Family had to use this service unexpectedly during an emergency. It was around 3am, & they were very prompt, rates were reasonable. It was a lot cheaper than I expected. The driver was super friendly. A phone was left in the back seat & he turned around & brought it back!!

Wow! What a great service. Was in Little Rock for business and was worried about my 7:30 am flight and being able to get there by 5:15. I called and they said they would take care of me. Denise showed up EARLY by about 10 minutes and told me to take my time and she was ready when I was. When I got to the car she told me she had everything and the most important thing was for me to have a seat and get comfortable! Awesome! She must have asked 10 times in my 15 minute ride if the air temperature was okay. In a post-covid environment where customer service is non-existent, Denise was a breath of fresh air. Not only was she friendly, but spoke HIGHLY of your company. Denise-personal thanks from me to you. As for your company- keep doing what you are doing because you have a happy associate that is providing excellent customer service. Thanks again!

I had checked cab co's reviews before we came to Little Rock on Saturday Aug 24, for a family event. We were staying at the Hampton on River Market 1/2 a mile from our event. Called Ken's at 2 pm to schedule a 4:45 pickup. The cab was waiting when we went to the lobby. Driver was nice. Then at 8:31 I called for the return ride. Dispatch said that they could be there in 5 minutes. They arrived quickly, same driver. The dispatcher was very nice on both calls. Here is the kicker. We hear that ride shares are cheaper than cabs. There were two of us both ways and the meter was $3.75 going over and $4.00 on the way back, (plus a tip). Three other members of our group called a major ride share and their ride was $7.00. Thanks to Ken and the driver. Should be ever have a need for a cab in LR it will be Ken's

I had a great experience the first couple rides. The first ride was to the hospital and second ride to the airport and were different drivers but very friendly and on time but the third time I scheduled a pick up from the airport and called when my flight arrived to be told my driver (Bob)was no where in the vicinity because he was picking up a person who was going to the hospital and they are priority. I complained because I had scheduled the pickup when I was dropped off at the airport and verified that they would be there the day before. Bob’s words were “well I’m only one person so I can’t be in two places at the same time “ although I knew there are more than just one person who handles pick ups so I questioned why another driver couldn’t have been there to pick me up but didn’t get an explanation. Luckily there was a taxi so I got a ride home which cost double what it did being dropped off at the airport. It happened to be 9:40 at night and the first two pick ups were morning so I would not rely on them at night

Our flight arrived late at Little Rock airport and there were no cabs. It was 1:45 am and Ken’s answered the phone and found a driver to pick us up. Friendly and responsive.

Solid 5-star experience. John arrived 5 minutes early (scheduled for 3 am), helped with luggage, and was an excellent driver. The fare was reasonable too. Will definitely use again in Little Rock if needed.

Communicated well and arrived for pick-up on time and reached our destination in good time. Great to have a late night option for a long distance. However, a late night, long distance drive will cost you! ...As expected.

This private taxi service is special. The owner told me that he drives, and he has five other drivers. He quoted a very reasonable rate in advance. The driver stuck with that rate, even though his meter was a little above the quoted rate. My very nice driver arrived on time for trip to Little Rock airport and gave a quick, safe ride. He was fun to chat with on the way. I'll recommend this service to friends and family. I suggest making reservation in advance when possible and asking for estimated cost to destination.

I had to use Little Rock Yellow Cab at the airport and it was an okay experience but I much preferred Ken's Cab - they came quickly, knew where I was going and had no issue getting there. Only downside is that my second call they didn't have a cab available - I understand though, it's a small company.

Great taxi service. Picked me up 2 times within 10 minutes. Very polite and professional. Nice clean vehicles. A safe taxi ride . Don't even bother with any of the other places. They don't even answer their phones. This is the place you are looking for. TY.

We used Ken's cab service recently...we needed to leave for the airport at 4:am, and Ken's cab picked us up on time, the driver was friendly and quite helpful. The cost was better than I expected. Thanks Ken, we will use you again when a cab is needed.

I used this cab service once and I was all over the place as far as where I told him to pick me up and when I wasn't where I said I was going to be the last time (rain had stopped me) he came right on over a picked me up. Also I only had 20 cash and told him to just drop me off where ever the meter got me with 20 but he took me all the way home anyway for that price. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

Cheaper option compares to Uber and Lyft. Just have to make an appointment and sometimes they won't have any available taxi's weekend nights.

This is Ken with Ken's Cab. Just wanted to respond to the review complaining about a $40 minimum to come to Benton. The minimum is actually $35 so I'm sorry if you were misinformed. We are based in Little Rock and North Little Rock so we do have to charge minimum rate to go to outlying cities. But we are cheaper then the other Taxi companies on our minimums. Just trying to give great service at reasonable rates!

This review is based so far on my attempts to get a cab. On several occasions I have tried to get a cab from this new start up and have always been given a wait time of 1.5 - 2 hours. Usually followed up with a story of why its that long.
