James quickly got back to me with a rate and it was the best rate out of 3 options I looked at. I am so glad I went with Executive. Randy, our driver was wonderful. He texted me the day before with instructions on where he will be when we arrived at the airport. We found him quickly and we were on our way. He was great to talk to. The next morning he picked us up from the hotel earlier than his call time and we were at the airport in no time. I will definitely use this company again if I am ever in the Louisville area.

This is the second time that we have used Executive Transportation for a multi-day tour of the Bourbon Trail. We had 18 people in our group with pickup and drop off in Nashville and touring all through the Bourbon Trail while staying in Lexington. James and Bill were fantastic to deal with in advance to make sure our trip was perfectly setup and our man Harold knocked it out of the park driving us around and was always on time to every pickup and drop-off. The vehicle was in great condition, comfortable, and very spacious. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had the best trip possible. I couldn't recommend this group more. He knew of and took us to a very small distillery and that ended up being our favorite of the day. Vehicle was perfect for us and super clean and well stocked. Communication was easy. We traveled to Kentucky for a bourbon tour with another couple. We spent two fantastic days with Executive Transportation and our driver Bill. Bill was punctual, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He picked us up at the airport and we toured several distilleries on the first day. The second day he picked us up at our hotel in Louisville, we toured again and he dropped us off in Lexington. The car was comfortable and clean and the rate was very competitive. We wouldn't hesitate to use Executive Transportation again and highly recommend them.

My husband and I ordered transportation to distillery tours, thinking we would be put with a large group on a bus. Steve showed up, on time, with a beautiful Towncar and drove us to all of our tours. Great conversation and company. We were offered an unexpected tour at the end of our day and he was willing to stay with us an additional two hours. He was wonderful and extremely caring. We have been going to Southern Indiana once a year for 8 years. We drove the first year and it was just a pain, so the next year I started looking at flying in to Louisville and having a car service pick us up and take us across the river to our destination in Indiana. That's when I was lucky enough to stumble upon Executive and our driver the first year was one of the owners. James was a very personable guy and they provided excellent and reliable service so we were hooked. They have been providing our transportation needs for the last 7 years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. In addition to their service, they have nice, maintained cars and are competitively priced.

We have been seriously impressed with the service and responsiveness of james and the Executive Transportation team. Their drivers are courteous and professional, they reach out to discuss all the details in advance and their dispatch can handle changes in planning. A lot of companies won't allow changes or are so rigid it makes the fluctuation of travel planning hard, but this doesn't happen with Executive Travel. They are such great partners and are always available!

James helped us organize an incredible weekend in KY with friends from all over the world. Our drivers Boyd, Cara and Jay were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. Everyone at Executive Transportation went above and beyond to ensure we were covered for everything we needed in terms of transport (I also work in transport and logistics so I have a very high standard!). I contacted at least 10 companies prior to choosing Executive and there were only a couple that responded at all. Louisville Executive is top notch and always very helpful. I travel weekly and they are always available when I need to be transported to airport or from airport to my residence. They are great with last minute requests. Scheduling is very convenient. I just call or email James and give him the information. He sets everything up from there. Drivers will call to confirm a time for the pick-up. All the drivers are courteous and friendly. They will even take a detour if you need to stop at drug store, etc. I have used car services for several years. Louisville Executive is best one I have used--EVER.
