From start to finish it was a GREAT experience. I worked with Julie throughout the planning process and she made it very easy for me. She was very knowledgeable, insightful, kind and efficient. Her follow up was always timely and she continued to communicate throughout the planning until it was all complete. From there, Mike was our driver for the actual tour. He too was very knowledgeable, funny, kind and genuine. He really knew the area and the distilleries and all the people. I will highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing assistance in the planning of their Bourbon Trail experience. Top notch!

We used Pegasus for a 3-day trip to the Kentucky bourbon trail and absolutely loved the experience. Pegasus helped me arranged all of our tours and included all of the fees in their pricing so we just had to pay 1 charge. The reservations team was easy to work with. They were very flexible to meet our requests and quick to respond to all of my questions. The limo was very nice. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked daily with drinks and snacks. Our driver, Montana, was also great. He was always on time, and flexible with changes when necessary. He also had good suggestions for lunch spots, bars, and liquor stores to visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

We lucked out for our last-minute trip to Louisville last week - Pegasus was able to provide a van & driver for our trip to a few distilleries. The van was brand new and beautiful; our driver KC took good care of us. We were picked up promptly, KC brought us a cooler with water and snacks in case we needed them, then drove us to our bourbon tours. We did our own tour reservations though Pegasus can do that as well. So happy with their service and would recommend highly!

Everyone at Prestige from the driver to the women assisting me with booking and then changing around a 3 day trip was a pleasure to work with. Our driver Montana knew everything about the distilleries we were headed to. He was always early to arrive and got us everywhere we needed to be with time to spare. Was also great to have the same driver all 3 days. The women in the office needed very little info from me as the are well versed in distillery tours and the area in general. The buses were comfortable and clean. We will definitely be doing more business with them.

We had an incredible private tour through the Bourbon Trail this weekend, all made possible by Pegasus. Our driver, Ben, was most professional, super friendly, and had great knowledge and recommendations for every possible question. The tours Pegasus set up were all wonderful, timed perfectly, and quite frankly, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I planned this for my husband’s birthday and he cannot stop raving about the time we spent. Thank you Ben, Julie, and Sasha for making this is great weekend and we’ll be back!

Thank you Pegasus for a great experience. Booking was easy and I appreciated the feedback on my self-prepared Kentucky bourbon trail itinerary. Our driver Rich was great as were his wheels - he brought water and snacks and escorted us in to each distillery to make sure we were all set. It was cold and he was quick to pick us up and always on time! I highly recommend Pegasus for the safety and convenience they offer.

We contacted Pegasus to arrange transportation for a Bourbon tour trip for the end of April, 2022. I spoke with Julie who was a tremendous help in handling the booking of the transportation and also booked a number of the bourbon tours that we wanted to include. Julie was very knowledgeable and gave us expert advice. Before the start of our trip, we were told the name and given the phone number of our driver for the entire 3 1/2 days of the trip. Larry was our driver and he couldn't have been more polite, knowledgeable and kind. Larry picked us up at our hotel every morning and drove us to the Bourbon Tours on our list. We did three days of touring (3 distilleries a day) and it was perfect! We even stopped at a great BBQ place that Larry suggested for a quick bite in the middle of the day and it was so delicious and hit the spot. He also gave us a roll of bubble wrap to use to wrap the bottles of bourbon we bought so they would be safer in our checked bags. Thank you all and we hope to come back to Kentucky again to finish touring the distilleries in the Kentucky Bourbon Tour booklet. (We would love to have Julie as our event coordinator and Larry as our driver again!) Hope to see you soon!

Booking with Pegasus was super easy, as was making a change to our reservation a few days before our private tour. I called to make the reservation, and it was a seamless process. We used Pegasus for transportation for our wedding party on the day of our wedding, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. When I called to request a quote, they were quick to respond and transparent with pricing, which was very competitive. They were flexible when I requested changes to the schedule the day before the booking. The driver was very professional and kept in good communication throughout the day. I liked the ability to track where the driver was throughout the day. She even went out of her way to help open the church doors for other guests as they arrived at the church. I used Pegasus for all of my transportation needs during a recent team meeting in Louisville - from airport pick-ups and drop-offs to a tour of one of our local plants - the service was fast, friendly and efficient. Sarah Mullins was a delight, offering to take us by additional sites of interest to round out our trip. On the trip to the airport, she took the group on a scenic route to show us Churchill Downs. It's such a relief to be able to book and then count on high quality service for the executives that are my team mates - that's not always the case these days. I am so thankful that I found Pegasus and will use them for future travel in the Louisville, KY area! I highly recommend this company.

We used Pegasus last week for our set up and transportation for our Bourbon Tours. The experience far exceeded our expectations. In addition to Julie setting up the tours for us and making sure that we would enjoy the distilleries that we chosen, the actual chauffeur service was beyond anything I expected. Susan arrived, as promised 15 minutes before our actual appointment time at our AirBnB. She was ready with bottled water, snacks and a personality that could not be matched. She could have just driven the 4 of us around, but in addition to her very safe driving she told us all about the area, suggested places for us to have lunch and dinner as well as activities for the following day. Susan escorted us into every distillery being sure to talk to the admissions folks, introducing us and being sure we were on the right tours. She carried all of our purchases back to the SUV for us and was ready for us as soon as we came out. Not once did we feel rushed, or troubled. I would HIGHLY recommend this service. In addition to Susan's great service, the Tahoe that we were driven in was extremely clean and comfortable. I felt that the price we paid was WELL WORTH the experience we received.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Pegasus. Julie did a wonderful job booking our trip experiences. We did a private 2-day tour with an SUV. We booked last minute (didn't know Bourbon Trail required reservations months in advance) for a birthday trip and Maker's Ambassador visit. Julie was able to create an itinerary that included visiting 7 distilleries with lunch each day, we were very pleased with each stop. Lunch was at Jesters Winery (beautiful scenery) and The Stave (delicious food). We went South on Day 1 and East on Day 2, so nice variation in Kentucky countryside. Richard was our driver, he is amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk with. He answered all our questions about bourbon country and history, and made sure all the smaller details of our distillery visits went well. My favorite distillery was Three Boys, small scale and very intimate, great slushies. I would not do anything different about this trip, and would definitely not do it without Pegasus' service!

What a wonderful experience from start of reservation to execution of getting a group of 12 people around Lexington for bourbon tour, Oaks Day and Derby Day at Churchill Downs. Avella was amazing, kind and helpful. She made the experience seamless. We had the best time! I highly recommend using Pegasus for your transportation needs from airport trips to big group trips. We hired Pegasus to provide a limo for our group of four so we could sit back, enjoy the beautiful Kentucky rolling hills... but most importantly, travel to the various distilleries and not have to worry about driving OR how to get there! We had such an amazing experience with our driver, Ellis, who was so knowledgeable about the countryside and the history... and truly made it the highlight of the trip! We were worried about spending a lot of money "for a ride" to our selected distilleries, and it turned out to be the best part! Ellis was always on time, and very courteously, kept us on time as well. He made amazing reccomedations for lunch spots, and even brought us menus and made reservations.for us! We loved this experience, and would make the choice to use Pegasus and Ellis again!! Thank you, Pegasus!

We booked a private bourbon tour, and transit just to return to the airport after a wedding in Lexington, and for both days, Sadie went above and beyond! I booked a half day bourbon trail tour with Pegasus for a group of 10 while in Louisville. Julie helped me with all planning and logistics every step of the way; she was attentive and offered many suggestions that we ended up using to our benefit. The tour would not have been the success it was without her. On the day of the tour, John arrived 15 minutes early to the pickup location and made a point to introduce himself to everyone and help with everything. He was knowledgeable about the area and it was a pleasure meeting him and talking with him over the course of the day. The limo bus itself was luxurious and spacious, and exactly what we were looking for as a group. We had a great time on the tours and Pegasus made everything as easy as possible with transportation, logistics and planning. They have my highest recommendation and I would definitely use them in the future.

The Pegasus group was great! They were super accommodating planning and adding an extra distillery. Tony was a great driver and had a ton of knowledge to share with us! There was a little miscommunication with needing reservations but we got it all sorted out and had a great dinner. We were able to see so many distilleries we hadn't heard of and each we liked for a separate reason. Ended up doing 4 distilleries in the one weekend day, maybe would stick to just 3 in one day next time. Overall Pegasus was a great organization to work with and would definitely use it again!

This was a great experience! We had a very nice, clean 15 passenger van. The driver arrived early to pick us up and was very nice! When we were ready to go back to the hotel, she was there within 15 minutes and was kind enough to give us a little history lesson on Louisville and drive us through some areas of Louisville on our way back to the hotel. Used Pegasus for my daughter’s Halloween wedding, and the only bad thing was the rain that was out of everyone’s control. But, the driver had plenty of umbrellas for us and was super-accommodating. The driver (Ellis) was easily the best one I have ever worked with. The limo bus was clean, stocked with ice, water and sodas, and clean glassware for us to make our post-ceremony ride toast. Will definitely recommend Pegasus and use them any time I need limo service!

We did a bourbon tour with a private driver. From the start, Julie, the planner was fantastic. She took time to put together a great schedule with feedback from me and answered all of my questions. She even took time to help us plan our next day which didn’t involve Pegasus. Our driver, Bruce, was awesome. He was so nice and accommodating and even changed around the schedule a bit to allow us to get to buffalo trace before they ran out of blantons. When we were too late to make our last distillery tour, he quickly found us a fantastic replacement tour (three boys). Could’t recommend this service more. Bruce has great in-car snacks. :)

I was hosting a trip on the Bourbon Trail for 50+ on the day before my daughter’s wedding in Louisville. I had chartered a coach in February through another provider who cancelled on me literally 2 weeks before the event. Desperate, I contacted a few providers, including Pegasus. The person at Pegasus was amazing, taking the situation to heart and found a coach for me within 2 days when no others were able to help. I also had a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding the next night through the original provider which I cancelled and moved to Pegasus. Everything went perfectly with Pegasus. The coaches were on time and immaculate, and the drivers were the utmost professionals. Pegasus truly saved the day and I cannot recommend anyone more highly!!!! Thanks to all at Pegasus for helping make our wedding weekend an incredible success.

We rented the limo bus for a group of 20 on July 9th, 2022. Bruce was our driver and he was FANTASTIC! He had waters, snacks and ice ready for us when he pulled up - right on time. We went on a distillery tour for my husband's birthday and I gave Bruce our itinerary in advance. He knew exactly where to go so we didn't have to worry about finding our way. It rained that day and he also had extra umbrellas and ensured the group stayed dry by walking us to and from the bus/locations. He went above and beyond. We will absolutely use Pegasus again. I highly recommend this company!

I called in a few different times while I worked out the details, and they were so patient with me over the phone and answered all my questions to find the right vehicle. We drove to Keeneland and back, and could not have had a better time working with them. Christine was our driver and was so accommodating! She texted us to check in and make sure we had everything we needed before the trip, offering ice and a cooler beforehand. We had several items so we brought an extra cooler, but it was still great! I had out of town relatives cone in fro NYC for the thanksgiving weekend. Ellis to us to Churchill downs on Friday 11/25 he was on time and waited for us and was very courteous and even made an unscheduled stop. On Saturday 11/26 we took a party bus with Richard had a great time, he knew the distillery district and managed fir us to see 4 places we were never rushed and he knew lots of info regarding the bourbon business , thx to Ellis and Richard and Pegasus we had a great weekend !!

Our driver was a sweet lady who was also friendly but she seemed to not know where she was going from time to time. We had multiple people with us and a few of them noticed the lack of direction. FIRST: This is one of the only tour companies that offered wrap seating (limo-style) in a party bus. This was a must. It made for such a great trip. The planning process was great. I spoke to Julie and Jodi and they both provided a lot of color on the quality of tours and options for routes down the bourbon trail. Everything about our experience with Pegasus was incredible. Our driver, Mike, was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive of everything we did and wanted to, and really helped us have a great time. The driver and I communicated via text message once he arrived to pick us up and throughout the course of the day. He arrived early for pick up and was always available via text even if I had to send him an update in the middle of a tour. We had the bus from 9:00am - 7:00pm. We had some tight windows to get from one bourbon distillery to another, but we made each on time. Our driver also helped us pickup breakfast and lunch. Overall, the bus was exactly what we wanted. Chris, our bus driver, was also a pro. He picked up half of my group from our hotel. Picked up the other half from Lexington airport. And made sure we all arrived on time for our distillery tour at Jim Beam. He also did all of this driving through the snow! He was very accommodating and made sure we made it back at the end of a long day safe and sound. Thank you Chris. Can’t recommend this service enough. Pegasus was very helpful and professional. We were making our plans for the Bourbon Trail only a few weeks before our trip. All of the distillery tours were full. Other tour companies told us “Good luck trying to get a tour” and hung up. Pegasus, told us the same thing BUT worked with us to provide a vehicle and a driver for the day. We set up a distillery schedule for distilleries that had bars and would have some tastings (no tours). Allen was our driver and I can’t overstate how courteous and helpful he was. He called ahead, unprompted, for a distillery that was on our schedule but we weren’t certain allowed tastings and found out they didn’t, saving us a needless trip. Our trip was very enjoyable and successful in part because of Pegasus. I would highly recommend them, especially for a trip down the Bourbon Trail. I can say without a doubt that we were able to enjoy the Bourbon Trail experience to the fullest in large part because we had no concerns about driving.

I decided to call Pegasus and see if they could arrange a tour and they did. They set up three tours at sold out distilleries which was perfect. The driver arrived exactly when expected, with just married on side of car and a red carpet up to the car. Very pleasant experience. We also rented a 14 passenger shuttle for transportation for wedding guests to hotel. The shuttle arrived right on time and made several trips back and forth, from venue to hotel. Shuttle driver Sade, was very pleasant. I highly recommend Pegasus for your driving needs!

I have used Pegasus three times now for different Bourbon Trail excursions. The team is super easy to work with, and handles all of the logistics for the day. For our last trip, Sasha gave distillery recommendations based on our time availability, purchased the tickets, helped with a custom bottle at one of the distilleries, and helped with lunch reservations. The team ensures you are all set prior to arrival in KY, which is extremely helpful since most of the distillery tours sell out in advance. During our last trip, our driver (Montana) was awesome. He had the limo prepared with ice and snacks, and was fun to talk with during the day. We had a bit of free time in between stops, so he also recommended an additional stop at a local distillery. We had two different cars, a large suburban, which was good for the 4 of us on Friday, but we requested a large 10 passenger for Mondays tasting and tours, because there were 6 of us. The 10 passenger was perfect in size, but the air conditioning was either, very Cold and the Heat Hot, seems the thermostat was not working correctly. Also, we all wanted seat belts, but there were none available. Other than those two small issues everything was more than expected. We will use Pegasus again, and we will only request Terri. If you do, ask for Tony! And when you get Tony, ask him about doughnuts, Greg Brady, and Roger Waters! You won't be disappointed. Now, that's just about our driver, who, for 2 days, was our tour guide, concierge, and Kentucky brother. The booking process was a breeze. Sasha and Barbara planned everything based on my family's interests. With Tony we were able to see 9 distilleries in 2 days. How? Tony! While we had pre-booked tours to 6 distilleries, Tony knew the schedules of other local distilleries, so we were able to "pop in" and grab a drink and chat with the guides! And everyone knows everything. The tour guides, sales people, and bartenders are experts at their craft and the art of bourbon. One tour and guide blew us away. Limestone Branch, with a 2 barrel per day output, and the manufacturer Yellowstone Branch, also has Stephen Fante. We started our tour with Stephanie, who did an amazing job. About 5 minutes into the tour, Stephen joined the tour. I heard Stephanie mention that she was nervous to have him in the tour. He reassured her by saying, "Don't be nervous. Be nervous when Mr. Beam is here." Yes, that Beam, a descendent of the Jim Beam family. When we got to our tastings, Stephen took over and offered a sample of one of his creations from a mason jar. Whoa!! This guy is the real deal. Thoroughly impressed, we headed back to the car where Tony immediately asked, "Did you meet Stephen?" Yes, we did! If Stephen isn't a celebrity, he should be. Our 5 pm tour on the second day ended at 6:30! All of us were incredibly impressed with how smoothly everything went, and we are grateful to Pegasus for creating a memorable experience.

THEY SAVED MY BUSINESS! I used R&R for a photo shoot for a Quince Años (Sweet 15) Birthday. My client, The Birthday girl wanted a white Hummer Limo and only a white Hummer Limo, which I had already promised as part of her package! R&R has the only one in Louisville! The whole experience was great. I changed the pick up time a couple of times up until a couple of days before and everyone was very friendly and understanding. I even had the option to change the date if our outdoor photo shoot was rained out!!! That is awesome service. The day of our driver arrived early and was very professional. The inside and outside of the limo was very clean. We drove to 2 different locations in Louisville in about 2 hours of which the entire time the driver endured loud blasting teenage music. She was very patient and flexible with our rowdy bunch of teenagers. Everything was seamless from the beginning; making the reservation, paying the deposit and paying the remainder with a different credit card. They sent me the reservation promptly by email and the receipt for the payment. THANK YOU!

Very courteous and professional drivers. Had a little glitch on hotel to airport transfer. Our driver was early and apparently picked up someone else inadvertently. There was another R&R driver there who quickly noticed that we were apparently looking for a ride (it was 04:00... so we wouldn't be just hanging around outside the hotel). She knew our driver and told use she had just left with another passenger. She contacted dispatcher and had us another car there in less than 10 minutes. I think how a company steps up to solve a problem quickly and efficiently says lot about them. Everyone makes mistakes, but what sets the best companies apart from the rest is how they address those mistakes. Text alerts about your driver's name, arrival time, status, etc., are very reassuring if you anxious about getting to destination (i.e. airport) on a deadline.

We used R & R Limo service for 3 separate trips through the Louisville and surrounding countryside into Simpsonville to a Saddlebred camp my daughter attended for a week. This was way far out in territory I would never have been able to find -- in farm country -- at a barn. Our driver picked us up in downtown Louisville on time - drove us there with no problem - knew exactly where to go - dropped off one passenger, then took two of us to the airport. Several days later, upon our return to Louisville, we requested that the same driver come and pick us up again, take us back to that far out location in Simpsonville in the morning, and then pick us up later in the after and bring us back to downtown Louisville. This went so smoothly, and made our lives so much easier, it was worth it. All it took was a phone call from me, everything was understood by the staff at R & R, and it happened. I cannot thank R & R enough, as traveling with children is difficult, but traveling with luggage, in remote areas, in unfamiliar territory on a tight schedule, can be difficult. Let R & R make it easy for you.

He sent me an introductory text message that morning saying hello and introducing himself. I was blown away by the GPS tracking that was emailed to me along with the driver’s photo. Mike was affable, flexible, and helpful. Everything was seamless and easy, which is often not the case for group transportation! I highly recommend their services and think other transportation companies could learn a thing or two from Pegasus' hospitality and attention to detail.
