T3 is a much smaller terminal in las vegas. No long walk, no train, but rideshare is a bit tricky with very few signs. To get an uber or lyft, go to the 2nd floor and cross the bridge, then use the elevator to go down 1 floor to the rideshare pick up area in the parking garage.

To pick up a Lyft/Uber from T3 arrivals, don't head out to where the cabs are. Go up to the second level (erster Stock), use the bridge to cross over to the parking garage, and follow the signs there.
Note that you can also take a free shuttle to Terminal 1 and grab a bus.

Quite organized I will say. Downgraded because employee ignored me when asking question on my way to Uber pick up location. Perhaps they were having a bad day because it was so cold out. A passerbyer even noticed the moment and commented.

Ride share may be a bit confusing for people at terminal 3. After receiving your baggage from baggage claim, take the elevator to the first floor. Exit the elevator to the parking walkway and get on the elevator where you will see signs for uber/lyft

A little hard to find your driver in the craziness. Note: It is separate from Taxi pick up then a large free for all where you may or may not have cell service to pinpoint which is your driver. If you can follow all the signage and have mobile service you will be fine. It is the same at most all the hotels on the strip. Uber/Lyft can be separate from Taxi p/u.

It's way less crowded compared to terminal 1 and 2. If you have people dropping in see if they are willing to shuttle here to fine them easier

There is quite the little hike to get to the rideshare area. Plan ahead and book your Uber 5 minutes before you get there to minimize waiting.

I like getting Uber on terminal 3. Less traffic and less waiting time not like terminal 1.
It is pretty straightforward once you get out and go straight to the outside bridge and go to the second level. I would wait to call for an Uber when you are at the pickup spot because the wallk from your gate to the pickup spot can be quite a hike. Uber will not wait more than 5 mins for you. They will cancel your ride by the time you get to the pickup spot.

I drive for Lyft, so I am at the pickup area a lot. Kudos to whomever designed the place. I find it to be a really easy spot to get to and easy to find my passengers. My only complaint is the unnecessary traffic created when airport officials close the long term parking lot, on most busy Fridays. They just block off the entrance without much warning or additional signage. This creates confusion with drivers not familiar with the area causing quite a backup at busy times. Using more cones and block the approaching lanes further out with one additional directional sign should help alleviate a lot of the back up. Otherwise, great experience from my point of view.
