Ashley GouldGreat service from beginning to end. Calling in to book a limo, super friendly super helpful. Me and my husband and kids were coming to Vegas and we wanted to arrive in style. Our driver‘s name was Dan and he was absolutely amazing. He was waiting for us at baggage claim with the sign. He grabbed our bags when we pointed out what bags were ours and told us to relax he will grab our bags and bring them to the limo for us. He drove us down the Las Vegas strip with a little tour and gave us some tips and ideas to do while we’re on vacation in Vegas with the kids. After the tour of the strip, he drove us to our Hotel at Caesars Palace. It was great service very punctual and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed Dan so much that We had to leave a good review. He made our limo service great. Thank you Dan!!!!!

Joe ForteOrdered a limo and got a huge limo bus. Was quite awesome and a nice 1 hour tour for literally the same price the competition wanted for a pick and drop. Would certainly use again.
Liv's LifeWe have used VIP Limousine twice on two different trips to Las Vegas. It has been icing on our Vegas cake each time. Let them take the stress out of waiting in line for a cab and have champagne while you’re at it!
Laura ZimmermanBoth drivers were super professional and friendly. There was also great communication from the company before each pick up. The Champaign on arrival was awesome and we were allowed to take time for pictures and a toast. We were celebrating two 21st birthdays and it started and ended our trip perfectly! skiingfast1Alisha at the office was super helpful at finding a way, to get our split group to and from the airport and two different hotels. The kids loved it so did the adults. Very friendly, helpful drivers. And the 8Pak limos were clean and comfortable. And they will be at your carousel when your luggage arrives even if your flight is very late arriving, and pulled up to the hotel taxi/limo land at the arranged time.
Ryan LeathOverall good experience. Could have gotten an Uber for much cheaper, but wouldn't have come with champagne. The only reason for the lack of a star is due to getting the name wrong on our chauffeur sign. I will also add that there was extreme heat in the area and they disclose on their website and via a direct email that limos may be hot. Well, that's the truth. It was very hot, not warm, but hot.
***Update***
Received an email from management with a response that made this right! Great customer service if you ask me! Oh and as for the sign being incorrect, that was an error / miscommunication between my wife and I as she submitted the forms one way and I had emailed it to read another. This was not the company's fault and based on that, along with the immediate communications from management, this was an easy 5 star experience!!!

Megan MacAnnOur driver Kenny was awesome!! He showed up right on time. The limo was perfect just what I ordered! Right down to the complementary bottle of champagne! We went to lunch as you are not allowed to eat inside the limo (kind of disappointing he said it was allergy related) and we found that out when we were picked up.... but Kenny waited outside the restaurant while we ate. Then on to the Valley of Fire. Kenny was very knowledgeable providing the perfect spots when we arrived at the Valley. He even took pictures for us. We ended up being 2 hours past our allowed time and there was absolutely no issues with that. We had an amazing time and I'll absolutely call them again when I'm in Las Vegas.
