We used Paramount for our son’s prom last night. Got the Escalade stretch limo for 20 pl. and they were online, updated us of the driver’s arrival and driver was courteous and great with the kids and responsible. The limo was cool with great lights and sound system that synced to his playlist. Kids had a blast! Highly recommend them and reasonably priced ! Definitely using them again

All the drivers were on time, and all vehicles were new and clean. Paramount was extremely reliable, on time, and their professionalism is number one. The Buses were all equipped with USB chargers. The greeter person at LAX was the best idea for our VIP clients. I was so nervous at first since majority of the arrivals were flying in from Europe and also all over the world, and was not sure what to expect. You company was highly recommended and since this was for a high-profile event for our clients, your extreme care and attention to details was exemplary. Paramount Limousine presented one of the best services for our clients here in Los Angeles. The additional Wi-Fi service and chilled bottled water was a great idea too. I was in search of an immediate Limo Service, and I was referred by a friend of mine and immediately after my initial contact with Paramount Limousine Service, I was greeted by Mr. Mike and not only he was extremely polite over the phone, but he was also very informative. My reservation process went smooth and quick. He explained my options and emailed me additional photos that matched my request. I was so happy with the reservation process. That same day my other Limo reservation was cancelled by another company due their vehicle malfunction! I was so pleased to find this company. Driver was very nice and friendly. The Sprinter Limousine was meticulously clean and full of ice, water, glasses, cups, and flowers that I had requested. I was so shocked about their awesome services, and I took care of my driver Justin good. This was like a dream, and I will always remember Paramount Limousines’ honesty and kindness. Our driver was the best. We had a surprise cruise for a member of our party. Our driver had no idea it was a surprise. He thought he was just taking us to the ship. I pulled him aside and explained the situation to him. He was wonderful. You would have thought he knew it was a surprise for a long time. He acted like he was taking us on a tour of LA. Great great guy. Very nice. We would have never pulled it off if he hadn’t been so quick thinking. The vehicle was very clean inside and out.

However the car was clean and the driver was nice, my experience was rather odd. The driver was driven under the speed limit and i almost lost my flight. 50-55 mph on the highway going to airport is not fun. 45mph on pch. When i asked if we could go a little faster he said “it is better to get there in one piece” - and of course i do appreciate that, But getting there at all was also important. I do usually use this service and never had this issue before. Just this one time with this one driver.

WOW! What an amazing birthday I recently had just a few weeks ago, and I must spend a moment to thank Paramount Limousine Service for making it a perfect night! At first I wasn't sure how to accommodate my 15-some-odd friends for an evening of dinner and drinks, and so I quickly thought to call a Limo Service so everyone could get picked up at a few locations without having to drive. I looked on the internet and was happy to try Paramount Limousine based on the many years of service in the business. After a wonderful conversation with Gabby, I secured a night that would have all my guests safely escorted throughout the city AND we could drink in the car! Gabby was so personable and reassuring, she made my reservation so easy and pleasant that it seemed as if this plan was truly the right choice. When the car showed up, I was impressed that the driver had all my details, stops, and concerns well in mind. The driver was cool and dressed to impress. I loved the car I chose and was so happy to see it kept in awesome condition. We bumped music all night with the wicked stereo and drank champagne and mixed drinks in the back! The driver didn't mind putting the partition up either, I didn't even have to ask! Between the reservationist, the amazing car, and the driver- I'm so excited that i can now say I love getting limos and it's all thanks to Paramount Limousine service! I'll be using them again for certain. ;-)

UPDATE: Used them again April 20, 2019. Driver texted and telephoned to be sure we didn't miss each other. We stepped out on the curb and waited all of 3 minutes. He had a very clean car and plenty of mints, candy and water. Love Paramount Limo!!! 2018: We’ve been using Paramount for years. They are inexpensive and dependable.

As a travel agent, I frequently am asked to provide limousine service either to and from LAX, or occasionally the Hollywood-Burbank Airport. Yesterday a group of 12 passengers (10 from 3 separate locations, and 2 separately from LAX and back) had the pleasure of being transported by Paramount Limousine drivers. The 3 pick-ups with 10 people were performed exactly as requested with times set out for each pick-up and the airport transfers went off without a hitch. I have been told that the drivers were extremely polite and friendly and made them feel comfortable about the service. That's why I recommend Paramount any time a client needs a limousine!
