We had Grace Limo for our shuttle from the Comfort Inn to the Whitney-Mendonca Wedding. We were impressed by the coach, and it's cleanliness. Our driver was prompt, nice, courteous, and professional, making sure for our safety and well-being. He, and Grace Limo helped making our weekend stay in Concord a most pleasant experience.

We hired Grace Limousine for our Boston wedding. While the driver did arrive on time and was very kind and accommodating, I cannot help but be frustrated about the lack of planning on their end. It was a high clearance vehicle and there are several roads and underpasses in the city of Boston that may limit this height vehicle. The driver did not know what route to take that was safe for the vehicle and did not think about this prior to picking up our wedding party. We ended being late for both the church and the reception. My husband ended up hoping in the front of the vehicle to help the driver navigate. While we were supposed to be enjoying our champagne in the back of the vehicle on our wedding day, we had phones out, trying to navigate an appropriate route to make it to our reception. Grace Limousine did ultimately get us to our destination. However, given that they knew all of the addresses ahead of time and the vehicle they would be driving, I was hoping for a bit more preparedness on their part.

We booked a shuttle bus for transportation from wedding to hotels and this process was as smooth as butter. There were no complaints by and wedding guests, never had to speak to the driver about any issues, and everything was planned out in the weeks leading up with no hiccups. Would highly recommend for any of your transportation needs.

I had no problems, all went well. I recently used their car service a couple of times. Cars were clean and well maintained. Drivers were on time, friendly & professional. FYI: They did email images and info shortly before arrival to let you know the driver picking you up. Very helpful tool. We will use them again for sure.

I hired Grace Limo for my wedding to transport my party of 30-40 people from our hotel to the venue in several shuttled trips. Their quote for a more luxury limousine service was far more reasonable than several other vendors who we spoke to. I worked directly with Nikki, who was a joy to work with. She was very responsive, organized, and extremely accomodating. She confirmed every detail and change that we had with confirmation documentation, and always answered my questions/phone calls very promptly. On the day of the wedding our limo arrived early, and the driver was very friendly. They knew the entire schedule and route in advance. My wife and I didn't need to conduct any coordination or communication. I would highly recommend Grace Limo to anyone looking for a party-related shuttling service!

We hired black tie limo for our wedding day, and it was a great choice! We got two limos for transportation from our hotel with venue, and a car to bring my husband and I back to our hotel after the wedding ended. Nikki was responsive and easy to work with from our very first interaction! She was kind and accommodating and made booking transpiration easy and stress free. The limos and car were clean and the drivers were kind and professional. They even provided complimentary champagne for each ride. Highly recommend hiring black time limo for your event!

We have used grace over the years, in fact they were the service we used for our wedding 21 years ago. They are a great family business, and out do other limo companies. I have also had many friends use them for night out that I was a part of, and it always is a great experience. I’ve used their party bus, limo and the suburbans with friends and every time it’s been top notch service. If you are looking for limo or other driving services this is the place to use.

Grace Limousine provided transportation on our wedding day in September 2019. We worked with Rae who was incredibly responsive and helpful during the whole process. Rae was able to help us craft a plan and schedule for both ourselves (the Bride and Groom) to and from the venue as well as all our guests. She provided helpful guidance as we tried to determine what size vehicle would work best and what the timing would look like. It was especially helpful in the morning as all the bridesmaids and bride had to go to a separate location to get hair/makeup prior to getting to the venue. The vehicles themselves and drivers were stellar. We used the 8-passenger limo for the bridal party morning transportation and there was champagne and plenty of room in the car. It made the whole day feel so much more special. For our guests we got a 44-passenger coach which was prompt and got all our guests to our venue on time. All vehicles were clean, luxurious, and most importantly - early! It made such a difference on our wedding day to feel so confident that we and our guests would get where we needed to go on time. I would highly recommend Grace Limousine for any event.

We purchased two limos from Grace Limousine for our wedding in Nashua, NH on Saturday January 20, 2018. The limos arrived at each location early which helped to alleviate any fear that they would not show up on time! Unfortunately I felt bad, as they were waiting for us to finish getting ready, but none the less Mike our driver was very attentive, and was an amazing driver! He made sure our day went off without a hitch! From the time he picked us up, until the time he dropped us back off at the reception, he made our experience with Grace Limo one we will never forget! My husband forgot an item in the limo, and when he called Grace limo to inquire about it, they said they had it, and the driver he had the day of the wedding, Jim Stewart brought it to him at work! Such amazing service! I would definitely recommend Grace Limousine when looking for a car service!

We had a family emergency and this company has been absolutely gracious, kind, and beyond accommodating. I had to book a car 5 hours prior to a family members' arrival at 1am to Logan. They were the only company to find a driver for me, went out of their way I believe because it took 20 minutes for them to return my call after I had explained the situation. Miraculously they had someone who could pick my sister up, and had a much lower rate than anyone I had called who didn't even have someone for this pickup. I got the email notifying me that the driver was at the airport, and I called him to personally explain the circumstances. Mathieu P. was gentle, kind, compassionate, and gracious. I will use this company over and over again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Grace Limo!

I can't say anything bad about Grace Limo. We've been using them for about 10 years now. They're always early to pick us up and are always there waiting for us at the airport when we get off the plane. They even have a points system which gives you a free limo ride once you accumulate enough points. I highly recommend them

Worry-free, relaxing trip to the airport. The limo arrived 10 minutes early, the driver was helpful, kind and courteous. The car was spotless, fresh smelling and comfortable. There was bottled water for me in the back. I was at the airport with plenty of time to spare. I just booked another trip with them. I will continue to use them!
