guys that work there an they were all great and super knowledgeable about anything I asked or wanted to know about. Amazing tours quick service an best all of Nick. Nick was a amazing guy that was so great I continued to only use him for an of my pedicab needs we had multiple nights with Nick for hours an hours until 3am he would drive us around. If you want a grade A tour or just good ride ask for Nick you won’t be disappointed. He went above and behind for my disabled grandfather to help him get on an give him a wonderful tour of the garden district. Never wouldn’t have expected a experience like what Nick gave me an my family.

These guys helped drive our kids in a pedicab, when they couldnt operate a two wheel bike on a tour of the city. The driver was so charming. And our kids just had absolute blast with them.

We had about a dozen or so pedicabs ready to transport our family from dinner to Frenchmen. We were able to arrange a mini tour of the quarter that became a parade of sorts. It was amazing, and our family loved it!

First visit to New Orleans was very much a learning experience. One of the things we learned early on was the Bike Taxi is THE BEST way to get around the French Quarter and surrounding areas. Uber was the worst and could not be counted on. The local taxi's were a mixed bag of experiences. Bike Taxi was very consistent and forthright every single time! Highly recommended!

I took my daughter into New Orleans while my husband was racing at Nola Motorsports. We checked out the carriage rides, but they were too pricey for our family budget. Enter Mattieu, a friendly guide that biked us around the French Quarter sharing the architecture, local gossip, and fan fare of the quarter. It was the highlight of our short trip. We got to see the softer side of the French Quarter that appealed to my quiet 8yr old. It was relaxing and I could have booked several more rides if our trip had been longer. We will definitely be hitting them up for more guided tours on our return to the Cresent City.

On March 3 I was staying at the Westin Hotel in downtown New Orleans and I needed to get to the port to take a cruise and there were no taxis available except for the wonderful service of the bike taxi unlimited driver. What an absolutely wonderful experience Besides being fun he got us to the port quickly by passing up all the cars and taxis and we even have a picture to prove it. I would highly recommend using them from now on when I come to New Orleans.

We love to use Bike Taxi when we are in town! All the drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area! When we leave our hotel we call them and they take us to the restaurant that is the best way to see the city!! We use them everytime!!
