I’m not usually one to leave reviews but Driving Miss Daisy certainly deserves a glowing one. I can’t recommend this medical transportation service enough. I’ve tried several services close to where I live in Woodbury but I always run into issues whether it be poor coordination of rides or general rudeness. When I use Driving Miss Daisy, however, I consistently have a much better experience. My driver is always on time, helps me into the car, and speaks to me kindly and with respect. Everyone I talk to on the phone is always very nice and efficient (Shoutout Naz and LaTonia you are awesome!) and make scheduling so much easier. I recommended my brother start using Driving Miss Daisy to get his son to appointments while he’s at work and I’m so glad I did, because it works for him and my nephew better than anything has yet. I’m very grateful for the services that Driving Miss Daisy provides- it has helped my family immensely. I’m even more grateful for the kind and wonderful people who work toward making this business run so well. Thank you!

We have been using this company for almost 2 years, twice a day, 5 days a week for our son who goes to a day program. The drivers are kind and helpful. My son loves riding with them, he’d rather go with them than me! It is a great way for him to have some independence. Someone always answers the phone and they are accommodating with schedule changes. I feel like this is the best option available to us.

I worked with Driving Miss Daisy for many years coordinating transportation for clients. I always felt like they truly cared about who they were transporting. Working with Driving Miss Daisy was so much easier than other transportation companies I was always able to get a hold of someone to answer questions or report a concern. They have some long term drivers who knew the clients very well and treated them with respect. The office staff also knew all the clients very well. Driving Miss Daisy is still the only transportation company I will recommend to others

Initially I was skeptical about booking a round trip for my medical appointment after reading the reviews. However, I went with them and they have amazing service. Clean vehicle, prompt with timings and schedule. Had to book them in advance though. Thank you, will definitely use the service again
