I 100% recommend using this service for any transportation needs! I was stranded at a campsite over an hour drive from home, I don't know the area and I don't have friends or family in the area. My phone battery was very low and my signal was shotty at best. Man who runs this service not only worked around all of that, and found me in a difficult location, but he was willing to drive over an hour to get me, on a Sunday, without even being sure that he could contact me. No other driver was willing or able, I tried for over 6 hours to find a ride with help from family because of my phone situation. He showed up with concern for my safety and comfort and even accommodated my smelly dogs. On top of everything he offered to stop for food and cheered me up after a horrible scary night alone. Wonderful man, amazing service.

On nov 17th 2020, i had spent the night at Hilton near Norton Hospital, i had hip surg scheduled very early morning. Husband accidentally locked keys in car at hotel and was frantic. I called Diversity medical transport at about 5am and woke up the owner with our situation. He was very nice about it. He said no problem, give me ten minutes. He arrived on time, and reassured my husband, dont worry, and offered to return to help him after he drove me to hospital. He was very professional and he helped us calm down! Highly recommended. They did not pick me up for my scheduled doctors appointment. They tried to say that I called and canceled. I don’t know how I did that when I didn’t even know which transportation company was picking me up. I asked my insurance company to not send them next time I scheduled a ride. The owner just called me and apologized for the miscommunication on my pick up and asked for a second chance. My God is a God of second chances. And if he can give me a second chance at least I can too.

I've worked with several cab companies throughout the United States, and this guy knows how to take care of his passengers. Nice newer cars, clean and we'll taken care van that is comfortable to ride in. Very reasonable rates.

Mr. Hanan and Diversity Medical Transportation drove our family around Louisville for several hours this weekend during a recent visit to Louisville. The company is fast to respond and accomodated every request we made, e.g. stopping for fast food, sightseeing, etc. Highly recommended!
