This company is extremely reliable! I called the day before asking for a ride from my hotel to the airport at 3am!!! The driver was quick to respond to texts and accommodated to our needs, which included allowing our little puppy to ride along! Reserving with elite taxi at such an early hour eased my mind rather than hoping and relying that someone was up driving with Uber or Lyft. Highly recommend this company.

On a Friday nite January 28th, we were left stranded at a music venue in Cincinnati by the cab company who took us there. We were stranded for 90 mins. A big Thank you to Harold and the Elite Taxi Company for coming to pick us up and take us back to our Hotel in Covington Ky. We will use your Company again. Without a doubt. Also a big Thank you to the staff of The Andrew J Brady Music Center for allowing us to stay in the building until we got a ride. It was 5F. Again, THANK YOU ALL!

Drivers look like they should instead be driving a forklift/pallet cart and will shut off the meter to overcharge you. On the bright side, they answer the phone and take you to where you're going, and the vehicles appear clean.

All these drivers are the best around. And I do repeat ALL. So personable, accomodating, efficient, & kind. I appreciate every last one of 'em & prefer my Elite drivers over ANY Ubers or Lyfts, ANY day of the week. I use their service every week, faithfully. And have NEVER had ANY bad feedback 2give. You guys, & gal, are all exceptional at what you do, genuinely. I would not normally go to such lengths to praise transportation service but the reality is when things go wrong-people are quick to complain. When things are not to standard, somebody is gonna hear about it, you can count on it. But we all have to make a living, & we all ultimately have the same goals in mind; provide & support ourselves & our family. So it is just as important to take a few minutes out of the day to share positive feedback, & give credit where credit is due. This is one gal grateful for honest, hard working people like yourself. Just excellent. I wasn't able to get callbacks or answers to emails from any other taxi company in downtown Cincinnati. Elite to the rescue. They picked me up within 10 minutes of my call and took me to a venue in Covington and also picked me up within 10 minutes when I called to be taken home. They are my new "go to" taxi company. I work at a bar and sometimes we have patrons that don’t prefer to use Uber or Lyft. I’ve had to call for a taxi on multiple occasions. This was my first time calling Elite, and I will use them every time. They were at the bar to pick up our patron very quickly and I never had a hiccup at all. Highly recommended.
