I have been using Royal Airport Service since they began, for all my business and personal trips. They are very professional, always prompt and never late. Their drivers are safe and courteous, they will not bother you during the ride, unless you start the conversations or they will just let you rest. I have called them on off hours, on a moments notice and they have always accommodated my needs. I highly recommend this company that is why I have given them a five star rating. Service is one thing but Caring is priceless: Royal Airport Services provided my wife and I excellent service for our holiday trip, with an early morning departure and late arrival pickup with unmatched reliability. BUT, when my wife had to be air transported to a Boston hospital and I was stranded at the Concord Hospital, Deb at RAS went into action and found me a driver and a safe ride to the Boston hospital where my wife was being prepped for surgery AND Deb has been in touch since then to see how we are doing.

I have used Royal Airport service for about 5 years now. My experience with them has been excellent. The drivers are professional, and always arrive 15 minutes early. I travel all over the US, and often run into situations where I need to make last minute changes to my travel. Deb and Mike are very flexible, and work to accommodate to my constant schedule changes. Great service! I use them for work travel to Logan and they are super dependable, friendly, clean, and a pretty good price for the distance. We use them for family travel as well. Very glad we found Royal Airport Service! (Love the drivers as well!)

I have been using Royal Airport Service for a number of years now and found them to be very reliable. They always arrive on time when picking me up at home. However, I've had to wait at the airport on a number of occasions (due to traffic) but it was not excessively long. The drivers have all been very courteous and friendly. Their cost is very reasonable and I recommend them for anyone needing service to the airport.

I found Royal about 8 years ago after being cheated by a competitor. Clearly, since then I have not looked back. Mike, Deb and the Royal team are incredible. Absolutely great experience! Someone responded quickly to my request to pick up my daughter at Logan (I won't drive to Boston) on short notice. It was reassuring for me, and I didn't have to drive. I wasn't anxious. I will always use this service. It is well worth it to me.

What an amazing experience!!!!! When I called to book our transportation I spoke with the most professional man who made booking our reservations extremly easy. Our driver's both to and from the airport were prompt and very professional. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend them to others. I came across Royal Airport Service after calling Grace Limo for a simple ride to and from Logan Airport and then receiving their invoice. One invoice was for $197.00 one way to or from Logan from Nashua NH! If you are looking for a clean car, excellent customer service, great drivers and an overall perfect and reasonable ride to Logan look no further, Royal Airport Service is for you. I've used them three times already in three months and not a hitch. Trust me, their cars may not be black with tinted windows and their drivers may not have suits on but I'll take personality and a smooth ride to Logan anytime. Call Debbie or Mike and they'll take care of you like you are family. I can't say enough about this company!

Prefer Royal Airport Service to any other airport transportation service or taxi company. Their prices are reasonable, they give regular text updates and always reliable. We have counted on Royal Airport Service for many years and it is because they are extremely reliable and professional in every way. From the time you book them to the moment they drop you off, you know just what is going to happen, what is happening and how it will all turn out. What a pleasure and not only that, it allows you to simply enjoy your trip without the concern of getting to and from the airport. We used to go through all kinds of gymnastics to get to the airport and park and then find the car later, sometimes even spending the night at a hotel airport. No more. Now w call Royal Airport Service. We have had many different drivers and all of them were great!

I am not one to normally offer reviews, but I have to do it this time. Dave and Derrick went above and beyond to facilitate me. I had missed my connecting flight and was advised by the answering service that I would lose my deposit since I only called within 3 hrs. I explained to her I could not call since we were in the air. There was no resolve. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Dave who told me I was taken care of. Dave had called out Derrick to make sure I was well taken care of. They waited for me as incoming flight was delayed, and Derrick greeted me with the sort of professionalism that is expected. They have made a customer of me with their great customer service. Driver was right there and waiting as my very early arrival time kept changing. When I finally landed he was at the door quickly and the drive to Concord was smooth and quiet. Reasonable price considering very early time and long distance. Driver let me sleep.

Royal Airport Service helped my daughter-in-law and grandson return from an overnight stay in a Boston Hospital. My son was out of town and with the inclement weather Royal stepped up. The driver John waited outside the Hospital until they were released and would not leave until he had them in the car. I used this service to go and to be picked up at the airport on the way there I had no issues at all but I was set with the expectation that someone will be waiting inside for when I get off the flight, no that's not the case.. I always thought limo services do that I paid $148 with tip to pick me up and drive me 45 mins so I waited for the driver. They are supposed to text you when they are location that didn't happen. So I called to find out where he was he told me he was there but he was at two lanes of traffic over from where I was. So then I had to struggle with three bags over two lanes of traffic to find the car. This is what bothered me the most when I booked the car I made it clear that I wanted to town car not the Chrysler no the driver had the Chrysler. Chryslers do not have the same suspensions as town cars you feel ever bump on the way home..I might as well of took a shuttle home I would have saved myself some money.
