The service received from Presidential Limousine was EXCELLENT! I was in Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday with a group of 10 ppl. I spoke with Earnest who assisted me with my order. Earnest was very attentive to my needs & did a great job following up with all my questions for my big day! Our driver Carey was awesome! He arrived on time, very attentive, true gentlemen, & very accommodating to our needs. After handing him our itinerary for the evening, when we called, he was there within 5min. The Limo was well kept & clean. I highly recommend this company & I will definitely use their services again! Thanks you Earnest & Carey!

OMG Rich was sooooo freaking nice and helpful...knew a lot about the city and what was being developed too! There’s no one better than Valentin for your limo needs! He’s the best they have. I’ve had nothing but success with Presidential and always pick our favorite driver. The vehicles have always been clean and new. I’ve been picked up in cars as well as stretch and you can’t go wrong with the airport slecials. I spoke with Sandy from Presidential Limousine and she was AWESOME! She had the greatest customer skills that I’ve come across in a long time. She was very knowledgeable, patient, nice and much much more. I think I asked about 50 questions and it didn’t bother her at all. I also called back at least three times because I was researching other companies and I wanted to get the best possible price, and she completely understood. I ended up booking with this company even though it was a little pricier than I originally wanted to spend. I booked with them because the SUV Limo looks UNBELIEVABLE. However, I mainly booked it because of Sandy. She sold me on it. She DEFINITELY deserves to be recognized!!

Presidential Limousine customer service was very helpful and setting appointments was super easy. The pick up experience was astounding! Kalimah was our driver. She was very professional and friendly! She took us to the liquor shop and dispensary before dropping us off at our hotel. We completely give her 5+ stars!!!!!! Highly recommend asking for her!! As for our departure transportation… that’s a whole new story! The driver, James didn’t even introduce himself, popped the trunk opened and stayed in the vehicle for a long while. We basically had to put our own luggage in the trunk with no assistance. If you’re wondering if he was worried about Covid - NO he wasn’t because he didn’t even wear a mask and looked like he was hung over himself. He didn’t even offer to open the door when I basically asked, “so we can go inside the limo right?” I was very close to the handle to open it myself. The drive to the airport made us all feel nauseous and let me add - none of us were drunk, nor tipsy! Not only that, the floor was trashed, empty champagne bottles and used cups. So we definitely had two completely different experiences from the Presidential service.

Bit of an odd review since I never got to experience the actual limo ride, but I did experience great customer service so thought I'd share Airline cut off check in with roughly 30% of the passengers still in line, sending us scrambling for a way to make it to Vegas. Because of that we had to cancel on very short notice of two hours. Despite the flight not being cancelled but having left without us, Presidential Limo was empathetic and understanding and cancelled with no charge. This made for the lone pleasant part of a stressful morning. Much appreciated.

We’ve used Presidential for our last two Vegas trips. The drivers are always helpful, courteous and provide a great experience. We had an issue with an unexpected charge on our last trip. Ernest in the office took care of it for us and had it quickly refunded. I’d absolutely recommend Presidential to anyone needing car service in Las Vegas.

We booked transportation for nine from the airport to our hotel, from our hotel to our wedding venue and back, and from the hotel back to the airport. We had three different drivers and each was personable, professional, and on time or early. Presidential limos made our experience easy and enjoyable. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

OMG were can I begin this was my first experience with limo rental and my my let me say I've found THE ONE! They definitely wear the name Presidential well! My family and I traveled from Beaumont, Texas to celebrate my 8 year wedding anniversary, its our third time to Vegas but our parents first so we wanted to have them enjoy in style! From the time of arrival I was sent and email that my driver had been dispatched for airport pickup, We were greeted with my name an IPad at the baggage claim, treated so well and the driver was so welcoming he even let us jam music on his phone with an AUX! Looked at several limo companies and have used a handful in Vegas already but decided to give Presidential limo a try…. So we had a delay with our flight by four hours, we’re concerned if we would still be picked up on time upon arrival. To our surprise James(chauffeur) was waiting for us at the baggage terminal. James was extremely courteous and professional he took our luggage off the the luggage turn belt and walked us to the limo that was well maintained inside and out. Prior to taking us to the hotel we stopped at the liquor store and we’re pleased we did not feel rushed from him. Once we made our purchases he kindly grabbed our items for us and walked with us back to the limo. I will definitely be using presidential limo services again! So see ya next month!

Booked a trip from airport to hotel and back. Both times, received a text indicating they are on their way. Both times arrived early and were waiting. Opened the doors for us and loaded/unloaded luggage. Both drivers were professional and vehicles were clean. Rode the Tesla Model X sedan, smooth ride, gullwing doors, large windows and quiet.

This company allows you to enjoy, sit back and relax whether you are coming or going to your destination! Don't waste your time/money on a taxi to or from the airport....call Presidential for your next lift. It might be a little extra, but it is completely worth it!!

My cousin reserved a limo for our girls trip to pick us up from the airport and to take us back. The driver met us inside near where we picked up our luggage. The driver was careful with our bags. We stopped at a local liquor store before going to our hotel. We were able to use up all of our drive time by cruising down the strip. We were able to plug in our own music which was great. They had bottled water available in ice buckets. On our way to the airport the driver let one of our ladies borrow his charager battery which was very nice of him!

Holy cow. My wife was stupefied upon seeing a gentleman dressed in a black suit holding a placard with her name on it. Alex was an amazing driver. Assisted with luggage and stopped by a liquor store so we could get supplies. Played music and explained the controls of the limo. I hope to get Alex again on our return trip from the Park MgM to the airport after our stay. I would not even hesitate for a second to contact Presidential Limo for future needs. Y'all rock!

Exceptional service. Both drivers that picked us up and dropped us off were super patient. When we arrived in Vegas, our luggage was delayed by 40 minutes, our driver waited patiently for us, and then even offered to stop anywhere we wanted. On our way back, the driver was 15 minutes early and patiently waited as we checked out. Their service is well worth the price! Can’t wait for my next Vegas trip.

Made reservation online days before arrival, within minutes received confirmation. Driver Scott was at baggage claim with sign so he was easy to find. Great communication from the driver via text as soon as the plane landed. Reserved a stretch limo, was upgraded to a stretch suv. Awesome! Took us quick trip up and down the strip and then to the "Welcome to Las Vegas sign." Great customer service. Return trip to airport was flawless. Driver Robbie was as professional as they come. Great communication once again. We'll be using these guys every time we come back to Vegas.

Our flight came in early and I thought we would have to wait a bit but the driver was tracking the flight and was there right when we got to baggage claim. The limo was beautiful, cool inside and our driver had no problem making a couple stops on the way to our hotel. Customer service was excellent on the phone setting up the ride and answering all my questions. All in all it was a fantastic way to start our honeymoon right off the plane.

We used this service to get to and from the airport on our recent vacation. The communication with the company was great with adequate email and text messages before our rides. Both drivers were on time and courteous; we learned a lot about some of the attractions we were going to see. I booked an 8 passenger stretch limousine airport pickup for my first trip to Vegas. It was a surprise for my mom and husband that I splurged on to highlight the occasion and get us to our hotel in style. I called a few days prior and was told everything was good to go and that I could call again the day prior to get the drivers contact information. I did that and was then told the schedule wasn't out yet and it would be available the morning of our trip. We were flying from the east coast and had a layover in Atlanta, in the chaos of the day I didn't call again knowing that we were all set and I'd already received a confirmation and had provided our flight information for any unexpected delays. Low and behold our flight was delayed an hour and a half. Once we landed in Vegas I turned on my phone and had received a text which stated "Your ride has been canceled as no longer required". I was very stressed and anxious since I had prepaid for the service and we were heading to baggage claim. I immediately called Kaptyn and explained what happened and they confirmed that the reservation had been canceled because of the flight delay, even though they had our flight information and said they watch for delays and plan accordingly. They placed me on a brief hold and luckily located a driver who said he'd be there in 2 minutes. Chris R met us as we were coming down the elevator and escorted us to the baggage claim. It took quite awhile for our luggage to come. Once we were finally squared away we loaded up and headed to our hotel. The package I purchased was a roundtrip service, one hour each way. I was disappointed that our time began once he met us at the elevator. I understood it to begin once we were actually loaded in the limo. That was a bit misleading and wished they would've just met us once we already had our baggage which ate up most of our time. It would've been nice to enjoy the views of the strip a little without feeling so rushed but I'm just glad it all worked out. We stopped by the liquor store for him to get our complimentary champagne and we made it to the hotel. The return trip to the airport was super smooth. I called and confirmed one day prior and was given Torrance's name, phone number, and our pickup time. On the morning of, about 10 minutes prior to our pickup time, I called to notify him that we were in front of our hotel and would be ready whenever he arrived. He shared he was already there and came right over. He was so polite, laid back, and made our trip to the airport very easy. (Removed one star for the initial aggravation of having to call and locate a driver upon arrival, after our reservation was canceled following a flight delay, through no fault of the drivers which were both great.)

Udo was my driver. I'm scared to use uber so I booked a trip from the Nellis Airforce Base to the strip. The car was clean, Ido offered me water, and took the scenic route to my destination. It was pretty fun! Thanks again :) very fair prices too.

Gordan was our driver who picked us up from the airport, and he was there when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and was super professional. We also used the party bus on the actual day of our wedding, and that was a phenomenal experience as well! My husband and I said we would use them to go to and from the airport every time we visit from now on. Highly recommend, and if you get the chance, ask for Gordan!

The company provides real time texting updates with the drivers information including the arrival time, car description, plate number etc. Both drivers were courteous and very informative about Vegas. Everytime I'm in Vegas, I use presidential Limo. I love the web special they have for airport to hotel transfer. The thing that's nice about it is, they pic you up when your flight arrives and take you to the hotel (no waiting around) they also pick you up for the return flight and drop you off at the hotel all for one price (which ends up being cheaper than riding the crowded shuttle and not to mention, you're riding in style) I also rent a limo during my trip so I dont have to worry about driving when I want to have fun. All of my drivers have been awesome and very professional. Also very knowledgeable about the goings on in the city. They always make great recommendations and haven't been disappointed yet! Romeo was our last driver and he went above and beyond. I'll be using them again for my 50th bday in july 2022! Thanks Guys!

We decided to start our family vacation with Limo XL. The driver Rodney was amazing, patient, and fun. We ordered the same vehicle again for pickup from the airport. We waited 20 minutes before calling the company to let them know that we haven’t spotted our driver. After a 12 minute hold we were told the limo was out of service and that they are sending another which will be arriving in 15 minutes. Well 1 hour later, the driver, Chris informs us that he is on the way. And this limo had some series dings, cracks, and brake issues. A family of 6 and 4 young children, we just wanted to get home. The 3 stars is from the help of good customer service from the drivers other than that 0 because communication goes along way

We booked the 20 seater party bus style Limo for our wedding on Oct 16 2021 and everything went beautifully. Our driver Carey Hightower was very professional , courteous , timely , and extremely understanding. As I rounded up the wedding party at the pick up spot he made sure all the champagne and waters were ready. Our wedding was at Red Rock Canyon and he made sure we got there on time and to our reception on the strip all in perfect timing. If you can request a driver request CAREY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR.

The Lyft and Uber services would not come with this part of Las Vegas in a gated community. This was the recommended preferred service of my cousin who lives in a gated community in Somerton. The reservation was taken over the phone by life person. I received immediate text message. The rate overall was slightly less it had I use the over when I came out to the home a week prior so I knew it would be a good financial decisions. But I was not expecting was the vehicle, A tesla K with golf wing doors, which made the trip unique and fun. My driver, “Canadian Todd” Text me the Vin said he was on his way, and arrived early up that because he said it’s his policy that he would rather he waiting on me and menot waiting on him. He was polite, personable, warm engaging but not intrusive. We made to the airport in exceptional time but he was not an aggressive driver. When we arrived he quickly took out my luggage, generally think me for using them. Hands-down this would be the service I would use when I return back to visit both personally and professionally.

This place was awesome our flight kept getting delayed over n over and I kept In touch with the manager and after 6 hours of delays they still worked with us to keep our ride. Then our driver she was so Nice and she's like you paid for an hour so where we going and we hit liquor store a smoke shop. Awesome service A+++ this was on superbowl weekend too btw

The ease of not having to worry about airport transfers was well worth the SMALL amount more then sitting in a taxi. If $60 isn't in your budget(cab cost around $50 one way(x2)) you shouldn't be in Vegas! You guys have life long customers!!

Great experience using this company/Kaptyn as a visitor. We had 2 separate rides scheduled ~6mo in advance. Both were Teslas that seated 3. They came through and exceeded expectations. Professional, on time service. The drivers were great and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

We used this service at the beginning of June for a SUV Limo for our daughter's birthday party. We reserved for both Airport and the 'Strip' tour. The service for all 3 rides were EXCELLENT! Our flight was delayed and we assumed it would cause problems with pick up. I was trying to find the number to call when we landed and my phone rang. It was the driver. He said they had tracked our flight, saw it was late and had just arrived to pick us up and they were waiting at the baggage carousel with a sign that was EXACTLY as I had specified. He took us to the store on the way to our AirBnB and took our bags up the excessively long staircase (we didn't know about this in advance). We were not charged anything extra for this even though the address supplied to us was incorrect and we had to call and get the correct address and had to be taken to a separate location. For the strip tour, which was later that night, we had not called to correct the address but the driver called when he showed up at the incorrect one and came right over. He adjusted the schedule so we did not have to miss anything due to this delay which was our fault. He helped us with the music and enthusiastically waited for us as our party of 6 did separate things and even drove closer to pick those of us who were straggling so the walk would not be so long. Two of us were the mothers and he helped us in and out of the Limo at EVERY stop. The last pickup was for transportation back to the airport. Our driver showed up 15 minutes early and helped us with baggage and again in and out of the car. I actually called the company to book the strip tour (did the airport portion online) and the reps were more than helpful. They even looked at my reservation that I had done online, saw a problem with it, corrected it and found me a discount! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will in fact be using them again for my husband's birthday in a few weeks! Hats off to Rome...my kids LOVED him and the service he provided! Hats off to this company for the excellence we experienced that made our daughter's 21st (redo...COVID and all) absolutely MAGNIFICENT!

This was our first trip to Las Vegas, we got in late and had no bus available so we ended getting a limo. Within 3 minutes we were in the clean fully stocked limo just like in the movies! Our chauffeur was James Berg. Very courteous and always tried to please us in any way possible! My expectations were blown out of the water this was a great experience to start our Vegas weekend! Mr. Berg recommended a few spots for our needs and gave us info and history as we cruised down the strip to our hotel after making an essential beer run ha ha! Mr. Berg always opened the door of not only the limo but the stores too! I never been in a limo before so this was a great experience and I will not forget it! Everything was perfect and had an experience to keep forever when I remember my trip to Las Vegas! Hopefully you will be lucky to get James as your chauffeur too! Thanks again!

Booked a limo with multiple stops online. Easy process and had no issues going from location to location. Driver was great. However, the limo I received was not the one that picked us up. It was way cheaper, and the company is unresponsive to my requests to have a discussion into why that happened. Called 6x this past week and no answer. Emailed 4 times and no response. I'd say it's a roll of the dice with this company regarding what you get vs what you pay for. Update: After a few weeks, a representative from the company contacted me and resolved the issue.

Wonderful service and very professional. The owner stayed in contact with me throughout our wedding planning and had no problem with last minute changes. He had all pick up and drop offs on time and was very conscientious of our satisfaction and any special needs like a wheel chair. This Company came through with Flying Colors. Frankie our Day one driver Was Awesome. He Had us a bottle of Champagne and water. He then took us by the liquor store. My wife and I flew into Las Vegas on the 26th of August and we stayed till the 30th we were picked up promptly and our driver was professional courteous knowledgeable of every street and very helpful. I booked Presidential for airport transportation both drivers were great. When picked up from the airport we had a stretched Escalade so we didn’t have a lot of interaction with our driver Desmon but he made sure we were taken care of. When heading back to the airport we were picked up in a regular Escalade and our driver Mark was great. Booking this transportation only made my trip better. Next visit I’ll be using Presidential again and requesting Mr. Mark Sessions as my driver.

We used Presidential Limo for a Party Bus and travel to our wedding, Each time our drivers were prompt (and by that I mean early) and very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were close on time from being late to our party bus and it was very easy to add more time and very transparent what the cost would be. The only reason I am taking a star is because when we originally spoke to presidential, it was no problem for us to pay the hour rate and switch cars for our ceremony as we were going from 6 to 2 passengers. When it came down to it, that wasn't the case and we had to book our return trip with another company as the $$ didn't make sense to wait our keep the bigger car. I would recommend Presidential over other experiences, however.

They want $230 for a one way sprinter limo. I was quoted by 2 other companies $250 round trip so $125 each way. My pickup and tour occurs in early June. However, the service level to this point has been so exceptional, it needed to be shared. I will update my review after the service is complete. I am planning a 21st birthday trip to Las Vegas for my son and one of his friends. When I called Presidential Limo to inquire about tours, prices, etc. I spoke to Tamara. Tamara went above and beyond to help me. She described several options for tours and vehicles -- she spent significant time with me making sure things were just right! It was an exceptional level of customer service She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Two days later I wanted to make a minor change to one aspect of our tour. The change was so minor I decided to text my request to them. This time Kady helped me. Again, the customer service was exceptional. The change was verified and confirmed through both text and email. Kady was helpful and friendly through the entire exchange. If the tour and service is even close to the customer service I have received so far, it will be a fantastic tour and experience.

We came to Vegas to get married and wanted to take everyone on a fun Limo ride for some neat pictures around on the strip. We rented a “party bus” and had a great time! Everything from the reservation to the champagne toast was great. The entire process was very easy and the communication was helpful and professional. We used Presidential Limo for our group weekend trip for the airport transfer service. The pick up went well until the air conditioning was not working good in the Sprinter and instead of having a 2 hour tour as planned, we went straight to the hotel. I contacted the company and they said they would reimburse a portion of the trip, but a miscommunication occurred that had to be fixed by management to ensure that we were not getting the same vehicle on the return trip. I waited over 10 days and when the amount as promised was not reimbursed, I contacted Monique, who was able to get it quickly resolved.

We had requested an Escalade to pick us up at the airport. Received a text reconfirming pickup. When we arrived at baggage claim - no driver. After retrieving our luggage we received a call from Presidential - “we are on our way”. The car (a limo not an Escalade ) was 30 minutes late to pick us up at the airport and clearly it had not been cleaned or restocked. Only 2 water bottles in the limo, and one had been opened and use. Our driver was courteous, kind and apologetic saying he was called in for an “emergency” pickup. So I do appreciate them working to rectify our situation. We have a limo tour and a ride back to the airport to go, so I’m hopeful I’ll be able to add some stars after our tour! UPDATE: The VIP limo tour was fabulous. Limo clean and well stocked, prompt and great communication. Our driver was professional and courteous. Great way to see the strip and all of the “shows” without the hassle of parking or tired feet.

The pick driver was Eugene and he was so helpful and nice he was waiting at bottom of the escalator so we would not miss him or the sign! 😊Our drop out person was Edward and he was the same, when he arrived he called me and told he was there. First time using a limo service in Las Vegas and chose Presidential because of recommendations on social media. Our flight was late getting in but our driver Robert was waiting for us at baggage claim. He was super nice and helpful getting the A/C just right and the stereo playing, and we got an unexpected upgrade to an SUV Limo! Robert took care of everything for us and we really enjoyed the trip. On our return trip to the airport our driver was William, he arrived well before our scheduled time which was great because we were packed and ready to go. He was very friendly and helpful too! Great communication from the company regarding emails with dispatch information and texts this morning when William arrived. So much easier and nicer than our usual taxi service, a little more expensive but WOW, what a way to travel. We will absolutely use Presidential again in the future.

Upon pickup at the airport our driver, Ulises, met us at the luggage pickup and assisted us with the luggage. He was professionally dressed, friendly, polite and was more than helpful. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. It was good talking with him as he told us what was going on in Vegas during this Covid situation. He dropped me next to the new Raider stadium that I wanted for a stop just to get a look see. then off to the hotel. I requested the same driver for our return trip and got the same great service. I will be using this company and , if possible, the same driver, Ulises, on future trips to Sin City. Too bad I could only give 5 stars

10/10 Presidential limousine provided great customer service and driving. I was a bit nervous chartering a transfer service, I had never used before. But boy was I happy with the outcome. The online booking modules were easy and very descriptive. You had to confirm multiple times your dates and selected vehicle. Which made It great for accuracy on both ends. I had a morning flight scheduled flying in from Lax to Las but I missed my flight due to the 101 being backed up from Hidden hills to Lax. I was worried I was going to lose my reservation as It was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. but now I wasn't arriving until 5:30 p.m. I called their customer service and they happily accommodated my later arrival with no added charges ! When landing at MCCARAN we were tired and did not want to spend energy and time looking for our driver. Good thing we didn't he was there with a sign waiting for us making himself easily visible. He helped with our checked luggage and loaded it on the limo. After he showed us how to use the audio system and gave us complimentary champagne. From the airport to the cosmopolitan was about a 15 minute drive with traffic it was a smooth and pleasant experience overall. Shout out presidential limousine for being awesome. Will be using again for my next trip to vegas

Where to start..... this is a review on the customer service I received during booking. My pick up is not scheduled until October however my reservation experience has just blown me away. I reached out via text to this limo company to find out about the party packages they offered. I sent a text on 6/29 and I received a response shortly after. The representative apologized and expressed that they no longer are offering those packages and they recommended another company. I liked how this person responded to me and I asked about a possible surprise limo rental for my daughters 21st birthday dinner. The rep was all about it, she actually seemed really excited for my daughter, I know that your like how was she excited in a text but you can tell by her words and how it seemed like a pleasure to her to be helping me plan this special surprise. She gave me so much information about the rental, the full price, what was included, how it worked, I had TONS of questions and she continued to answer every single one. I was totally feeling her customer service and told her I wanted to book. I did need to set up the dinner reservations first, I asked the rep what her name was she told me it was Kady, she also asked for my name so she would remember me when I reached back out. I reached back out later that evening however she was getting ready to leave and Kady told me she would reach out to me tomorrow morning(today). Kady texted me this morning and went over all the details with me and I booked it !!!!!!!!!!!!! She reassured me this will be a fantastic surprise for my daughter. I did get a little nervous about not knowing who the driver was because unfortunately he is not able to hold a sign up with our names on it. We are 4 ladies and getting into a car with a strange man scared me a little. Kady completely addressed my concern and told me not to worry that an email with the drivers name, phone number, make of limo and plate number will get sent to me a few days before. That just put the topping on the cake. I tell you I hope the pick up and ride go as smooth and pleasurable as the reservation did, because it was 100% top notch. Thank you Kady sooooo very much for answering ALLL of my questions and making this booking experience as easy and smooth as possible.

My family came down from Iowa for a vacation in February and I decided to use a transportation service since their arrival was around 10:30 in the evening. I had never used a limo service before although I have lived in Las Vegas for about three years. My first experience with Presidential Limo was extraordinary. Chris was our driver from the airport to my residence in Sun City and then back to the airport. I have nothing but compliments for Chris: punctual, safe, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and helpful, and very courteous -- the ultimate professional and a terrific representative of this company. Chris met and greeted us at the airport and I had requested a scenic drive down the strip vs freeways. He helped us with bags and led us up to an incredibly comfortable Cadillac. The rest of the trip was smooth and colorful as he pointed out highlights along the way. The early 5 am pick up back to the airport a few days later was just as comfortable and safe. My sister-in-law and family still rave about him since they had some trepidation about our town after the difficulties last year. I would definitely use Presidential Limo again. In fact, I have a former colleague visiting from LA, and I plan to treat him to a limo ride in about a week.

We booked Presidential to pick-up the bride (my wife) and bridal party from our hotel on the way to our ceremony. He was on time, looking great, and even holding a sign with my wife's name on it. Carey was the drivers name and he was wonderful. He drove us to the ceremony site, without needing additional directions (the ceremony site can be tricky to find). Was polite and opened the doors each time we stopped. When asked to park out of view of the groom, he obliged and took us around the corner to pop out for a minute. The car itself was the stretch limo. The interior was very classy, clean and well maintained. No tacky lighting or color schemes here. Very classy. The trip back, after the ceremony, to the reception, was also great. Carey knew where to go and took us there quickly. We were on time and very pleased with our driver the entire time.

Great service. Was on a business trip with wife and wanted to surprise her as she had never been in a limo. Got the airport stretch limo with champagne web deal. It was a great deal for the money. The pickup from the airport met all my expectations. The driver was very friendly, already knew where when we arrived and helped with them, and kept a perfect level of interaction/conversation. The return to the airport...not so much, but not too bad. Got an "upgrade" to the SUV limo, which felt cramped, surprisingly, but interesting experience - was kind of cool to see what it was like. Wasn't too bad, but wasn't nearly as good of an experience as the arrival. Not as clean, no ice for water, driver forgot champagne, no music (until we asked), etc. Kind of nit picking here, but comparing to the pickup. Wasn't a huge deal as we didn't care much about the champagne on the way back and the pickup was such a great experience, which is why I only deducted one star. I would totally do this again and don't think I would have any reason to look at any other service. Highly recommended.

I've used Presidential a couple times for the roundtrip airport pick up. The drivers are very good at being at the airport on time and very professional. The limos seem a little dated and I've had issues with the Bluetooth to play music, but that's not a deal breaker. During COVID they aren't automatically bringing the champagne, you have to stop at the nearest liquor store. When we went to pick up our bottle the driver said they don't always have it in stock, and if they don't I'd have to call Presidential to ask for a refund. Thank goodness it was in stock. But I wish I would have known or I would have said no to the champagne and not wasted our time picking it up. I'll use Presidential again because it's convenient and worth it when I'm traveling in a big group.

I reserved a stretch Escalade for round trip airport service for a bachelorette weekend. This vehicle comfortably fit 9 ladies and our luggage. Our driver Ben was great! He was very punctual and friendly and a great driver. I received an email notification after my reservation went through and great communication through text messages when we were arriving in the airport. Ben met us at the baggage claim area and even posed for a picture. We received complimentary champagne with our arrival trip which really started our weekend off on a great note. The pickup was amazing. One of our three flights (the only one they knew about) was 2 hours late. But the rest of us arrived on time. I called to ask if pick-up could be as originally scheduled, even though they were monitoring the flight and had planned on a late pickup. They were able to make that happen within 10 minutes. Our driver Don was terrific. The return was also great. Jules was early (and so were we) and we got to the airport in no time. She was pleasant and fun.

I reserved transportation from the airport to our hotel in advance. I reserved the Tesla X. Our flight was slightly delayed and when I landed, our driver called me to check on our status. Ramon was super friendly and waited for our arrival. Upon descending the escalators, Ramon stood with our name on an Ipad so we knew it was him. He insisted on taking our luggage for us, which were just roller carry ons. The Tesla was parked right outside the terminal, so we had a quick transition. He told Ramon we would like to stop at a liquor store and at a CVS for sunscreen. He took us to both and then to our resort. He answered our questions we had about the Tesla and we were so impressed with his professionalism. He is definitely an asset to your company.

It was a surprise pick up for a 60th birthday present at the airport, with the first pick up being us at the casino. Last minute flight was delayed by 40 minutes and as busy as they were on a Sat night they were still able to accommodate us within our time frame. Presidential for the nighttime tour. Only hope every driver is like “STEVE”. He confirmed 8 hours in advance/ tracked 2 separate flights/great instructions/right on time!!!! “What an experience”. Steve definitely showed up with his “A” game. He became part of the party. We had the grand limo 15 people I believe and there were 7 of us. (Which I would recommend for a group this size). We stopped and stocked the beautiful bar and we were off. Any sight we wanted to see and some off the beaten path. Could not have been more professional and fun. Presidential Limo just put the icing on the cake for a great trip to Vegas. The drivers on both the pick-up and return trip to the airport were courteous, friendly and professional. The communication from the company was outstanding. Emails were sent out giving all details of the trip, arrival times, etc. On the flight going to Vegas, the arrival was delayed by 3 hours. Not being able to speak to anyone while in flight, the company tracked the flight and had out chauffeur there as soon as we landed. I used the service March 21,2014 we got the stretch SUV it is an amazing Limo we where met by our driver Carey he is an amazing guy this was a surprised present for my parents and brother and he treated them and I like VIP guest. My brother had a different flight than my parents and I and his plane was delayed coming into Vegas Carey maintained me calm because I was about to go in a panic mode because my brothers plane was coming in late. He is such a great person and so funny you must request him you will love the guy. Also 2 weeks prior to the arrival I had to change hotels and let me tell you it was very easy to do on the phone and fast.And on the way back we also used the Stretch SUV limo and our driver was Shawn he is very friendly with him all I can say he is very friendly and professional because we really didnt have time to talk to him like we did with Carey but both drivers where amazing. So yes both Carey and Shawn get my 2 thumbs up. The service is very cheap for how they make you feel. I am booking them again for my next trip and will also be trying the Grand Canyon package. :) that is how happy I was with the service.

We have used this car service twice now for round trip airport transport and we HIGHLY recommend this service. We have tried another service on past trips and we have used taxi's; however we will be staying with this service for the future especially after this past trip....our driver was the best part of the last trip we took to Vegas after horrible flights and mega storm delays and a horrible hotel room. Mr. Ball is an excellent driver as is Mr. Grime we highly recommend them both, but we have never had a bad or unpleasant driver. When you reserve a car for airport transport which is airport to hotel, if you need something on the way like bottled water that is not purchased in gold bars like the casions or alcohol or something else just tell the driver and they will make a quick stop on the way to pick up what you need and they know where to go. We have used the cabs and while they will get you from one point to another it wont always be clean or have decent music or smell acceptable or have a driver that you are not concerned about. Really we HIGHLY recommend this service and we are frequent hard to please travelers.

in june 2021 i used this service for the first time i was met at baggage claim by a nice gentleman with an ipad with my name on it he assisted me with my luggage and took me to the vehicle he took me to my hotel and unloaded everything he was very professional and personable enjoyed there service and rebooked for my trip in may 2022

At the time of booking, I didn't think much of it, but I read a disclaimer mentioning that the vehicle is only guaranteed to be 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. Well, it was 110 that day and 20 degrees cooler is uncomfortable. We rented the stretch Escalade (12 passenger) in the middle of August. This flaw of the vehicle is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. It's not the fault of Presidential Limousine entirely, but rather a design flaw by Cadillac. Other than that, the process to reserve online was flawless after reaching out for a quote. The limousine that was shown online was what they delivered. They were new and well kept. Our driver, Carrie was excellent, very nice man and he a did great job accommodating our requests! Carrie was understanding and recommended we get out of stop and go traffic on the strip to try to increase the air flow that seemed to help a bit.

Impeccable! Took a flight out in December for birthday celebrations for our group of friends. Driver was waiting at the bottom of the escalator, by baggage claim, as stated on the website. Helped carry our bags, took some photos of us in front of the limo, had light talking in the car and dropped us off promptly at Caesar's. The website says the airport pickup comes with roses and apple cider, we received the champagne, which we will definitely take any day over cider. When we left it was as simple as getting downstairs, they even upgraded us to the 8 seater limo! A fantastic surprise! The driver was even kind enough to take us to the Las Vegas Sign on our way out of town. Our first time using Presidential, but we will definitely be back next time we head out to Vegas.

From the first Time where I had a driver named "Joe" when I booked thebsedan package and he made me feel like a VIP greeting me, and absolutely insisting I let him handle the luggage from off the baggage carousel, until he took it out of the vehicle, at the destination. And that is standard treatment. I've gotten that from everyone I've had and all my driver's deserve a shout out. In addition to Joe I've had Mark S. drove me back to the airport on the trip I had Joe. He gave me a boat load of recommendations for future trips and was a pleasure to talk to on the ride. Sidney F. on my next trip she picked me up from the airport and and being a local was able to add to suggestions I had received from Mark on my previous trip and really informative, at my inquiry, on how the city has become what it is now. Morris A. A true gentleman. When we got back to the airport, the traffic at departures was a total mess. And I told him he could just drop me off where we had been stuck for a bit. and my airline's area was as far away as possible. But reasured me it was not an issue or inconvenience and willingly crawled all the way to my airlines area. And that really meant a lot to me. I know as a chauffeur he could have just jumped at the chance for me to get out sooner to free up his availability, since this was part of their airport package, which has a flat fee. But he rode it out to make sure he dropped me off where I was supposed to go. Christopher- a real fun guy to talk to and like all others very informative. Had a great talk with him about the Golden Knights since I'm a fan of them too. And he provided me with plenty of recommendations in the even I ever come durrig hockey season, that may not get the attention on Social media that other places do. Sean- continuing the trend of great, professional, individuals who always go above and beyond to ensure I feel like a VIP. And was an absolute plasure to talk to, like all the others So long story short. I've never had a bad driver and they've all had lasting impressions on me and help my Vegas trip, be it either as they pick me up and I'm pumped and full of energy at the start. Or help ease the hurt of it being my last day and having to leave. When I come to Vegas. As soon as si book my flight and room the next step is booking their service, because I know I'll always be very satisfied.

This service is amazing. We took a trip from out past 215 on Charleston (near Red Rocks) to the strip and back for Thanksgiving dinner. This trip involved installing and later removing two car seats for children under two. They handled the whole thing perfectly. They did a great job of setting it up - I called less than twenty-four hours in advance. The limousines are clean, well-maintained, and up to date. The driver was superlatively professional. If I had to come up with something to complain about it would be that I didn't understand the charges until I got the receipt. That complaint should be tempered by the fact that the charges were about seventy dollars lower than I thought they would be.

If I could leave more than 5 Stars it would be done. Nearly last minute, I needed to reserve a limo for Friday morning at 1010am for an airport pickup and hotel delivery and it was already late morning on Thursday. This rental absolutely could not go wrong as I needed the limo to pick up a bride to be and her 5 bridesmaids for a weekend in Vegas bachelorette party. I logged on to their website and they had a tremendous amount of information on the types of vehicles available, pricing points, pricing options (round trip/hourly), etc. with the ability to reserve online. At first I thought it was too good to be true however once I started the reservation process it went better than I could have expected. After entering all of my information I quickly received a confirmation and realized I typed what I wanted on the "meet and greet" sign incorrectly, within no time I was able to exchange emails with Presidential and confirmed the correct update. In addition, early Friday morning I inquired if I could add champagne to the order, in no time I received confirmation that the champagne would be there. Most importantly, the limo was awaiting the ladies arrival, the limo was exactly as advertised and the driver, Quincy, couldn't have been more likable and professional. 5 Star Service from start to finish, I will only be utilizing Presidential for all future limo needs in Sin City.

When we arrived the driver was there on time waiting at baggage claim. We booked the stretch limo because it was my birthday and enjoyed the champange and rose. The next day we decided to get married and book a simple town car and the driver Mike that we had was freaking amazing looooved him. We actually went a couple hours over the time we originally booked, but he was fine and his attitude never changed very upbeat telling us the history of Vegas and giving some points of interest. Our next trip to Vegas we will be booking with presidential again and requesting MIKE.

I had service to and from the airport last weekend. Jailin picked us up from the airport (4199545*1). He was nice. But I was not impressed by the limo. I was actually quite disappointed in it since the rubber around the door was falling off (I took photos but see nowhere to upload them). And the car seemed clean but older. Also, the ride was a little rough. Weren't there supposed to be beverages and a rose too? I will say that the ride back to the airport was much better (4199545*2). The car was newer and nicer. Exactly what I thought I'd be getting for the first ride. Valerie was awesome! Very professional, early, and it was a smooth ride. Overall my experience with Presidential Limosine was good, but I wanted it to be EPIC since it was my first time in a limo. I recently had my first trip to Las Vegas. A long overdue first trip, I might add. And as such, I decided to treat myself and my girlfriends to a limo. At the recommendation of a friend, I booked an online round trip with Presidential Limos on their website. The gal that picked us up was named Imelda. She was awesome. She was waiting at baggage as promised, was very friendly, helped get our bags off the carousel and took us to a waiting stretch limo. The car was clean both inside and outside. It had no smell of past clients which made my nose happy. We had chilling champagne which she promply served us and all 3 gals got a rose. We felt like we were on a dating TV show. Imelda drove us to the Las Vegas sign and took our photo. Then off to our hotel where she unloaded our luggage to the waiting consierge The Wynn. Return trip we had Romain. He was at the hotel early, got all our bags loaded and got us off to the airport. In the Limo, and completely unsolicited, were several bottles of water on ice. How did he know?? We were thrilled since we had quickly found out that water is gold out there and we were parched. A smooth drive to the airport and without any of the normal traveling stress. Both coming and going, I received emails on my phone to let me know the time of the reservation, the address and the name of my driver. For the return it was off by an hour which may have been my mistake. In a panic I called at 12 midnight from the strip. A very nice lady said all was okay and made the correction. No fuss at all. Let me say I give them 5 stars across the board and will recommend Presidential Limo to anyone that asks. I plan to use them again as I know I will be back to Vegas.

Went to Vegas for an engagement party last weekend and got stuck in the air with the fog/smoke and couldn't land. To compound things, the girlfriend had put in the wrong flight number and wrong hotel. I landed and called to see if they were still picking us up and they stated they didn't have a driver there as the flight number was for a flight from San Diego to Denver. They said they would wave the fee to charge me twice since we put in the wrong information and would send a driver out right away. He was waiting for us before our luggage even got to baggage claim. I use Presidential limos with the champagne bottle everytime I come to Vegas and they are yet to disappoint. They are waiting with my name on a sign and direct me to where my bags are, they even ask if I need to stop anywhere before getting to the hotel. They very easily could have charged me twice this trip but they treated me extremely fair.

I have used this company numerous times and they have always been PERFECT. I however today had a driver name Isela. She was terrible. Instead of waiting at the bottom of the stairs like EVERY OTHER AIRPORT DRIVER IN VEGAS. This lady was waiting by baggage carousel 16 at the airport for what reason I have no idea. I didn't even check in bags so it took me sometime to find her. Then she tell me "you only have x amount of time left with the limo" so I make one stop on the way to the hotel and she comes inside the dispensary to remind me that I only have 15 minutes left because of traffic. Then tells me its her last reservation and she wants to go home. THen gets on the phone while driving blabbing away to someone in spanish. Bad attitude Bad service..... 5 more times using this company and they were perfect....review updated!

Professional Chauffeur's ! Nice way to get from McCarran to the strip and you have an hour so you can stop grab things like water for your room . It's a nice way to do it and the vehicles are clean and I have a feeling they're insured very well which obviously Uber and Lyft are not so it was a good experience and I'll use them again !

After going through five other companies in vegas, I have settled on this one as permanent. The limos are cleaner and better kept than any other service in Vegas. Their people are sales oriented and their fleet is massive. Free champagne and waters in the limo was more than most offer. It may not be the cheapest but there are a million good reasons for that. Don't cheat yourself. Go here. Ask for Gordon, the driver. He is friendly, discreet and knows Vegas very well.

In my opinion the airport transfer is a good deal especially if you are staying downtown (since a cab ride is going to cost you $80+) and you typically have enough time to make a quick stop at the Las Vegas sign or liquor store, etc. You also get a bottle of champagne and roses for the girls. The last trip we had July 2012 our airport transfer driver to and from was Ted, super nice guy. If you have never been to Las Vegas or never seen any of the free attractions on the strip, then by all means take the strip tour. Again, you also get a bottle of champagne and roses for the girls. It's a great tour consisting of the Las Vegas Sign – Photo Op, Fountains of Bellagio – water, music & light show, Sirens of T.I. – Live Theatrical Show, Mirage Volcano – Eruption & Tropical Gardens, Fremont Street Experience – Laser Light & Sound Show. If you have all ready seen one of these or don't want to see one or more of these, they will let you change it up. You basically have the limo for 3 1/2 hours. Oscar was our driver this last time, he started off great, but got a little obnoxious by the end (more suited for a bachelor party), I guess we should have closed the partition... back in 2010 we used Sean Creel and he was more accommodating. Cars have always been nice and clean, light and music controls, etc. I would recommend.

Also, the ABC liquor store they go to pick up the champagne doesn't have any diet soda. Ridiculous! Who pays so much money for a stretch limo and then gets treated like a pauper.

I am going to give this company 5 stars despite being mislead when booking...The 5 stars is because of the professional driver named Ron...We book the limo to go to the Grand Canyon...I was told when I booked that the driver would have knowledge of the Grand Canyon and would show us the sites around the attraction but the skywalk would be extra...When we got picked up, our driver immediately told us that we would be dropped off and there would be additional expenses incurred which he said could be up to $80.00 per person....I told him what we were told and he said I want you to know exactly what to expect...When I booked the trip the person told me he was new and put me on hold several times to answer my questions which wasn't exactly accurate...All in all , I asked for a call 10 minutes before pick-up which was done...The limo was immaculate....Air conditioning was great...Had the Cadillac Escalade for 8 people...Smooth ride...Ron did show us a few sites and was very friendly....I think this is a professional company who didn't try to intentionally mislead us but think that they would make sure people are better trained when taking reservations...Would certainly use again...
