I was across town and had a Dr's appointment in 40 minutes when I made the call to them and I made my appointment with time to spare. The dispatcher called me back to verify to me my driver was on the way. I now have SK Taxi set on speed dial.

Recently used SK Taxi during our travels to Duluth. Both drivers we had during our trip were professional and safe drivers. I appreciated SK’s dedication to their customers even with the snow storm that was going on. On our final night in Duluth I reached out to SK via Facebook Messenger to schedule a ride even though they were closed down due to unsafe road conditions. They responded promptly to update me on the current status of their services and I let them know I would continue to call the phone number to check for when they were reopen. What blew me away was when they went above and beyond reaching back out to me directly to make sure my early morning transport to the airport was scheduled and confirmed. Highly recommend for transport from airport to hotel needs! Thank you again!!

I called to schedule a ride from the airport as I was landing late on a Wednesday night. They scheduled the pick up and texted a confirmation, which was great. The day of my flight, I was delayed 2 hours - when I called to let them know, they said they already knew it was delayed and they'd be there! When I finally landed at 1:15am, I came out to see the SK taxi with such relief my long travel day was over. I cannot stress how thankful I am that I had a scheduled ride, as I lated heard on the taxi radio that half the flight was still waiting at the airport for more taxis to arrive. Thank you SK taxi!!

In the end, I got home safely (and thats the most important thing). The driver was super polite and knew exactly where to go without a GPS, and honestly took the same route I would've if I had been driving. They arrived within the quoted window. I never took a taxi service outside of uber so I didn't know what to expect. The biggest difference is I wish the car SK used was cleaner/in better condition. Prices were comparable to uber and SK picked me up at 2 am from the hospital(Where as uber couldn't).

Usually quick and on time. They called n let me kno they were running late which I thought was excellent customer service. Drivers and dispatch are always decent, friendly, courteous, helpful, and understanding. Would recommend 100% over yellow cab anyday especially when my less than $5 trip cost me their $10 minimum which is ridiculous. A disability limits my walking and SK taxi has been my go-to without any problems.

SK Taxi came through for me and my boyfriend we had our vehicle break down and both had to get to work and we’re in a hurry, Joe from dispatch saved the day, he found us cabs at 2 different times during the day and those cabs were there within 5 mins both times! Picked up the slack of another taxi company. Yellow taxi or yellow door or something said they'd arrive in 20-25 mins , I called 30ish mins later and the dispatcher said yeah it's going to be another 30mins, called SK and they said 10-15mins and showed up within that time with a friendly driver and a clean ride. Thank you!!!!

My favorite taxi company in Duluth for sure! Always the first I call! They always answer and are always prompt, accurate on quoting timing! Definitely the best in my opinion! The owner has even driven my boyfriend and I a couple times, super nice, great guy! All the drivers are super cool, laid back, but professional and we always seem to have a great conversations on the rides with plenty of laughs usually! Lol! Thanks for the awesome service SK! :)

Had to knock a couple of stars off because of recent experiences. Should probably be a 2.75 star review. The last two night pick-ups from the DLH airport, have been bad experiences. About a month ago, I had an SK cab I booked in advance REASSIGNED to another person because my flight was a little delayed (I even said I'd pay them to wait with their meter running)...that kinda sucked, but what sucked the most is that the cab was THERE when I went outside...I arrived at it BEFORE the person they'd reassigned it to. THAT was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service provider. Tonight, they're running late on another prearranged pick up because they're short staffed. It seems like they're struggling to handle the volume they're attempting to take on, which is leading to their dependability and service suffering as they scale. Would be great if they could get back to how they were when they first started. If you're flying into DLH and are used to the kind of options you get in bigger cities, temper your expectations. I travel AT LEAST twice a month, so when it comes to airport taxi/ride-sharing services I have some perspective. SK is still one of the better cab companies in town (possibly still the best available). The problem is that there aren't many options available early in the AM or late at night (when I fly). For the AM flights, I've never had an issue with SK. But night pick ups... don't expect a prearranged cab with SK to be there...or be there on time. If Uber/Lyft ever return to where they were pre-Covid in DLH, SK might be in trouble when it comes to airport service. Drivers are always pretty professional. A lot of their cabs could afford a decent cleaning...but again, that's unfortunately pretty standard for DLH options.

I will only use SK Taxi, they're very professional and friendly, vehicles spotless clean, Very prompt and if they have a long wait time they're very upfront about it. What is prompting me up write this review though is a driver, Joe L. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to helpme get a taxi for tomorrow morning when I had a hard time getting through because the phone mine was busy with other callers. I posted on social media about needing a taxi but not being able to get through, he personally reached out to me to assist in getting a taxi scheduled and I don't even think he was working at the time! A+ service, if you ask me!

I moved to Duluth MN from California with only a backpack November 30. Today is December 20-2019. I wanted to buy everything new and have taken SK Taxi about twenty times to do major shopping at Target and the mall. Ryan was my driver most of the time. He was punctual, friendly, efficient, professional, an all around great guy. Thanks Ryan!! Without you I couldn’t have gotten my apartment furnished. We’ve become friends. I highly recommend SK Taxi.
