My ride was fine and my driver was professional. The only thing I have to complain about is the guy who answered the phone . I tend to stutter and sometimes have a speech impediment. The guy who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional for mocking the way I speak. I did not appreciate it and it did not feel good having a grown man who is supposed to have good customer service skills pick on someone about the way they speak. I don't know if I will call them again because of that. Driver was great that's the only reason I'm giving 3 Star.

great service. clean car. came right when they had said. 25 minutes away and right on time. I was floored. It's not a taxi service. no meter. it's much better. A preset price and friendly service. Driver Frankie was really great. I would definitely use them again.

They have always treated me good and the last time they went out of their way to find another company to help me get home when they had nothing available. I had a bad experience with a driver only ONCE and when I let the dispatch know he was very sincere and kind about my complaint. I think Corey is one of the dispatch guys and he's always been 👍

It was a wonderful experience overall. Very polite and professional when I called for a ride. They were very fast and arrived when they said they would. The 3 different times that I've called this company I had different drivers every time and they all were dressed very professional and were all very friendly and curtious. Made sure that I was comfortable with the air conditioner. Just a great experience with this company and would suggest this company to everyone in the manchester area. I will never use another taxi company in the manchester area as long as this company is still available.

I needed a ride from the airport and they were fantastic!! The driver was new to the company and he was excellent and very professional. He made sure I had everything I needed before he left me as well. He was also very honest and reminded me I had already tipped when I paid. Priceless!

" Black car has a good heart for people with disabilities,"I need door to door assistance and have never been disappointed with the support ,professionalism and kind attitude . Of the black car driver who has assisted me. I have read other comments about the ownerr,/ dispatcher and I think he is just realistic and direct with what services he can offer so as to not disappoint by over commiting . Sometimes it's hard to hear but the upside of this is that you can count on him to deliver. What more could you ask for!

Used their services to pick up my elderly aunt in Laconia and take her to Manchester airport and then pick her up on the return trip. Everything went perfect and she was really pleased with the driver. I do thank you all for taking care of her. Prices are very reasonable, I would recommend their services and I will use them again.

Dispatch was friendly and helpful with my unique request. Because of a medical condition I was unable to bring my daughter to school. Miguel was the driver that picked up my daughter for school - he was so friendly and even called me to let me know he dropped her off. It was a first for my daughter and myself and I now know who I'll be calling the next time I can't get my daughter to school. Thank you for being so friendly and making my daughter comfortable.

First off this is a car service not a taxi. By that I mean they have amazing new and clean cars. I called they guy on the phone was awesome and my driver was incredible. Able to have a conversation and ride in style all while spending less then a puke smelling taxi cab would have. These guys are worth every cent and I'll be only calling them from now on.

I love this company to death it is amazing people that work there great taxi cars but today I have had a bad experience I had called for a ride and the car had shown up while I was calling to cancel it and the driver has left that place I gave him $2 because he had shown up for gas and he drove off I have called back up later on for another car and because of the guy had showed up to my house they wanted me to pay for that car as well he had drove off I never even got in the car and that driver never once said anything about it but the owner wanted me to pay $12 just because the car got to my house before I could cancel

What a great experience, dispatch was extremely professional, as was the driver. I was in a crises when my daughter never showed up to gie me a ride to MHT. I called Manchester Black Car 40 minutes before my boarding time and literally was picked up within 3 minutes! I made my flight only because of their quick action. KUDO's to this taxi company!!!!
