We had a booking for a limo on our wedding day that totally messed up 5 days before our wedding so we found this company and they were extremely nice! They always answer the phone right away and they were very knowledgeable. We had Lindell as a driver and he totally exceeded our expectations. He even held my cardigan for me while we were taking pictures and made sure that I was keeping warm because it was cold outside. We loved having him be part of our wedding day and I'm glad we even got a picture with him!

PSS is the best! They made our trip to Las Vegas comfortable and provided exceptional service. Their drivers are top notch and extremely knowledgeable about what's happening in Vegas. Did I mention we need last minute service to a show all the way across town. I simply messaged through the app and they had driver ready and waiting for us at pickup! PSS was amazing on our most recent trip to Las Vegas. They actually saved our trip after everything went wrong trying to get to LV for the weekend. After at least 6 flight cancellations/changes and arriving almost 24hrs after our original scheduled time, our driver was still there to meet us at baggage claim. They did not charge us an extra fee for the changes and were incredibly kind throughout our otherwise travel nightmare. The drivers were professional and the cars were beautiful and clean. They are the only car service we'll be using on our trips to LV from now on!

Leaving for a flight at 3am and wasn't positive I'd find an Uber at that time. Decided to go with this service for the sake of confidence/stress. I booked online around 6pm for the 3am pickup. I made a mistake and set PM instead of AM. I called and they resolved the situation/confirmed service very quickly. Driver was super nice and friendly. TL/DR - great customer service and would use again.

We had Douglas as our driver. It was provided by a third party for the Aviator's game. He was a really nice guy. We opened the door for my wife and I. He was super helpful. This guy was 100% the best driver. The way he carried himself as a person also represents his company was out of this world. They deserve more then 5 stars. If I could give more I would. Thank you again for the perfect opportunity as a first timer as a passager.

Call last minute, once we drove to Vegas did not want to have to drive around Vegas.. I called and they had a Car there ar the time requesting. Our car was up graded to a party bus. He was great took us to get supplies we needed , picked up people from Airport. Drove us to get marriage license, to wed venue, a couple other stops and back to Hotel had a great night Thanks to our Driver.
