Top notch service to and from the airport. So glad we booked this service especially with the traffic being the way it is out here in LA. We were picked up promptly at LAX on Thursday 11-17 and picked up at the hotel today and dropped off at LAX with plenty of time to spare. Our driver this morning, Teddy, was very personable and gave us a lot of good places to visit if we ever visit LA again. Book with Crown Limousine for professional service and hassle free transport. I have used Crown Limo 4 times now-- twice for parties for my kids where we needed to transport a big group of kids from one venue to another, and twice for airport transfer-- both to and from the airport. Every time I have used them, the drivers have been super professional and have arrived earlier than the time they were supposed to be there, so I never had to spend a minute stressing about if they were coming or not. The communication from them has been impeccable-- I always receive a text ahead of their arrival confirming that they will be there and supplying me with the name of the driver and their cell phone number. Most recently, we used them for transport to the airport during Covid time and the SUVs they sent were fitted with plexiglass partitions between the driver and the passengers and the drivers wore gloves and a mask the entire time. When we arrived at LAX from our trip, we got a message to call our driver when we were in baggage claim. I did and told him where we were and he was there to pick us up within a few minutes. Excellent service all around and they alleviated a lot of my fears around taking a car during a pandemic with their adherence to proper social distancing. Traveling is stressful but thanks to Crown, getting to and from the airport can be completely relaxing. I recommend Crown wholeheartedly!

Hired a limo for 6 hours for a personalised tour of LA. My wife and daughter loved it. Staff were excellent and very helpful, our driver (Ron) was professional and full of local knowledge. Great experience. I booked my ride last minute before my flight from Boston and the dispatcher was friendly, accommodating and professional. My professional and friendly driver was on time as he met me at the baggage claim with 2 luggage carts. The ride home was smooth and the SUV was clean and new . Outstanding Experience & Service!!! We have been using Crown Limo pretty much from the day they launched. We will only use them. Their front end from booking to dispatch is an excellent experience. Very professional and accommodating. Their drivers are experienced and professional. The drivers always show up a little early which is fantastic. Better early than late. The vehicles are in beautiful condition, clean and well kept. No smoking allowed, thank you Crown. I do not use Uber or Lift because I do not feel safe or secure. From the first email transaction to the last minute of the night of the party I couldn't have been treated any better!!! The Mercedes Sprinter was perfect and it was sparkling clean and elegant. We recently used Crown Limousine while we were on vacation in LA and Anthem. For each of the 3 trips had book with crown during our week, each driver was very courteous and made sure our 2 kids had a great time/ride. Each time they were early and got notification when they arrived and were ready. Even when I had to make a change in time over the phone for one of our pickups, they were accommodating and very polite over the phone. Highly recommend and if we are in the LA area again would be our go to service.

I am so pleased with my many years of riding with Crown Limo. My recent experience was excellent as always. The drivers arrive a little early and always help me with my bags. They are courteous and drive safely in clean and comfortable cars. When they pick you up at the airport, they are waiting for you at baggage claim and help you get your bags off the conveyor belt and then get them into and out of the limo. I consider the limo cost part of my travel budget and wouldn't take any other means of transportation to and from the airport. The safety, comfort and help with my bags are well worth the extra expense.

My only regret is I forgot the name of our driver who tried his best to calm down our daughter who was crying in her car seat after a 15hr flight into LAX and leaving the airport past midnight. I'd give them 5 stars but only because of an error I could've caught. I told them the pick up place over the phone and texted the address. I did not read a small error on the contract after paying my deposit. Bummer that happened. But Toby was the man, he rolled with the punches. We got picked up, had a blast in the back of a beautiful party limo, made it to the venue, stopped on our way home for more drinks. Toby even helped to ensure we got a lost phone back by calling and texting. Toby even offered to bring the phone back himself if we couldn't go get it. The price and service was great! Will use again.

I’ve been into wedding business for about ten years and I can say that Crown is the best! I found this company on limoscanner when I was looking for some limo company. It was such a pleasure to deal with them! The customer service is always on the top! The staff is nice, friendly and always ready to help you. What about the cars… you can look at their cars and you will find something that really suits you! Crown limo has a big range of cars! It’s always clean,new and nice . I arranged for a Sprinter limo to transport my daughter and friends for a birthday event. The entire process was simple, professional and exactly what we arranged. Sergio, in the office, was very professional and helpful- making sure that the details and arrangements went as I had asked. Crown Limo is the hands down the best limo company in LA. Every time I've used them they make sure they go above and beyond to give everyone the best experience ever. Last month I rented a party bus from Crown and the driver showed up ahead of schedule. He (forgot his name!) had a great personality and made sure everyone had fun (I played the DJ and did a pretty good job if I might add). Anyways, give these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed. I've used other limo companies in the past and I just got the sense that they didn't care about their clients. I actually found Crown on Yelp and WOW, SO MANY 5 star reviews! I get it now. I couldn't get to LAX to pick up my 80 y/o dad who was coming home from overseas. Uber/Lyft weren't an option since he doesn't have a phone and I was worried about him lugging his bag around trying to find a cab. I called around to a few car services and came upon Crown Limousine. Marc Perkins was professional, courteous, and caring. Booking was easy and he let me know when the driver found my dad at baggage claim and when they got him to his house. They weren't the cheapest service I called nor were they the most expensive. The service exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend Crown Limousine

As an event planner, finding event transportation last minute can be VERY difficult. Crown Limousine made everything easy, from booking to event execution. Khannita took such incredible care of us, and was always prompt to respond to emails and answer calls. We loved receiving the drivers phone numbers via text right before our pick up, it makes communicating with drivers seamless. The drivers themselves were polite, courteous, and always on time. Hired Crown based on posted reviews. My daughter and her three small children traveled from the east coast needed transportation from LAX to Santa Barbara and then from their to Disneyland and then finally back to LAX. Crown was very reliable with reminder notices, driver names etc. Eric was the driver from Santa Barbara to Disneyland and his interaction with the kids was exceptional. Crown is now in my contacts under car service next time I am on west coast. Excellent job & thank you.

Our family of 9 booked transportation from/to LAX for our L.A. vacation and it was terrific. The drivers were friendly and helpful with our luggage, even had pop and bottled water for us. Jackie was really helpful in our booking and answered all my questions promptly. While on vacay, we decided to do a last minute trip to Knott’s Berry Farm. Jackie was able to arrange a van for us to pick us up within an hour, then come back and get us that night. Again, the service was awesome. While I was working with Jackie on the last minute request, another family member was calling other companies and was told by 2 that they needed 48 hours notice. Meanwhile, Jackie was able to find us a driver on standby. We will definitely use Crown again on our future trips!

The experience with Crown limousine is second to NONE. I have used limo services in many cities nationwide and around the world, some great ones and some terrible ones But Crown is by far the best. I have been using them for the past year for airport pick ups/drops, various nights out on the town, and even for some corporate events in which i needed several cars and Khanitta put it together for me and made my life so easy. I have used their sedans, SUV's, stretch limos and Mercedez Sprinters. Every single chauffeur that has driven me has been professional, polite, very punctual and went the extra mile to make my experiences delightful and easy. The cars are always impeccably clean on the inside and out. I have come to find out that it all starts with the Owner David who takes major pride in his company and hired the best staff in the business all the 20 plus years he has been in business. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the General manager Marc, who has always been gracious with me, and has even helped me out on a few occasions on last minute reservations. I think I have dealt with all the reservation staff Crystal, Jackie, Rebecca, Sergio and Diego, they are all great. I have even dealt with some of their dispatchers Bridgette and Terry and they were great and so helpful as well. Crown has made me feel like a family member as I have practically dealt with almost everyone there. Thank you so much Crown, I truly appreciate your service and keep up the great work.

She instantly came up with the quote, scheduling and pricing options. Within 10 minutes she emailed me an electronic form and the whole service was booked in no time. On top of that, the driver, Sean Wildgoose, was fantastic. He was punctual, very professional, friendly, thoughtful, and knew his way around the back roads of Malibu to our wedding venue. I suggest asking for him by name. His limo is spotless--a pristine, white, modern Lincoln stretch. Frankly, he's just one cool dude. Crown is so good that they should train other businesses how to handle customer service. It is a lost art nowadays, but I'm relieved knowing that there are still some diamonds like Crown Limo out there.

15 passenger sprinter van. Getting an estimate was easy and well done. But asking about limo bench seating vs captain chairs seemed a challenge to get answers. Your captains chairs seatbelts are not equipped for child seats. ( the seatbelts don’t lock after pulling them fully out and letting them retract. They should lock in place for holding child seats in place. Maybe when building the van they can put a couple seatbelts that do that. You as the owner or manager should ask the upfitter of the sprinter when building it. I’m sure you don’t transfer kids in child seats often). The pick up was great, showed up early if needed both times. As we arrived early off the cruise. Saved us waiting for an extra hour. Your drivers were great, offering water, and chatting with my wife who prompted the conversation. I would use you again and recommend you to others. Thanks for the great service.

I had to get a party bus for 10 14-15 year olds in a pinch. Crown Limoisine got right back to me and gave us a quick estimate that was a fair price. Our driver was courteous and timely. The Mercedes van was nice and clean and had a music Bluetooth for the kids so they could play all their favorite music. I would definitely use them again for my kids or for a night out!
