The Renee’s Limousines team did an excellent job providing transportation for our wedding day. We rented the trolly to bring our wedding party from the ceremony to the reception and it was the perfect added detail to a beautiful day. The driver was very professional and timely and we had so much fun singing away on the trolly for the afternoon. We also arranged for a limousine to pick us up at the end of the evening and bring us to the hotel. It was the perfect cherry on top of an impeccable day. Everything from the way I was treated on the phone, the follow up calls and emails ... and the driver was WONDERFUL! We rented the limo for a surprise birthday celebration/winery trip. Caroline from Renee’s contacted me prior to our event. She checked in at the wineries to make sure they were open to the public. Her attention to detail saved the day, as a few places did have special events going on. We were able to alter our route to avoid some chaos. Our chauffeur, Ricky was awesome! He arrived on time, was dressed professionally, had a huge smile on his face and was super courteous. The limo set up was great. We had an amazing time. The whole experience was fantastic! He let us change the time up a little, took our family pictures and was very friendly with our kids in showing them all the fun features of the limo. Renee's Limos was the perfect choice for our wedding! We booked a luxury coach bus to shuttle people between our reception and after party, and Renee’s made the whole night seamless. The booking experience was easy and flexible, and the shuttle itself was pristine and well-appointed. The driver couldn’t have been kinder or more professional. He was very well prepared for our itinerary and pickup/dropoff instructions, and he was also very accommodating with making sure everyone was accounted for and had a safe ride back to their cars and hotels at the end of the night. We’ve used other limo services in the past that we weren’t the happiest with, which makes us all the more glad to have chosen Renee’s for our wedding. We’ll exclusively be using Renee’s in the future!

I went through this company to pick up my family for a funeral service. I must say I had the best experience! Reserving the limo was super easy and the prices were the best in the city. Not only did my driver come on time she was there before the expected time and waited until my family was ready. She also helped the little ones get in and out the limo which was a nice help during a stressful time. My only regret was not getting the driver‘s name she was an angel. I would recommend this company over and over again! And to hope one day use them again under better circumstances. Thank y’all so much!

We reserved a limo to take a group of eight of us to and from the Vikings game on Christmas Eve and to celebrate a birthday. Our experience was awesome and our chauffeur, David, was prompt, professional, and friendly. There was ice, water bottles, and glasses (with birthday napkins) available in the limo for us to use with beverages we brought with us, and we were able to connect one of our phones to their audio system to listen to Christmas music on the ride there. Would definitely use them again!

We booked Renee’s Limousines to use for a bachelorette party to visit a couple local wineries in Wisconsin (we were staying in Stillwater, MN). Once booked, they kept in constant contact to help plan our trip and make sure to check in if we needed anything else. They also called to let us know we had been upgraded to a different vehicle as they needed the other unit we originally booked - there was no extra charge for us since they were making this change. The day of, we were picked up at our specified location and we met our driver, Peter! He was dressed up and very professional yet friendly. You could tell right away he loved this job and was there to really make our day a great experience. The bus we had was very clean, had different lights and plenty of speakers. Peter explained how to use everything prior to leaving, and snapped some photos for us as well! We stopped at the first winery, and then headed to our second only to find out they were closed for a wedding. Peter explained the company always calls ahead to the locations on our schedule to make sure this sort of thing doesn’t happen, but it must’ve been missed. He immediately helped us plan a new stop - a distillery we drove past - and got us there right away. He felt bad yet about our second winery having been closed, so he offered another stop. The travel time would’ve put us over our planned / paid for time, but he told us not to worry about it and it wouldn’t cost us anything extra due to their error not having checked on the second winery being open earlier. We headed over to a small dive bar he recommended, Emma’s, as we mentioned we would love to go somewhere a little more relaxed. We had a blast there! Our adventure didn’t go quite as planned but ended up even better! Our driver, Peter, really made the experience for us. If you book through Renee’s Limousines we would highly recommend requesting him! Overall, I would definitely recommend using Renee’s Limousines and would book again!

They even upgraded us to the hummer limo when their regular limo wasn't putting out "enough" ac for their liking on this hot, 94 degree day. It was a perfect upgrade! The 30 passenger limo coach was nice and the driver was nice as well. The Christmas lights tour was more to be desired. I guess I thought we would see some more professional displays. There were probably 6 houses who had a lot of lights, 3-4 of those in tune with music. One was pretty good, the others were so-so. 2 didn't have their lights even on or the music playing on the day after Christmas when we went. We had a few guests who are Minneapolis residents and they mentioned the areas we were taken probably weren't the best and we drove quite a ways to get to these random houses. We enjoyed the time together, just thought we would have a better lights experience.

Elizabeth was a gracious driver. She did come when we would ask her too and the brewery tours were fun. Only one small thing and not Elizabeth fault is that a member of the party asked her to take her to get something to eat and not letting me the person who paid and ordered the limo. Elizabeth took the person and was not there when we wanted to go to the next stop. Elizabeth did apologize. I suggested next time that the driver contact the original person prior to taking off.

We used Renee's for a 40th Birthday as a surprise! It was so much fun to relax and let our driver, David, take excellent care of us. We enjoyed a few adult beverages, our choice of music, picked up and dropped off friends, went to dinner and a bar afterwards. Both Renee and David made the process seamless. We rented the 14 passenger Ford Excursion. It was stocked with ice, all types of glasses, and 40th birthday bev naps. This was my second d time to book with Renee's. We hope to find a reason to do it again soon!

The limo was very nice and Peter was a perfect host and driver. However the limo was freezing cold. And I do mean freezing. Yes it was the coldest day of the year, but the fact we could not get heat at all was extremely disappointing. By the end of the trip the man in the back discovered that hitting the air cond. button actually gave us some heat. I found it disappointing as well that we had to scrape our windows of ice to see the lights. The trip could have easily been done in less time, as Peter went back to a certain location to see if they had turned their lights on yet. The end of the trip in Medina was awesome. I might suggest that you find smaller plastic totes for trash and for the plastic cups as they took up way to much leg room for the 8 of us. Oh and the intercom did not work well either.

I highly recommend Renee’s Limousines! We reserved a Lincoln stretch limo for our daughter’s 16th birthday party. I spoke with multiple employees on multiple occasions, including Renee. They patiently answered all of my questions and addressed our safety concerns. I requested a car with a front passenger seat so I could ride along to take pictures and chaperone. We were unsure about the forecasted snowstorm. We were assured the driver had experience driving in snow. In the end there was no precipitation during our ride, only before and after. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience from booking to changing time, to recharging time and the ride. The staff was very competent who I worked with on reservation like Kathy. They even called and had the address of our drop off location. Our chauffeur Bekka was super nice, friendly, followed instructions of parking a block away as it was a surprise ride. She stopped at some nice scenic spots and in the end when a couple folks of our group were running late she offered with a smile to stay back a few minutes so they could be included in the group picture. Every change was immediately followed by an email confirmation. Everyone was friendly, competent and provided great customer service. The limo arrived on time. Email confriamtion 24 hours ahead of time was very helpful too. All in all great, great service, limo interior was phenomenal and pricing was great too. Will certainly be calling them again soon.
