My husband and I recently traveled to Vegas and we used Super Shuttle. We had used them prior to this trip so we decided to use them again because we were very pleased with their service. They are prompt, courteous and very dependable. They keep you updated with any changes that have to be made but it’s always at your convenience. I would recommend their service to everyone, you would not be disappointed. No matter where we travel if they are available we will use their service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Super Shuttle for a job well done.

We arrived in Vegas and had originally just planned on taking a taxi service but I wanted to explore a little but for something a little less expensive. They have a kiosk just outside the departure area, so were easy to locate and they were not overly expensive so we figured we would give them a shot. Our first impression of them was good. We purchased our tickets and although she said it would be a 15-minute wait, after walking the short 5 minutes to the pick-up the bus was just arriving and was ready to whisk us away. Driver was friendly, and she helped us with our bags to the extent that she could. She chatted with us along the way, and gave us some quick and simply advice as well. I thought the service was excellent. When I had looked online for shuttle services such as this I had a tough time navigating them and determining if the shuttle would get us where we wanted to go. With this company, I simply said what resort I was staying on and they put me on the correct bus and gave me the price. Very simply and convenient. It took us about 1/2 an hour to get to the resort we were staying at, simply because of the stops they must take along the way to get to each of the other locations. A little longer then taking a taxi service of any kind. I would recommend this company again based on my experience, but we did not use the return shuttle because we had already made plans previously with renting a car throughout the week and staying at a hotel with airport shuttle for our return. However, if you have a couple more people you may want to consider an umber, or one of the other ride sharing companies I saw while there like lift. They seem to be VERY popular.

We couldn't be more happy with super shuttle's service. They were very reasonable and on time, very easy to use. Much cheaper than the shuttle recommended but our hotel. I left my coat on the shuttle to our Lake Las Vegas hotel. The dispatcher located my coat and even arranged for a driver to get it to me when they had a pickup at a nearby property! Thank you for great customer service!

Being I travel to many different places I like to have transportation in place when I arrive at the airport. SuperShuttle not only gave specific instructions as to pickup and drop off, the drivers were courteous, congenial, and very accommodating....especially when my friend was running from the hotel to get to the shuttle pickup location. I was back at the airport in just the right amount of time to catch my flight back. They let me know of pickup time via text messages, which was greatly appreciated! I chose SuperShuttle instead of Lift or Uber because signs are big and nicely displayed as to their location and on their vehicles.

Such a great experience and super convenient. Our driver was so knowledgeable and fun, he really set the tone for the trip. Shuttle bus was clean, and the wait was about 10 mins. After a long day of delayed flights, this was great. Also good for first-time visitors, our driver gave us the ins & outs of Vegas, and how to get the most out of our trip. The new electronic system for getting a shuttle at the airport is brilliant. We didn't have to wait for hours to get a ride. The driver was strange, and his conversation quite inappropriate, including racist and anti-religious comments. We just kept quiet in the back. Pick up at the hotel was excellent, the driver was early, and respectful and professional. We will use again.

This service is convenient but a couple of things to be aware of... The driver went on at lengths to the point of being rude that we had to tip drivers in Las Vegas...there really was no need for this. And our return trip back to the airport was rescheduled at late notice and with no explanation, which left us having to cancel planned activities so we could rush back to our hotel in time for the earlier departure. No explanation or apology was given by the driver either.

Service was as expected, driver was friendly, staff was helpful (but a little short with us) price was reasonable. Our only issue was on our trip, the driver left our Terminal and then had to pick up passengers at Term 3. That added 20+ min to the trip; to top it off, we were the last to be dropped off which in our case made us late for our event. Consider your choice if you are on a time schedule.

We have used Super Shuttle the last two times going to the airport in Las Vegas. We had Warren who was very patient and understanding when we had a hard time navigating were to meet him. He waited for us and still acted professional and nice. We gave him added gratuity of course for paying his time waiting and he was so appreciative. He was early and helped me out of the van which was very helpful because I'm still recovering from a car accident in Dec. Thank you Warren!

Driver was courteous and friendly. The van was nice and clean. It was easy to connect with them at the airport when we arrived and they arrived promptly when we had to take the shuttle back to the airport. Make sure you leave enough time for them to pick up other people from other hotels. Great service for a really good price.

I used SuperShuttle for the first time and found it excellent. Every employee was courteous and helpful. The drivers both ways were friendly and good drivers. My return flight was canceled and rebooked later so I was afraid my reservation might be in jeopardy but all was well. The curbside attendant even apologized to ME since I had to wait 30 minutes for the van. My return was late at night and the driver waited until I was inside my home before he left.

Communication could have been better regarding the check-in procedure and when the pick-up was delayed (they were short-handed on our Sunday morning return date but still got us to the airport in plenty of time.) Overall they were friendly, courteous and helpful. The ride was clean and comfortable and door to door for $10 (for 2 people) can't be beat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

This is a very reliable service and a reasonably priced transport to and from the airport and the hotel on the Strip. We had a very early flight and we were concerned that the pick-up would be late. But the company kept us informed by text message every step of the way. Our driver was friendly and well informed about the city, giving us some interesting background information about Las Vegas. I bought a round trip from airport to downtown. Wait time at the airport was not too long. Driver was right on time for pickup from hotel 4 days later. Drivers to and from were a bit too aggressive on the driving. Turn a curve and the luggage in the back would bang around. Would be 5 stars if the drivers would ease off the gas a bit.

Tracy with Van # 627 picked us up from Stratosphere hotel on Sunday morning September 23, 2018 to take us to the airport. She was right on time, very helpful and VERY pleasant! We had lots of good conversation and lots of laughter on our ride with the other passengers. She introduced us to the other passengers and made us feel comfortable right from the start. Scheduled pickup at 1pm and we were informed last minute that the driver will be there 15 mins earlier. We had to rush all the way back to our hotel and waited patiently for our baggage at the bell desk. We called customer service and told them that the extra 15 minutes is a lot and told them if they could wait until 1pm for us. They said that they could only wait till 12.50 only. In addition to this, driver even pushed us with providing gratuity. Ridiculous

When picking up at airport was signed in online and confirmed to be picked up by van. Van arrives then we are reassigned to another van. First van drives off with no pickup. Waited 45 minutes for the next one. Disorganized first experience. Return trip to airport was the service I expected. Prompt and friendly. Left me thinking I might use it again. Not totally confident in the service.

We got a private shuttle from our hotel to the airport, in Vegas. Liz, our driver, was very nice, arrived early, and was very helpful. My call center experience when booking the shuttle wasn't great, but I would definitely use this service again.

The SuperShuttle ride was OK but communication while waiting could've been better. We stood in line (in the heat outside the Las Vegas terminal) and waited and waited for a shuttle to call our number. Other people coming after us got picked up and taken away. After approx. 30 minutes, I went to find out what was going on, why we had been waiting so long, and how much longer was it going to be? The counter clerk then told me we had a new ride number and to wait for that shuttle. We waited about 5 more minutes. Then a shuttle arrived and called the first ride number.

I always take the Super Shuttle from and to the airport when visiting Las Vegas. I have to come to town a few times a year and the group ride rate is a great deal. The cabs and highered cars can be pricey. The super shuttle can be booked ahead of time so there is no reason to waste a minute of your getaway waiting in a cab line. Book at the easy to use website and the rest is done for you. The rides are pretty short even with the shared stops, the drivers are friendly and they even help you with your bag.

I've used Super Shuttle before in Atlanta, GA, and have had good experiences with this shuttle provider. This time I used this company in Las Vegas and both arrival and departure shuttle driver were very happy and friendly. We need more bubbly people like them working for shuttle companies! The price was undoubtedly an inducement. The variable reviews were a little disconcerting, but the website itself seemed to reflect that the service was organized and dependable. I decided to give it a first time try and discover for myself -- with a firsthand experience -- how the service “fared”. We had two situations that made the experience less than what it could have been. Firstly, prior to our arrival, we were instructed (e-mail and text) to meet at a booth outside a specific door number at the airport. The getting to the door/booth surely could have been explained in a clearer fashion. Regardless, after we found our way and walked all the way to the booth, it was "closed", and there was a sign to walk all the way back to another door/booth at the far opposite end. (Again the instructions to the other booth were less than explicit.) After some hunting, we found a SuperShuttle van and driver outside who directed us in the right direction, to the secondary booth location. When we got to the booth, the attendant argued a bit with our interpretation of where we should have first gone (international vs. domestic) until we showed her the written particulars of our text. (We departed directly from international.) . . . On the return from our hotel to the airport, our text message indicated a pickup from 5:05 to 5:20. Then it changed to 5:10 to 5:25. The precise pickup point again wasn't very specific (only the name of the hotel was noted). The graphic display of the driver/van’s progression also was rather like a bouncing ball; first 5 minutes away, then 2 minutes, then 10 minutes. The driver had actually arrived (5:00) when the graphic display indicated a change to 10 minutes. The driver almost gave up on us, after a good ten minutes, for he indicated to us that he arrived exactly at 5:00 -- not 5:05, nor 5:10. We had finally spotted the van when he drove to the bus pickup spot, rather than the shuttle pickup spot. These different pickup spots were not well differentiated in the text instructions. I sent a text, but I only got a reply at about the same time that the driver moved to the bus pickup spot. The shared passengers seemed legitimately not that happy with the wait, but we showed them our communications. . . . Both drivers were certainly cordial, but they didn't seem the least bit surprised with the confusing instructional/communicating texts from the dispatch center. It would have helped a lot to have a phone number/live dispatch person to converse with. The driver seemed busy with the road/driving – as, of course, he should be. In any regard, the instructions and particulars certainly could have been much better/more precise/more accurate. On the positive side, the drivers were efficient and businesslike and cordial. The price, including a tip (I gave a $1 per bag) was very reasonable, especially in comparison to a taxi. The rate, unlike a taxi, was preset and did not vary. Yes, the rides were shared, but with the inclusion of some time allowance, also provided by the company, we had no problem with arrival and departure times. Pre-confirmations were provided the day before. On the day, the specified times were reiterated. However, as mentioned above, it was “other instructions/ communications” that were discombobulated, in relation to actual times and pickup spots. So, in summary, my reaction to the SuperShuttle service was rather ambiguous. Like the word superbad, which can mean extremely impressive as well as extremely awful, SuperShuttle was neither. With some conscientious refinements, the service could be more of a open and shut(tle) case of both good pricing and good management.

Paid for nonstop ride with max 3 more people. Got ride that stopped at hotels and many peolle got on. For the price and distance travelled I do not recommend this service. Edit 4.10.2018 - contacted by manager that apologized for wrong service. Also diference in the cost was refunded. Overall feeling is fine because of mobile app that shows you the position of your car online, also all other information about your trip. Ride was fine.

Shuttle service was excellent as I got to and from the airport and the hotel resort with no problem. The driver who picked me up from the airport was very nice and informative about the resorts and popular attractions which was helpful. The text alerts were informative and timely especially when there was a pickup time change.

I recommend SuperShuttle Las Vegas. However, learn from my mistake. I made a reservation online but did not call to clarify the pickup location. There was a lot of construction around my hotel so the pickup location was not the lobby entrance. Kudos to SuperShuttle dispatch and driver for their patience finding me and ensuring I got to the airport for my flight.

Super shuttle in Las Vegas was a good price for roundtrip fare with pickup from the airport to your hotel and back. Liz was really thoughtful, communicated well and a people person. It took quite a while to leave the airport due to some confusion with a few passengers that were still waiting but she stopped to help them. As a manager, that's the kind of person you want on your team because they are not looking out for themselves but the customer first.

Are you super shuttle every single time I commute between my house and McCarran Airport. Here are a few tips for saving money. First, never schedule a private ride. It cost twice as much to do so. Always schedule a shared ride. You'll thank yourself because most times you're going alone anyway because the driver has no other passengers along your route. Secondly, if you search Groupon or other sites like that, you can almost certainly get a discount code to save 10 to 20% off your round trip ride. Riding with Super Shuttle is Swift, efficient, reliable and saves a bundle from on-site parking at the airport. And it's Door to Door Service. Can't be beat!

We opted to use Supershuttle for round trip transportation to and from the airport. It was nice to get a text message with pick up information from the airport and then again for the return trip. We did not have to worry when our plane was delayed upon arrival because SuperShuttle was tracking our flight. They were right on time for our trip back. While the text message did not say what entrance they would pick up from at Luxor, it was easy to determine during our stay. For one, we assumed they would pick up where they dropped us off but also we could see that's where the pick ups from all transportation happens. Plus Luxor had signage stating pick ups were at entrance.

I'll go ahead and start from the beginning. I stayed at the Vdara this week for a conference and a day before I checked out, I called the concierge to schedule my ride to the airport. On the morning of, the shuttle arrived 15 min early (pick-up time was between 7:30-7:45). Kathleen (the driver) met me at the door with a smile and loaded up the shuttle with my luggage. We had a couple of other pick-up's before getting to the airport, but I got to my terminal well on time! I will definitely use super shuttle again. Uber/Lyft/Cabs can be +/- on the fare, knowing that I pay one flat rate is all the assurance I need...along with a happy driver. Cheers!

Call for clarification of where the booth is to ‘sign in’. It seems to move. And walking MacLaren Airport pulling luggage just to find a ride is not fun. The cheapest transportation in Vegas. I was on a "shared" bus, but that did not hinder my experience. For only $9 transportation in Vegas, I'd be willing to ride on the roof. They picked me up at the airport and took me straight to my hotel with minimal wait time. The bus was roomy and comfortable and our driver was very professional. They also picked me up at my hotel to take me back to the airport, arriving 10 minutes ahead of schedule. If you plan to stay on the Strip, don't waste your money for a more expensive cab or uber.

DRiver was a little late, in going to the airport. I anticipated this, so made an earlier pickup time than I needed. I like it that the shuttle is not a small bus with more passengers and more pickups/dropoffs, so more problems with delays.
