My colleague and I didn't have any time to explore Little Rock during our trip and since we had time prior to our flight David was kind enough to give us a great tour and history lesson of downtown little Rock! I highly recommend Capital Car Service in Little Rock! On very short notice, at about 7:00 p.m. David traveled about 70 miles round trip to pick up my stranded college student and his friends and delivered them to the Little Rock airport. He even stayed with them to ensure that they were able to rent a car to complete their journey and then, phoned me to let me know they were safely on their way. This was a true act of kindness!

2.5 years ago I reached out to Capital Car Service after being very dissatisfied with other ground transportation providers in the Little Rock area. I met with Cody and explained to him what I/we as a company were looking for in a ground transportation company and the complexity of our travel. He assured me that they could and would meet our needs and expectations. I agreed to give them a try with one of my more persnickety travelers and see if they could meet his level of expectation. Not only did they meet his expectation, they continue to exceed his expectations on a very regular basis. I know that if I am ever in a pinch in another city, such as Dallas, L.A., Miami etc., I can call David or Cody and they will find a provider in their network that will meet our needs every time, regardless of the day of the week or the time of day! David is ALWAYS on time both at pickup at my apt. and pickup at the airport. He's waiting at Baggage Claim for me, takes my bags off the carousel, and then drops them at the front door so the concierge can take them up to my apt. He is friendly, courteous, and caring.
