I contacted them for my boss' birthday bash. He ordered a limo bus for our party. Since we were a huge party with different arrival times, it was hard to coordinate the schedule of the limo. Most limo companies that I contacted didn't reply to my email, while others say that it was complicated for them to handle and we would need to pay extra for the arrangements. Luckily, Omni Limo was accomodating and they booked the arrangements for us and coordinated with their drivers to pick us up at designated times. Sam was really pleasant so she deserves a special praise in here.

I have been riding with several limos in the past but Omni Limo is definitely topnotch. I booked for the 4th of July weekend and they were very punctual considering that it was a very busy day. They asked me if I wanted to take a shorter route to the hotel or the scenic route but with more traffic. Glad to have such amazing people in this industry. You can tell that the car is clean and properly maintained just by the smell. The smell was not overpowering but more of a neutral floral and fresh scent!

We called them last minute and it was still the best time! They came a little late because it was a last-minute call but they made sure to communicate with us well. Car was a bit old but well-maintained as they already informed us that they were almost fully-booked for that day. Clean cars and really nice smelling.

Impressive is an understatement. I can't even begin to describe how Omni Limo has made our trip better. They made sure that we were a hundred percent satisfied and they kept on asking if we were okay and we should just tell them if we need anything during the ride. Weddings are fun, especially if you book the right suppliers. My cousin's wedding was a disaster since their limo rental arrived 30 minutes late and it disrupted the entire day. We scheduled car service 24 hours prior to our flight arrival. Our driver was Darrius. He took great care of us. He was waiting on us when our flight landed and had clearly tracked when it landed and texted us right after with where to meet him. I highly recommend - it was slightly more than reserving ride share in advance but worth the extra care and attention.

Totally excited to be with friends as we celebrate my bestfriend's bridal shower and it was made even better by the fun night that we had when we rode with Omni Limo. We made a stop at the liquor store for additional drinks so we really enjoyed the night with so much booze and laughter. The driver was also very considerate and he assisted us when needed.

Airport pick-up confirmed via text by Michael of OMNI and then there he was awaiting us at baggage claim with a smile, handshake, professional suit and sign with our name on it at luggage claim. He grabbed all our bags off the carousal. Michael was conversational and charming starting our trip off so positively! Very nice car and comfortable ride. Ride back to the airport was verified via text by Steve Clingan. He was early as well (just like Michael). Dynamic guy, enthusiastic greeting and so respectful. These OMNI guys were both Top Notch!!! Trust me, we had 2 Uber experiences as well during our Vegas stay and those drivers were beyond rude with no friendly greeting (in fact the compete opposite) and they acted like they were doing US a favor by even showing up. We would definitely use OMNI again on our next trip.

I thought VIP treatment was reserved for those that rents limo but they offered me special treatment that I won't get with other companies.

They were friendly when I called about a refund due to change of plans. However it took several attempts to get it due to errors in there system. They did try and call me but had a lot happening. Email about the mistakes made. Once they finish updating There system should be OK to use there service. Mistakes happen however, the fact it took several attempts to be notified of the errors leaves something to be desired.

I ordered car service for my parents. They were completely awesome - the website is great. They took care of my parents and worked really well with what they wanted. It went so well that I ordered return service for pick up back to airport. I will now book them for my future trips to Vegas. I would have given them five stars BUT they do not charge you what the website says. Granted it is around 2 dollars difference they should still honor that pricing. Customer service via telephone could use some tweaking but other than that overall experience was good.

Contrary to previous reviews, my experience with Omni Limousine was excellent...and I have to be honest, I was a little worried. I booked transportation for round trip to/from McCarran Airport. Our drivers were on time (early), very courteous, as well as professional and the vehicles were immaculate. I had to change our reservation from Monday to Tuesday 3.5hrs prior to pickup and had zero problems. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful and made the transition seamless. Thank you Omni for taking such great care of us! We hope to be returning soon!

My wife and I got married on Feb 3rd 2019 at Rainbow Gardens and hired a limo from Omni to pick us up after the reception and take us to the Excalibur for our wedding night. The reception actually ended close to an hour before the limo was scheduled to arrive, so we had our Wedding planner, Kelly Ann from Rainbow Gardens, call Omni to request an early pickup. The limo arrived at the perfect time and our exit to the limo was amazing. The driver stood there dressed perfectly with a big smile on his face and an infectious personality that made the ride even more perfect. He even stopped as we were leaving and backed back into the venue so i could make a last minute dash to my Best man to get the tip for the limo driver we had almost forgotten. The ride to the Excalibur was smooth while we enjoyed the amazing view on the way, and the exquisite luxury of the interior of the limo, complete with beverages and appropriate music. When we pulled up to the front of the Excalibur, the limo driver opened our door and both me and my wife stepped out feeling like royalty, which is fitting since we were both dressed like it. Thank you so much for the amazing first time experience in a limo and I highly recommend this limousine company to Any and All who come to Las Vegas

Our experience experience! I had arranged a surprise limo ride for my husband "2 Real" for his birthday once we landed at the airport. Steve, our driver, was great. He was professional and punctual. I reserved my departure ride the day prior. $50 set rate including gratuity from the stratosphere. (May I inform u, my taxi from the airport to golden nugget was 45 and change with the gratuity...not a big difference). I called the afternoon of my pickup to confirm my rsvp... as I had reserved online. My driver JP was punctual, communicated by phone he was arriving soon, and asked me what outfit/attire or people to look for... it was a smooth process, pleasant drive, and good conversation. I can't complain, I was pleased and thankful for their professional services.

This company is Top Notch! Our reservation was made the same day and when I tell you this company was right on time, they were! Let me just clarify our SW flight was thirty minutes early and our driver, please forgive me we can’t remember his name, but he was there waiting on us! He even knew which carousel to pick up our luggage at! Believe you me we had no clue where to go! He even got our luggage off the carousel, took them out to the clean BMW 7 series waiting for us! I’m so sorry we can’t remember our drivers name but he even asked if we needed to stop at a store, which we did! We thank you for making our trip open up with a bang! We booked an SUV with them a month ago while we were at a convention in Vegas but since it was our first out-of-town trip in 2 years, the girls suggested a night of fun at The Strip so we also got a limo for 2 hours and we ended up visiting 3 clubs. Very convenient and fun for all of us.
