Booked JACO Limo Service a week prior to needing for a Senior Prom - no hassle reservations for a stretched Navigator and very courteous through the entire event. Last minute changes were no issue - as we had to move the pickup location 15 minutes before the driver's arrival. I received a text message 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup indicating the limo was already at the new location and ready for service. The driver treated the group of teens as if they were royalty - very polite, understanding, patient, and professional. Hands down an experience that the prom-goers will NEVER forget. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their service.

We rented a limo for a day to tour some of the distilleries. Great service. Reservation was a breeze! Our driver Melanie was great, showed up early, the car was very clean and stocked with drinks and snacks. We had a great time. Totally recommend.

I don’t care what other reviews say. I called William late at night, told him our situation and he was hard at work to help us. Being out of state from our client, within 2 hours he picked him up and had Kofi drive him back to Chicago that night. Kofi is the best driver and could not have had any better. For the level of service in the emergency situation we were Jaco was there. We are forever grateful.

My husband reserved a limo for our 10th anniversary. Jason E. Was our chauffeur and he was extremely professional, on time and kept in communication with us while we were at dinner to ensure we didn't have to wait on him when we finished dinner. I would recommend this company and Jason for bookings!

I called a few different places to get pricing. The first couple places didn't seem interested in what I was saying. Upon calling Jaco Limo they seemed very interested in what I wanted. I had very few details on my trip. I was unsure of how many people or how the trip was going to play out. The guy who helped me spent 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me every option and vehicle with pricing. I was blown away at how much he was willing to make sure I was prepared for when I had more details. He gave me pricing for over 9 different vehicles they had and details for each one. A few days later I called back and made reservations for 2 Limos. I received emails to confirm my deposit and every detail of my trips. Even emails reminding me that my trip was hours away. the biggest surprise was the email that showed a photo of both drivers with their contact info. Then i got a text from both drivers telling me when they would be there and where to find them. once we came out of the house both of them where standing at the limo's dressed in matching suits. both limo's where very clean and the tires where even shining. Then I noticed red carpet rolled out for my mother in law. that was something I had ask the gentleman on the phone and then said no that's no big deal at all. He had found a red carpet and had it there. During the trip the service was amazing. The driver helped us get music video's on the TV and walked us through how all of the controls worked. they made us feel like we where royalty. I was simply amazed at how great they where at what they do. I would suggest them over any of the others. ANYTIME i ever need limo service I will call them!!

I cannot explain the appreciation that I have for this company and Nick. He came and saved us after Ubers and lyfts were constantly canceling or getting stolen from us. Nick was not going to leave us stranded, he went out of his way to make sure we got back safely!! Will definitely use this company again!!
