Driver 137 is by far the best driver I've ever had. Attentive driving well-groomed driver doesn't smell can understand when he speaks car is smells nice and is kept very clean. Car maintenance is up to date and drives well something goes wrong it's promptly addressed and taken care of. No near misses with accidents with driver 137 or finding insulin or drug paraphernalia in the car. In my opinion I'll drive yours should strive to present a friendly writing experience okay

I would give them 10 stars if I could !! I absolutely love this mobile company!! Their services are always 💯 I am not just on time every time I ride w them, but early! And they are way polite and patient too! They manage to be fast efficient courteous knowledgeable and polite all at the same time like all the time!! They have never forgotten me or argued with me because the were 3 hours early and than angrily left me. They always pick up the phone, and even that is in a matter of 1 or 2 rings. So far since late this August of 2022 using their services, not once were they late. And more often than not, they are there before Im even finished w my class or appointment. And they patiently wait for me. And always with a warm smile friendly greetings and a great attitude!! Love this company and their services! Too notch, idk what they get paid, but they all deserve a raise in my opinion!! 👍🚙💙🤍💙🚙👍

UPDATE: So after receiving a response from the Owner I called and spoke with him and explained the situation. He was understanding and responsive to what I had to say. This all occurred because I was traveling from a hotel with two manual wheelchairs and one that was rigid because it is a para-fencing wheelchair. The Owner was apologetic and willing to help me out the next time I am in town and was willing to work with staff to help prevent future issues. I am grateful for the resolution and assistance I received. ORIGINAL POST: What type of taxi company does not have a van with seats that can be folded down? Seriously! Don’t bother wasting your time.

B&W Taxi is a huge improvement over T-Plus. I have a few gripes, but still worth a 5-star review. But, here are a few things I've noticed. 1) The Riide app for iOS, tells me it isn't available for the region. 2) When the operators call. The "please keep the phone lines open" line, that isn't needed. I could be playing a few games, reading the news, and on the phone with someone - all at the same time, and the text that tells me when a driver is on their way can still come in for me to read. And the customer might also have their phone linked to their computer where they can receive the text. 3) Drivers do not need to call, do they not know how your system works, with the whole text notification? And in my experience, when some of them do call, they end up making a personal stop, that also needs to stop. 3b) There was one day, I ended up waiting a whole extra 30 minutes, a driver was actually on the way and was like 4 - 5 blocks away - then turned around to go somewhere about 1 mile in the opposite direction. Please inform your drivers that if they need to make personal stops, gas stations, office visits, etc... to do that between customers. I've mentioned this in my rating when that happened; I would rather wait for the text letting me know a driver a driver is on their way instead of watching the driver at a gas station or somewhere and waiting for them them to be on their way. 4) I've sent you guys messages in the past, some worth a reply. I don't think your contact form actually works. 5) When I call and am in a long queue, I do enjoy listening to the trivia.

The driver picked me and another stranded traveller at the airport and took us to a hotel in what was basically a blizzard. So cheerful and nice - and was even our ride back to the airport the next morning. Trusted his driving in what were very dicey conditions.

I have used Blue and White taxi Services for over 15 years now and I appreciate them now more than ever. Several years ago while living in downtown Minneapolis I used ride sharing as my only method of transportation. Blue-and-white taxi were always prompt, convenient, thorough, and above all the customer service was excellent. Within the last few years I’ve taken Medical cab rides through Healthpartners and they has chosen to transport their clients through blue and white taxi cab service. I called to schedule it through Healthpartners, however; upon the ride back home, I don’t need their phone number very easy to remember do use a text service to alert their attention. It is quick, and they are always there within minutes. They bring me home safe and are always kind. I’m grateful to have these services available as well as the trustworthy aspect makes it official. I will use their services in the future as long as they keep up there loyal, hard work.

Driver was exceptional!!! Very nice and friendly!!! They however didn't get my ride to me on time, due to having my incorrect number. Which has never happened to me before, and my ride was pre-scheduled!!

Customer service was fine the price was fine the issue I had was I had a reservation for a taxi set up at 1 AM and I wound up having to call customer servicall customer service agent dispatcher to figure out where my taxi is because the time that it was supposed to show up rolled around it wasn't there and I wind up being told that it could be an hour to 2 hours before it shows up mean I could have walked home in the same time for free and not freeze waiting around for a cab that should have been there when I asked for it to be At least getting a refund was nice and easy again the dispatcher was very professional and I didn't have to argue or shout or anything like that so I will probably try and use them again might have been that I just booked it on a little too short notice mean it was a good like 12 hours in advance but next time I'll probably try and do 24 hours in advance to see if that makes a difference but all in all that's why I'm giving it 3 stars service overall was good but if you're gonna offer a reservation service like that you should have the reservation to be honored Especially with it being this cold out now

Blue & White Taxi Company is by far my choice for a Taxi Service. I think everyone else would benefit if they would use Blue & white. Blue & White Taxi’s show up when they say they will, the company never messes up pre determined pick up or drop off locations. The drivers are always polite and professional. It most of all they do not drive like maniacs. I’ve had some horrible experiences with several other companies when it comes to the drivers driving like maniacs! Now the customer service for Blue & White always answers the phone in a timely manner and takes care of my needs in a very polite manner. I can honestly say that I myself, prefer Blue & White Taxi company over every other cab company in the Twin Cities/ Metro area. If you care for a good Taxi experience that’s safe and will get you to where you need to be safely choose Blue & white Taxi Company!

PLEASE READ!!! I shared a review that was not positive before but someone by the name of Jeremy reached out and expressed authentic concern for my issues with corrective actions in place. I have already experienced some of these corrective actions such as adding more drivers, and I have seen a huge difference in reliability. My frustration before was expressed without taking into consideration some of the current industry issues, and for that I apologize. They are always on time, usually even early, most drivers are super nice and keep there cars clean. There are a few bad ones that are mean and cars are dirty and stink, but I hardly ever get one and if you do just call and they will send another car to you. They will do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy and comfortable. I only use blue and white and have for 10 years. Great company with superb employees

If you can get a nice friendly driver it's been a great experience. Sometimes not all the drivers can be nice and helpful. The ones that are, they have been great. Watch out for drivers that will drive off if you don't rush rush hurry, because they tend to be demanding and rude.

I had very little time to get to my appointment before the doors locked and my driver took extra special care to get me there on time. I've also had instances where my day was dreary and my driver bought me a coffee to brighten my day!!! I would definitely recommend this company. Treat the drivers how you want to be treated and they will do the same! Can't ask for anything more.

I had waited for four hours, but T-plus ride hadn't returned to pick me up from Walmart. Eventually Walmart closed, but was nice enough to allow me to set in the store. A worker mentioned Blue and white Taxi. I am new to the area so this was welcomed information. Blue and white came right away. Needless to say even after 12AM my scheduled ride with T-plus ride was still saying "It won't be much longer". While I was safely home and it was pass 2AM 🤦🏽‍♀️

My driver John, (red and white taxi) was very professional and fun. Talked with me as if we had known each other previously. I appreciate him stopping so I could smoke and use restroom. I like talkative and friendly drivers, as well as assistance to and from vehicle as I couldn't walk and carry anything. He asked where I wanted to sit (front or back seat) didn't just make me sit in back. Vehicle accommodated my walker and other stuff as well as room to sit comfortably. Safe, Reliable, Transportation. Customer Service Call Center has a Nice, Professional Courteous Reservation Staff. Automated system needs some serious technical tweeking.. The Drivers, there are some barriers with communication but are kind and reliable and do their jobs as they are instructed. They come in clean vehicles... I noticed alot of drivers speak on the phone while driving perhaps to help make the time pass or calling over seas speaking to perhaps family they miss excitedly. It's hard for them too. Especially through this Pandemic. All in all they have a good system, dependable drivers A Reliable Service. I recommend them.

I had a great experience today with cab # (460) driven by Zenebe Bekele he provided me with a pieceful ride home and was VERY respectful! Some drivers I have encountered are just in it for the paycheck but this driver genuinely cares about his passengers and respects them. I have had alot of rides where the driver is on their phone, swerving, honking their horn at other vehicals, almost getting in accidents! He did NONE of that and I appreciated that alot if I was able to request him as a driver everytime I would never go through another cab company again! They do a good job of getting to your pickup address pretty quickly & dropping you back off. I've only had to wait about 10 mins for a pickup & return ride. I wish they would train the drivers in good customer service though. They aren't always the friendliest but convenient & safe on rides. If it wasn't for my medical insurance paying for the rides I wouldn't be able to afford it. They charge alot just to get somewhere that's only 15 mins away.

Blue taxi is the best ive experienced over many years of riding with ''local'' taxi cabs. Drivers are very courteous, kind, and professional. Hard working for us to make a honest buck for their own. Five GOLD STARS forsure...and a special thank u to the driver who picked me up at united hospital at 130 a.m.safter waithing 90 minutes for another.company booked by my medical, that never did show up, and kept hanging up on me when i called inquiring about my cab ordered. Unbelieable! So, I am happy to share this info with you, as I really needed to get home from the hospital, since medical s cab didn't come and I wasn't going to have their pay for it ...I told the driver that I only had ten dollars up front please could he take me and I said I could get more cash at home if needed. UPDATE: The manager at Blue & White contacted me immediately after I posted my review. He was very nice and cleared up the matter immediately. I have received my refund! I updated from 1 star to 4 stars. + + + + + + + I had no problem with the taxi or driver. The cab arrived promptly and got me to my location on time—with a lot of help from me with directions. My problem is with the company! I placed the order online and paid for the service. When I got to my destination, the driver couldn’t find my payment. I showed him the receipt in my email, and he told me to go ahead and get out and he would call the office. When I had finished my business, he was waiting for me outside and had me talk to a dispatcher. She said there was a mix up, that two drivers had been sent to pick my up, and they canceled my order when the second driver couldn’t pick me up. I had to pay the driver that actually drove me because my online order/payment had been canceled by the second driver. I was told that my online payment would be refunded. It is now 5 days later, and my account has NOT been credited so I paid twice for my trip!

I would have given 5 stars but the dispatcher neglected to tell the driver that we had a 6ft ladder that we needed to transport with us. That being the whole reason why we requested a van in the first place. So when the driver pulled up he was surprised and wasn't going to take us but we talked and he did allow us to ride with it. He was a nice guy & got me to my appt on time but it's hard to understand him. The 2nd driver was also polite but his cab needed cleaning. I was unaware that I needed to answer a phone call in order for the cab to get here on time. Luckily, I called dispatch & let them know my phone doesnt let me know when I get calls very often. I also have a hard time hearing, asked that they text me for future appt. & she was very nice about it. My driver's were both polite & made good use of time.

Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars after contacting Jeremy from management who refunded my money and was very helpful in giving details about future bookings and giving an extra 30 minute window for pickup times. I will use there service if the future when needed and understand how things are slightly different than before the pandemic. Thanks Jeremy for great service!

I schedule my rides, and they are always on time! For unscheduled rides they arrive very quickly as well. The automated text system they have setup is SO helpful and efficient. I receive a text when they are on the way to me and another text once they’ve arrived; so I never have to wait outside! The cars have nice interiors, and the drivers are respectful & polite. I had 2 medical transportation rides today. My first ride was a huge 5!! He picked me up on time, waved to me that he saw me on my way down, had the air conditioning turned up as it was a hot day, never used his cell phone, was very courteous and drove very well. I would like him to drive me every day. My second trip did not go as well. I used their automated service to notify that I was ready to go home. I waited right next to the window watching outside the whole time and no one came. Then I got a text message (which was missing the phone number to call) that I missed him. He never once tried to call me and I'm guessing he went to the wrong side of the building. I called immediately and had to wait for them to dispatch a new driver. When I spoke to the dispatcher, I asked that he note where to go at the building. That should be an option on the automated system. The new driver did call me when he arrived, but was rude on the phone. He was talking to someone else the whole time he drove me. He didn't turn on the air conditioning until I was almost home and drove too fast. Please please ask your drivers not to text or talk on the phone when they drive. I don't need them to talk to me the whole time, but would like them to only focus on the road/GPS. I'm only giving your company a 3 star rating because the first guy was so great. If I knew his name, I'd ask for him every time.

I really enjoyed the trips that I've had. Although not many yet with Blue and White SO FAR....I have GREATLY had better results results with things like directions, slow drivers, lost drivers who can't find their way anywhere. Companies such as Forward Transportation (Horrible), SchuTran (not the best) and although I've ridden with them most,(Transportation Plus) T plus isn't bad at all I like their gps driver tracker feature and the "GO" trigger text to jail your cab. It's really nice. But like everywhere I've had bad experiences with an employee where I was waiting FOREVER, and my driver lied saying I was a no show, WHEN I SEEN HIM GO TO THE WROMG BUILDING, drive around the block and I hadda chase him for blosck. I can see the cab number and location on my phone at all times so I'm like what's going on guy??? He lied to me saying he was just dropping someone off. Then called dispatch saying I was a no show. Ruined my whole day. Took over an hour and a half just to get thru and fix it

First time using this taxi. Needed a ride to work so tried uber who wanted $42 and blue and white only charged $20! Super easy to use web site. Very similar to uber/lyft with seeing price before ordering with credit card and sends a text when on the way then provides a link to track driver. I will be using this again and recommending to friends who use ride shares.

I ride with blue and white every day for two weeks out of the month, at the same time every day. They consistently show up on time and always call so that I don't miss my ride. Their drivers are consistently courteous and professional, with only a few exceptions - but when you ride as often as I do, it wouldn't make sense to mark them down for just a few bad drivers. I also always feel safe, as their drivers do not speed nor take risks while driving, and they use their GPS to get me where I am going on the fastest route possible. My driver today, Mohamed, a Riide Black (number 873) took me on both my original and return visit, and he was particularly courteous and pleasant, and his car was kitted out with a back seat cover to make it more comfortable, which I appreciated; he also made sure that I was comfortable with the temperature and that I cared for the radio station, and did not talk on the phone - many drivers do talk on their phones while driving, which I do not mind, but I prefer if they ask first and very few of them do, which is really my only complaint... that and some of their cars, really particularly the Blue and White marked Dodge Caravans, are older and not always in the best condition, making the ride significantly less comfortable. However, literally every other brand - Rainbow, Red + White, Riide, ABC (I forget if there are more but those are the main ones) are always consistently in good condition, particularly the Riide cars and the Rainbow ones - I think they are simply newer vehicles. But even the older vehicles never feel unsafe, simply slightly less comfortable. TL;DR - I ride with B&W a LOT and always feel safe and treated well by drivers, and would absolutely recommend them if you need a ride... they are consistently priced with Uber or Lyft and way cheaper during surge pricing, too.

Cab 3157 was amazing! Upon his "on the way" phone call I expressed my concern about missing my appointment, that we only had a small window of time to arrive. He genuinely cared about getting me to my appointment ON TIME, even though it was NO FAULT OF HIS I WAS RUNNING LATE. 3157 made sure he arrived in a quick manner, and did the same getting to my appointment. His positive attitude was so calming, making me feel assured we would make it. His driving was just as assuring, getting me there ON TIME in a quick way, but in a safe in control manner. So far I am more satisfied with using Blue and White Taxi they're more polite and more importantly they are very professional when I have used their company. For me when riding in their Taxi's so far non of my driver's have been distracted because of being in their phones or from being in social media or even just messing around on the tablet for bidding on pick-ups, but if was in one of the other "rival" companies vehicles the drive is ALWAYS on the phone or texting or being very rude with their language used towards other drives on the road and my biggest scare and/concern is their SPEEDING and constantly swerving in and out of traffic.. I frequently use Blue n White Taxi for both medical rides and personal use during errands. They are always fast with pick up, never having to wait a long time before your ride arrives. My only reason for giving them 4/5 stars is because some of their driver's drive way too fast and way over the speed limit. This morning I saw my driver was doing 60mph in a 35mph residential zone. This isn't safe for anyone, especially my 2.5yr old who was in the vehicle with me.

Some driver's we're even on the phone w/there ear peace or by the car stereo. I was told that no-body from your company were not supposed to be on the phone period while driving w/a client or customer.. I am NEVER late using this company I am usually a little early which I like and if they come early and I am not ready they never rush me or are rude to me they just give me the time I need but since I can track the cabs in live time i know when they are coming and when I am ready to get picked up all I have to do is send a text saying ready and it shows what cab will be there and when which is my new favorite thing about the company is I only ever had to call them once for a return ride.The drivers are super friendly although some are quiet they are all polite saying hello and good day they always make sure you feel comfortable meaning their vehicles are kept clean if its cold outside it is warm inside if its hot outside its cool inside they ask if you want to listen to anything they all know the fastest ways to get places depending on what time and day it is and I always feel safe which is a big one for me being a young woman. Everyone is using ride shares but they can be scary especially riding alone, I know the drivers blue and white pick are highly qualified with the best technology vehicle cleanliness and maintenance fastest routes and everything else you might look.for in cab services. Constantly waiting for my SCHEDULED RIDE to arrive. And, they are constantly sending the cab to the wrong address. I have also given them my updated phone number several times but no matter how many times I give it to them they still have my old information. The drivers are courteous but like I said as a whole, their company is terrible and they only got four stars from me because if I rateid them any lower I would not be able to post a comment. Just try it yourself it can’t be done . Why would they even have a spot for comments if you can’t post a negative comment? Very frustrating company! It seems to me that they only want positive feedback and the only reason that I continue using them is because I have medical assistance which pays for my cab rides and I am not allowed to exclude them from picking me up. Seriously do not waste your time! If you do use blue and white, make sure to bring your cell phone and have a credit card ready so that you can call Uber to pick you up because This company blows a fat one!

Our driver, Kiyar, was amazing! I use Blue and White to commute to and from medical appointments. Traveling with 3 children is not easy. Let alone an infant with a heavy car seat, stroller, diaper bag and other necessities. Kiyar helped put the baby stroller and diaper bag in the vehicle for me while I got my children buckled and situated for the commute. Not only did he drive us home safely, he helped bring the stroller up my long icy stair-steps and to the front door. It’s hard to come across individuals with a caring and kind heart these says. I must say he is the best driver I’ve encountered so far. I am a single parent of 3. So, I usually need to do it everything all by myself. I've had various experiences with blue and white, good and bad. Cab drivers try to provide but everybody's different so they won't know what u want or need until u say. Some drivers will do what u want and some won't. What I don't like, is when they use a cab as their own personal car and make it stink so bad that I feel like I stink before I get out. I think one driver actually lived in his. Slept in it or something. Because it smelled like a closed in bedroom. I'm sure somebody knows what I mean. Other times it smelled like sweat or stale candy, reminds me of a dirty car seat or something. I can't explain it, really. My point is, you cannot judge a whole cab company based on a couple drivers. Besides, the same driver u didn't like today could be the best driver ever the next time u get him IF u got him again. This is a good Cab company and there the ONLY ones that will really pick you up in Eden Prairie! I was out shopping and no one wanted to come get me in Eden Prairie , I was at Cub foods after shopping and had no idea about the taxi's here after calling many cab drivers and having them say NO , one of the drivers gave me this number and they were there in 7 min. I recommend them , I do not use Uber , I have no idea who those people are or if they have insurance , I prefer a real cab company.

As per an emergency surgery, blue & white taxi was contracted for returning myself from the medical facility to my home approximatly 17 away. The cab arrived in 3 minutes as stated, special accommodations offered were a mini-van that was easier to enter and exit as i was still in excruciating pain from a spine and neck procedure. The operator was pleasant, prompt and a natural behind the wheel. The actual vehicle was in good obverall condition althouh i did note it was in need of some routine repair and maintenance. In addition i felt comfortable with him at the wheel as an operator as we was swift and attentive 2hole driving as opposed to letting his attention be diverted i was impressed with his ability and performance as a driver. From Dispatcher to driver, Blue and White Taxi was exceptional with their customer service. I was not having a good night when I called them to see if they could get me a ride. Another cab company had let me down and I was now running late for the theater. Then I called Blue and White Taxi. The dispatcher answered my call promptly and did something that is becoming a rareity, he listened to me. He demonstrated that he understood my predicament by letting me know that he would get someone (with space for the folding wheelchair) to me as soon as possible. I asked how long that might be and he gave an honest estimate. Then he said to call him back if I felt like I was waiting too long. As soon as we'd gotten off of the phone, I immediately received a text message from the company to confirm my request, identify the driver, "Captain Nuur" and provide a link to track our driver's progress. We watched as the taxi came to us. Our driver, Nuur, was very nice and helpful. He got us to the theater in short order and even returned my bag that I had forgotten in his Taxi. At the end of the performance we called them to arrange for a taxi to take us home. Again the dispatcher was terrific. The text came so fast that "Captain Mohamud" was already out front. Mohamud was also nice and got us home safely. Blue and White Taxi has earned a new and loyal customer in me and my family.

I recognized the face of my driver, Ibrahim, right away but, at the time, couldn't recall his name offhand. So I chatted with him about a few things, made sure he remembered me, then quietly looked at the confirmation text Blue & White always sends. Ibrahim told me a story ( he wasn't barging in or anything, we were already talking ) and I was happy to learn a few things I otherwise wouldn't have known. By the time we reached my destination, we were both laughing & I felt like we had evolved our understanding of each other. I lost my phone in a cab! While this is a common situation what is uncommon was the Blue and White driver that RETURNED the phone to me. On a Friday night I gave directions rather than an address to my driver. The following day (which was his day off!!!) the man drove around looking for my house nearby where he remember dropping me off. He stood outside my fence yelling to see if anyone was home. I heard him and came running out to give the man a hug and a reward for bringing it back to me. VERY few people would every do such a thing and this man went above and beyond the call of duty. He was a very kind and honest man who restored some faith to humanity.
