I took a cab from Las Vegas airport to the hotel in the strip’s Blvd. when I reconfirm the amount that I need to pay (because at the stop there was the tariff) the driver gave me all the detail. Anyway I paid in cash with some change for the driver, but the driver was complaining about my tip.

Great driver & an honest man. He was from Ethiopia and very nice. I lost my purse in his cab and he was nice enough to turn it in to the company. The only thing missing was an urn necklace charm that was my dad's ashes, but I don't think he took it. It was probably the person that found the purse in the cab. I was just happy to get my purse back. Whoever took the necklace probably thought the jewels were real but they weren't. It was a sentimental piece of jewelry for me. Thanks for shipping my purse to me. There's still some good & honest people in this world. Thank God!🙏🏽💯

Used this company twice on our recent trip to Vegas. Prices were cheaper than trying to get an uber, and both drivers were super kind and respectful. Come to find out our second driver Mr. Curtin had previously lived in both my hometown and my wife's hometown in NY, so it was really cool to make a cool connection with such a friendly and respectful guy all the way out in Vegas! I called the number when we ended up at a different hotel than the one we were staying at and within 5 minutes a taxi showed up and saw a line of other people waiting and less than two minutes after that like 4 taxis in a row showed up which surprised me! Being able to pay with a card was super convenient, I wasn't anticipating that, as I assumed most cabs needed cash (been a while since I needed one).

5 stars for quick service but driver took me past my destination and I ended up being charged more than I should have. He didn't offer a discount for his mistake and I tipped him $8 when I got in the cab.

Called at 1:30 a.m. at UMC ER for a ride back to our hotel. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is that they said they would text me with updates on where the driver was. Didn’t get any texts, but within 15-20 minutes we were headed back to our hotel. We would have used Uber but no drivers.

Like many things, I'd imagine a negative experience is more likely to motivate someone to leave an online review when it comes to a taxi company, but our experience deserves a positive review. Simply put, the lyft/uber pickup area at LAS was a straight-up zoo, and cars were barely making it out of the garage. Given the sea of people and pace of traffic, there was no conceivable way we would be getting out of there in less than 2 hours. Checking in with friends who arrived around the same time confirmed this. So we walked downstairs and got a cab. It took 5 minutes to get picked up, and we were at our hotel 13 minutes later. The fare was HALF of the Lyft quote at the time. Our driver was Sultan Feto. Nice job! Our return trip was just as nice. Neither driver attempted to take any sort of "scenic route."

Travis was the best cab driver we've ever rode with. Extemely social, excellent expertise about the area, friendly, and great driving skills! He might as well be a wheel man! Idk about the rest of the company because it was all automated. But hands down. Get Travis! FYI better than Uber and Lyft. Just no handy app to handle your transaction.
