We just used this service last week both to and from the airport. Everything went great. Our driver on the way home Tim, dealt with some unhappy customers but he was patient and professional! We did get home later then expected but understandable with what he was dealing with. Thank you for getting us to and from the airport safe!

Excellent service, friendly drivers. Got me to the airport on time with no hassles and picked me up when I returned. The dispatcher was really helpful, suggesting options to cut down travel time. We opted to drive to the office in Waite Park, saved us a lot of time and stress driving in the cities.

Booked a shuttle from MSP to Waite Park. I was super nervous bc it was my first time utilizing a service like this and didn't know what to expect. I received an email with detailed instructions on how to find the shuttle at MSP. Marla was my driver and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! Explained the drive to us and made us feel confortable and safe. Definitely will be using this service again.

I am trapped on the Groomer Transport and suffocating from the smell of cigarette smoke. No one is actively smoking but the stink is in the very fabric of this vehicle. If I did not have an early flight I would not even have sat down because you can smell it immediately. Needs an ozone cleanse. Circulating air is not helping. Will not book again.

Excellent drivers and service. My plan landed early and the dispatch, Noah, was able to call the driver and get me on the next shuttle instead of having to wait an hour. The drivers also do their very best to make sure no rider is left behind.

Great experience overall! The convenience was worth every penny, and the price was super reasonable. Both of my drivers were very friendly and nice. I would recommend this service to anyone. The shuttles are nice and clean. They have multiple drop off and pick up locations. My first driver even told me about a more convenient pick up for my family (since I’m not familiar with the area) and he changed my stop and had them refund me the difference! It was great! I was so thankful.

I had a 1:45am pick up. The driver was right on time. He was so kind and courteous. He was an excellent driver! I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing! The price for the round trip was the most affordable in the area and there are so many time options. The vans are clean and large. You can’t go wrong. I will definitely be using Groome again!

When we arrived at MSP Airport, we received a call from Groome, just as they had promised. Going through Customs took longer than anticipated but that didn't pose a problem. We were greeted by them, our luggage was taken and put on the shuttle, and we left within 5 minutes of our getting there. The ride home was very relaxing after a 10 hour flight. I would recommend this service to anyone needing transportation from the airport to St. Cloud. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Our driver, Ken, is a veteran and former driving evaluator for the state. He was very safe throughout the trip and found ways around traffic backups. The van was clean and nice smelling. The facilities at the Office were immaculate and the people were all very friendly. I also could not get over that an hour and half drive was only $21 with a tip. I will be using your service again.

Before posting my review, I took a look at other comments. I've use Groome frequently and glad to see the leaps and bounds of improvements they have made. As a new a business in St. Cloud, it appears they have addressed issues that can be expected from the newness. With all that being said, every single experience I have with them is outstanding, from the office staff, to the friendly staff at each location, the professionalism of the drivers, I can honestly say with all my travel domestically and internationally, they have top notch service! Plus, the price is unbeatable! Thank you for the continuous improvements and solid service!

Great experience and I highly recommend their service! I mistakenly scheduled the wrong pick up point and had to catch the next shuttle an hour later. The company managed to depart St. Cloud 15 min early and was able to get me to the airport in time for my flight. I am very grateful for their service. The driver was very nice and friendly.

This is a great shuttle service. The price is amazing. The drivers are wonderful and it's so nice not to have to drive in that traffic. I would caution anyone using the service to make sure they allow lots of time for traffic and security. We allowed 3 hours (1-1/2 for the drive and 1-1/2 for airport security) and almost missed our flight.

Very easy to schedule and a very nice staff. However i was over 30 minutes late to be dropped off because the shuttle was stopping at different residences. That was not discussed prior to departure. Communication could have better on Groome’s part. Great service other than that. I will definitely use again.

It was our 1st time utilizing Groome Transportation and their service was wonderful. The Minnesota winter weather was not nice for traveling, but, we were picked up in Monticello within a few minutes of our scheduled time. The driver and assistant were very friendly and we arrived at the MSP airport safely and on schedule. Our return flight was delayed so we missed our ride back but were able to catch another within 90 minutes. Again, our driver was very personable and dropped us off at our parked vehicle at the hotel. He even offered to stay to ensure that our car started. We will certainly be traveling with Groome again not only because of the great service but the price is so reasonable compared to parking at the airport + no stress of driving.

I was picked up on time. The drivers were very friendly and drove the bus nice and smooth. I was very happy with the services and will continue to use Groome in the future. The only issue that I cannot give 5 starts was my arrived time was at 12:00AM and the first pick up time was 4:00 AM. Good value for a ride from Minneapolis to St. Cloud at $44. I asked for an 11:30 departure time, they booked me for 11:45, no problem. I don’t think we actually left the airport area until 12:15. Van seat was a little small for me as a 6’3” tall person. Knees were crammed up against the back of the seat in front of me. Driver was a pleasant guy, seemed to follow a little too close to the vehicles in front of us for my comfort but we got to our destination. Thought it was odd that one of the passengers was dropped off at his house since I didn’t see putting in a specific address as an option when I ordered my ride.

It appears Groome listens to some of the customers input and has improved their web page. It appears they have remedied glitches in their pick up lists. Things I also appreciated; 1.Their call to let me know they were running 20 minutes of schedule and ask if I could be at the pick up point early if possible. 2. Fairly new van that rode smoothly. 3. Driver drove safely and gave no cause for concern and was friendly. Only negative is without competition the price has gone up considerably and there is no frequent user incentive.

I used the services of Groome for the first time last week for an early flight to Florida. Our 3:45am driver, Connie, was not only prompt but early and provided extremely good service to a full shuttle of customers. On my return home, Bob provided the same great quality service even tho the drive was in rush hour Minneapolis traffic. The Park & Go from St Cloud is a welcome service at a reasonable price that I will not only use again but recommend to anyone in need of airport transportation!

This service is fantastic. It is a cheaper option than its competitors, the drivers are friendly and helpful. Several locations to pick up and drop off. I have always been to my destination within a reasonable time of estimation. The site lets you set up payment and tip right there. It is much cheaper than parking 3 days at the airport!

Groome Transportation was very convenient for us to use to and from the Mnsp airport. The price was reasonable, the driver was polite and a pretty smooth riding shuttle. Two things I would like to mention. 1. the directions on the website that tell you how to get to them once you arrive in the airport, are not right. It's not easy to find! 2. We parked our car at the Groome Transportation lot in St.Cloud. There was no security cameras anywhere and we were told the gates closed at midnight and back open at 5 am. Perhaps better lighting in the lot, more space for cars and security of some sort would add a peace of mind of the customers. Overall a good experience. Will use it again.

This is the first time we have used Groome transportation. The driver was on time and courteous. When the driver stopped at other pick up points, he didn't rush off when there was no one waiting. He drove the circuit a second time, and was able to pick up the passenger who was running a couple of minutes late.

It’s always better when family can take you to the airport, but under the circumstances of the weather and rush hour in Minneapolis it was just easier to take Groome. The online registration was easy, the van was only 5 minutes late, the ride was easy and simple. The driver dropped us off where we could easily go up an elevator and drop our bags. Didn’t have to haul it all the way through the airport. All is great and well.

Very clean vans, courteous and safe drivers, right on time, even left earlier which gave me extra time at the airport. Extremely nice home office in Waite Park/St.Cloud with friendly staff and super clean rest rooms. A huge improvement overall compared with former owner. I'd recommend this shuttle company.

From the moment I called to book my reservation, to the moment Bob dropped me off for my departing flight... I couldn’t have had a better experience. Even though what Groome charges for a ride back to or from the airport is less than half of what other companies charge... their service & absolutely comfortable and cozy shuttle bus are top notch! I can’t wait for my cozy ride back home in a few days. I highly recommend giving these guys a try... and if you have any issues booking your reservation online, just call them.. they truly do have options to accommodate any flight departure. I was picked up at 2am for my 5am flight.. even though though I couldn’t book it online, I was able to get my reservation when I called :)

Traveled from St Cloud to the airport, was easy and very reasonably priced - will definitely use Groome again. Would give the service a solid 5 stars but for some reason the driver had to call Groome's customer service line and was waiting on the line for over 15 minutes - the call was on loudspeaker so he could drive at the same time. I'm guessing he wanted to check on another pick up location which is fair enough but it was pretty annoying to hear the loop on repeat.

Use this service consistently year round going from Baxter, MN to the MSP Airport when coming home and returning to college (in New York). Never a bad experience! All of the drivers I've had are professional and many are very friendly and love to talk with all the passengers. Prices are very reasonable (in my opinion - I don't travel with a vehicle and am often flying in/out very early or late) - $60 for a one way and $110 for a round trip from Baxter. They don't charge for up to two normal bags either. There are a few stops along the way to pick up more passengers, sometimes at partner businesses or their Waite Park office (which is also clean and nice). All phone conversations for when I've had to reschedule or cancel service (free with at least 24 hours notice) have been professional as well. Sensible people that show they care - really appreciate them!

My flight got delayed so I had to reschedule my pickup twice which was handled well by Groome. I was going to get off at their office but our driver Dan agreed to drop us home which was super great (I live really close to campus). The shuttle came right on time, and the pickup location at MSP was easy to find. Will definitely use Groome again.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we had a full van and putting 4 adults in the back seat was very tight. Anymore than an hour would not have been good. Welcome to town!! Driver was ready and waiting prior to the pickup time in Saint Cloud, knew me by name, and helped load my luggage. I was the last passenger to arrive, so we actually left early! Took a comfortable nap on the drive. Arrived at the airport on time and was again helped with my luggage. Such an affordable price, I will certainly be taking this transport again!

The van was about 20 minutes late, which tends to make me worried, however, there was enough time built into the schedule so we were still on time getting into St. Cloud. I wish there had been some communication though as to timing. Otherwise, the van was clean and comfortable and the driver was professional. I'd definitely use them again.

Don’t get me wrong, I looooove their service until recently. I always order the shuttle service from them when I have a flight scheduled and from my experience, theirs were the best service with kind & consideran, drivers, clean shuttle, on time and reasonable fee in Minnesota area. However, my latest two trips were not so great. The second latest, I got a driver who put on music too loud the entire trip, I and others would feel similar after a flight, tired and all of that and would like to just doze off on the way home from the airport and he didn’t even turned it down after he knew I had a difficulties talking on the phone because of the loud music. I didn’t feel like it’s appropriate to confront him that day and wiser to put a feedback here instead. And the latest one was nothing other than late for 20 minutes. I ordered a pick up and because it’s late for 5 minutes, I was worried so I gave a call and the driver said his records shown that my pickup place was somewhere else, but when I check my email receipt, it was the place where I wanted them to pick me up from. I think for this latest trip would be the improvement for the scheduling department. It was -13F outside and I was freezing for 20 mins and little things like this would make a customer remember it further. Grooms has been great and I would like this company to stay great for customers.

Our trip from MSP to Monti on the 26th was great. Timely arrival, courteous driver, stress-free trip. Our return trip on the 30th was also timely, but definitely not stress-free. The weather was not the best, but the driver was constantly changing lanes to get ahead of the driver in front of him, tailgating the cars ahead, and making comments about the lack of driving skills of other drivers. Now I have been known to make comments myself a time or two, however, I am not a professional driver with 9 other people in the vehicle with me. I truly felt like he spent most of the time driving too close for his speed and the weather conditions.

We were a little late due to MEA traffic and some confusion on our reservation, however, I believe this was more on the part of Executive Express and not Groome. I will use Groome again in the future and believe once the transition period of acquiring Executive Express is over, things will go smoothly.

Groome is terrific-- clean, professional, on time. But I learned last night how human they are. At 11:15 I was dropped off and found my car battery dead. It was after closing hours, but I got through to Scott, the Operations Manager, via the main phone number. Scott drove to the parking lot and jump started my car. Hello! My wife used your service last evening and arrived at Atwood Center on time at 10 PM Dec. 25, 2018. Our ONLY regret is that we did not give the friendly woman driver a gratuity as I had discussed beforehand with my wife. When we signed up for our first experience with your company I was asked if I wanted to add a gratuity for the driver. I responded I would leave that up to my wife after she experienced "THE RIDE". The driver left immediately to complete her schedule and my wife forgot the tip! MY BAD! However I have already told a number of people of your service and will continue to do so. My wife flies far too often so we will use your service again! Thank you for providing an alternate, affordable service for this area. I can only believe your business will continue to grow! The drivers were great. The customer service, not so much. Since they’ve bought out Executive Express, systems have changed and not for the better. You can no longer select your own time for pick up, it’s given to you. They gave only an hour within the airport to check-in and go through security when MSP is unreliable with their security process time. Their customer service was not helpful when I asked about this change. I got no response.

What a convenient, no-hassle service with friendly, professional drivers! Ken and Tim were excellent (to/from airport drivers) and ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. Note: the parking lot (park & fly) has moved recently, to the other side of the building- across from The Skatin Place. There are Groome signs. Someone didn’t realize this and delayed the shuttle by calling, but the driver was still able to get to MSP on time. I like the ease of not having to drive all the way to and from Minneapolis myself and booking is easy.

My 1st trip from Minneapolis to Waite Park The drivers n Staff were wonderful! Change in flight plans~delayed flights~lost luggage SO they calmly got changes made and got me to my destination. Return trip went very smoothly!!(before airplane schedules messed up :))

They have a fenced in secure place to park for extended periods of time for free!

I've used Groome Transportation three times in the past six months to get from St. Cloud to the airport and back. All six transports have been on time and the driver friendly. During one ride, the radio was on really loud, but it happened to be on my favorite station (rock and metal), so I didn't mind, but I did feel bad for the elderly couple aboard! Will definitely be using Groome again each time I head down to MSP.

The service was great and on time. However, The return shuttle ride was somewhat uncomfortable as the heating was all or nothing. We were either sweating or freezing. We notified the driver and he couldn't seem to get it moderately reasonable.

Excellent service. Our rush hour trip to MSP was derailed by closure of 94 due to an accident. Driver and dispatcher did a great job of getting us on the road early onto an alternate route. Unbelievable value compared to Executive Express. $38 vs $108

Our flight was late getting in and we missed our 3:30 pm reserved shuttle. The next shuttle at 4:45 pm only had one spot available, and the staff in St Cloud and at MSP obviously felt so badly. They had room on the third shuttle at 7 pm, but that meant we had to wait over two hours. We decided we'd rent a car and drive home. Just as we were grabbing our bags to head to the car rental counters, the staff member at MSP came over and said she had just received one cancellation, which meant we both could get on the 6 pm shuttle. She was so happy it had worked out for us. We felt like the staff really cared for us!!! Thanks to the women at MSP and St Cloud!!!!

I used groome transportation twice this year and both times it’s been great! The first time I used groome we had a great big snow storm and our shuttle got us safely to the airport with plenty of time to get on our flights. I am one of those people who gets anxious driving in high traffic areas and the snow makes it worse so I’m so thankful for groome. I highly recommend this service!

I recently flew into Mn from Az.... I had never used Groome before, a friend of mine told me about it. Once I got logged in, I booked with no problem for both ways of my trip. Then my girlfriend said... I'll take you back to the airport, so I went back on line and canceled my return trip, I had my money back with NO problem. My driver Wendy was courteous, friendly and helpful. I WILL definitely use Groome again and absolutely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it!!! Deb ;)

I used this company for my ride to and from the Airport in Minneapolis. The ride to the airport was pleasant with no issues but I was not impressed with the ride back to St. Cloud from the Airport. The driver Ali seemed to be more worried about his phone than paying attention to the road. He had his earbuds in for the whole ride listening to music and once he dropped his phone he was busy trying to retrieve it and not paying much attention to traffic at all. It resulted in slamming on the breaks, swerving in traffic and riding bumpers pretty much all the way to St. Cloud. There was not much courtesy at all from the driver. I was glad when I got safe to St. Cloud because with his lack of driving skills and apparently better cell phone skills I was worried at times if he will cause an accident. In my opinion drivers should not be allowed to use their personal cellphone at any time during the drive. I know other companies have that policy in place. After coming off a long overseas flight I expected a comfortable ride back but was quite disappointed.

Had a wonderful trip there and back. The pick up from the airport was less stressful then I thought, because they have there own section in the airport next to the taxi cab pickup. The drivers where very friendly and professional, on top of a super cheap price of only 38$ (both ways) I will always use this service over parking my car at the airport.

Iam more than satisfied this the service this evening. I was running 10 minutes late, so I called to let Groom know about my tardiness and the guy I had on the phone was very understanding. He checked with the driver who accepted to wait for me. Furthermore, my driver Biin Bam was very respect, diligent, and caring. The guy drove safely to airport with patience and great attitude! He cares about me being on time, so he checked the time and reassured me that I will be just on time. I’d recommend this company again based on great customer service that he provided. Best service. Last Sunday I had to go Minneapolis airport. The first thing in my mind was to find groome at that time. Office is neat and clean and has coffee maker. Incase you missed coffee at home, don’t worry about it and you can drink at there while waiting the time bus starts. Driver is so nice and friendly and kind and drive very well. When arrived airport he showed me how to go the terminal. I love Groome.

I have been talking nonstop about how kind the drivers were. I needed to get to Brainerd from Minneapolis for my friend’s pageant. The hotel I was staying at had transportation to the Groome check in desk. The transportation ended up dropping me off late. Well not only were the desk check in people so friendly and immediately helpful, all of them pitching in to discuss what I had figured was a missed shuttle departure- but then while I’m being helped and already super surprised with everyone’s reception of - I get a call and when I pick up...it’s the shuttle’s driver! He called me personally to let me know that if I was there I could run out and get in my shuttle still because he was waiting! I was floored. I run out thanking everyone and find the driver with the most sincere smile and already reaching out for the bag I was holding. He helps me get settled in and starts on the journey to the other pick ups. When we actually started on the route to breinard the driver informed me that I was going to take a second shuttle from St. Cloud to breinard. We arrive quickly and smoothly. As soon as I walk in to check in for the next shuttle in St. Cloud the next driver pops up and asks if I’m Suellen. Then says he’s ready whenever I am! We leave just me and the driver in the shuttle to breinard. He lets me sit in the front and teaches me all sorts of cool stuff about the area including what hard water racing is. We arrive early at my drop off and I was Laughing and smiling...from riding a friggin shuttle!! I haaaate road trips of any kind and never handle long drives well. I’m even writing a long flipping review. I mean.... That’s the level of *completely impressed* I am with the my experience with Groome

I was left standing in the early morning chill for 60 minutes on Wednesday. This did not endear Groome to me who, after 3 phone calls in the intervening wait, told me that the driver was on the way. This never happened with Executive Express. Truthfulness and integrity are at stake here.

We left at 11:00 PM and returned to Groome Transport Waite Park at 12:45 AM. The driver was hesitant to let anyone sit in the front seat, but did eventually once he found out the passenger had knee problems. Overall, it was fine.

Have been using the service for a few years now. we appreciate the upgrade in quality since Groome took over from executive express but the price increase and additional stops before the Waite Park stop make it less less and less feasible for us. We will probably go back to driving down to the cities and paying for parking. Once again, great drivers, great staff but the ride is becoming longer and more expensive instead of less expensive.

Reliable Transportation! Comfortable vans! They answer phones if one has to adjust travel schedule, and change the time of the van. They are very helpful if a change needs to be made as I ride their vans to medical appointments. We loved your driver's Bridget and Daniel I was a little upset when our plane was a little late and I tried calling the number and pressing 2 to leave a message No one answered. The driver called me and I told him we were at the baggage area The lady at the airport desk insisted he could not wait as there was another passenger on the van. Thank goodness Daniel was kind enough to wait. There were 5 of us and 2 had to work in the morning. The other passenger was not in a hurry as she missed her van earlier. To start off with the park and ride is very poorly marked with a garage sale type of sign. Next there is a sign on the fence for parking. No sign on the building or any markings. The email said to check in 15 minutes early but no place to sign in. Again no phone number on the email print out. I ended up looking it up on the web. We called and left a message, they did call back and checked where the driver was at. It was at the college and would be there shortly. They arrived 15 minutes after our departure date. The parking is not a secured lot. The rest of the trip to MSP airport and back went as it should.

A very reliable and flexible fast transport service from Saint Cloud to MSP airport. They have been flexible enough to accommodate my request to be dropped off at Maple Grove along the way for an interview I had and picked me up at the same spot to take me back to Saint Cloud. Within 3 hours I was in and out of the Twin Cities for a 30 minute interview!. And this I have done twice. I highly recommend them if you need a fast way to get to the Twin Cities and back from Saint Cloud. At $19 each way, its cheaper than using Uber and almost as fast.

The driver we had on Nov 26th 2019 from MSP airport to St Cloud was driving very fast, passing semi's and other slower vehicles during a snow storm. We felt very unsafe and was very relieved that we weren't in the ditch with others. Our second driver from St. Cloud to Brainerd was very safe and drove according to the conditions. I typically don't fly much. When I found out what it cost to park at the airport my knees got weak. Then I checked on off site parking at mnsp to compare prices. After taxes and fees, it was about the same as at the airport. Then, through a friend I heard about Groome Transportation. Park your car Free! Get picked up and then dropped at the airport plus picked up again on return and brought back to my car. Less than a thiord of what it would have cost me. Duh! Excellent service, especially for the price. Just be at pickup location early, as the bus may leave early. Our 10:35 pickup arrived at10:15, and we were on the way by 10:20 =15 minutes early. Not disappointed, but be aware so that you are not.

Driver courteous. Made an unnecessary stop at SCSU. Should drop of people at the WP headquarters before dropping of individuals at Marriott or SCSU. After cutting your competition with your $19 r/t to MSP, then buying them out, then raising your rates more than double to $44 seems to be cut-throat business. The van you used to pick up passengers on 11/22/19 was an old EE van. What happened to the new vans??? Or were they used to lure customers before your buyout?

Easy online reservation. It was a little confusing knowing if we were at the correct location for pickup. They should have a sign or something indicating that you're at their stop. They also were not on time for the pickup. A phonecall to let you know they're running behind would be comforting, especially if you're worried about your flight.

I believe simplifying the schedule to a Alexandria departure every two hours would make sense. With regular departures like that no one would have to wait at the airport for 4 1/2 hrs before their flight. It seems like there is a huge gap between 8 am and 12 departures.
