This review is for axi in Kansas City MO. Uses zTrip app to book. KC MO look at all the terrible taxi reviews. I used this service, reserved a taxi & driver arrived early with a cab decorated and offering amenities. Weird thing is I got follow up text from yellow cab. Car clearly marked 10/10, not yellow cab. I highly recommend

I schedule ride taxi yellow 4:00 am ride to the airport. Moge was the driver sent to bring us to destination. As soon us we made it out of the house he was ready to stow our bags and open the doors for us. He was incredibly provisional the whole ride. I recommend taxi yellow to any and every one whether is a trip to the airport or ride home from a night out.

Here in the midwest, I had to wait 1 hr, after the blizzard was 3 days ago. The excuse is, Im the only driver. Then driver said to be back at 2. Never came, shut off phone at 3. The temp freezing. After 1 hr of waiting outside, I asked for ride, which I bearly made it home safely. Driver lied, dispatch turned off phone. Not coming back for you. Be sure u got ur own ride.Dont chance it, like I did.
