In the past I've actually not had very good service from this company with rude people answering the phone and long wait times but the other night I was very impressed with my driver who came to the house for me and my phone was broken and I couldn't turn it on so I didn't see that taxi...he came back and my destination address they had was incorrect and he drove me around and didn't charge me the extra and make sure I got to where I needed to go safely since it was 3:00 in the morning. Will use again (mainly cause they are the only taxi in Rochester) LOL, but that's not the one reason now

My car broke down when I was in Rochester for the day with my handicapped mother. Once it was cleared for driving I needed to get the both of us to the shop. In steps Med City Taxi to the rescue! The driver (I believe it was Mike) was VERY patient and encouraging with my mom and helped her in and out of the car. My mom has mobility issues so this was a big help. He also got her walker in the van which was great since I'm not the best dealing with it. He had a very nice patient conversation with my mom to the shop. Next time I'm in town and run into a jam I will be sure to use Med City again!

We tried both Uber/Lyft at 4am - neither were available. Deb (operator) and Vernon (driver) saved our lives by accepting a last minute ride to the airport. Without them we would have been stranded.
