Great experience! Booked airport pick-up and return for a bachelorette party. Communication from Luxury Limousine was easy and they were very responsive. When we landed, had a text message from our driving saying he was waiting at baggage claim. Chauffeur Bruce was so friendly, helped with our luggage, and was very accommodating. We played our own music, stopped at the Vegas sign for photos, and stopped at the liquor store. The Limo was very nice and had water and champagne on ice. I would use them again for future trips to Vegas!

Absolutely incredible experience. Booking with Vegas Girls Night Out was so easy. Communication from Luxury Limo was amazing and clear. Driver Robert was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly, Robert was the best part- such a cool guy. We could play our own music, stopped at the Vegas sign for photos, and had a wonderful time. It was several people’s favorite activity of our time in Vegas Huge thank you to Robert!

They were amazing, lots of communication along the way, the limo was on time, clean and they we even got an upgrade due to a promotion at the time. In particular a big shout out to Bruce our driver, who helped with bandaid's when the Groom cut his leg on a cactus! 10/10 would recommend

Reliable limousine service. It was my first time in las Vegas and I was lost at the airport. Driver was very helpful in finding my luggage that got move twice to other carousels. Both drivers early and text me. Great service to and from the airport. If I ever go back to las vegas I will call them again.

We used Luxury twice while in Vegas and they were fantastic. First of all, Robin at the office was a pleasure to work with. She helped me every step of the way. We had airport pickup which went smoothly although we arrived earlier than expected. Luxury was so easy to get a hold of and gave us a scenic tour while on our way to Caesars. Then we booked a three hour excursion to drive around the strip at night. Steven was our driver and was absolutely terrific. He was such a character and made all the stops we wanted and had some great stories for us along the way. Can’t wait to use Luxury again!

Booked for a birthday party in September 2021 and communication was easy and the minor changes we made were not an issue. The driver was prompt and even tried to contact me several times when the pick up location needed be changed bc the hotel didnt allow buses in the usual pick up spot. When we got to the pick up spot we couldn't believe the bus that was parked waiting for us - it was twice the size of the one we booked. I was scared, because we were on a budget, so I made sure this was the correct bus for our reservation lol This was a very memorable moment for the Birthday Girl! Thank you for making her birthday one she will always rememeber ❤ Our driver Jeff made sure our experience was nothing short of a damn good time! He was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and overall just an awesome guy 😊 Thanks again, will be using Luxury Limousines for our upcoming trip in October 🤘

Thank you for a great experience with Luxury Limousines of Las Vegas. Was able to book 4 rides very easily, and over the phone, with very convenient payment options. It took me time to finalize my schedule but updating them and changing the hours was very easy and smooth. Absolutely brilliant. Getting a quote and getting booked was easy with the professional help from Robin in the sales office. Our arrival to Vegas was quite delayed and Robin in the office and Miguel our driver worked with us despite a lot of ambiguity our end to make sure we were picked up and our various transportation requests we rescheduled. We were also able to book a pick up from a bar last minute. This company goes the extra mile and the folks that work there really care - I highly recommend that you use them for your transport needs in Vegas. Huge thanks to Robin and Miguel.

I was on the fence about trying out a new charter service. But boy was I not disappointed at all. Shelby in the sales Dept was attentive and helpful, I submitted an inquiry Tuesday and she got back to us the next day. Went over pricing, vehicle selection, and overall what we wanted to do. Ultimately we booked a 12-person Sprinter Limo, all done with ease I made the reservation with her while driving up there. She was so polite and courteous and with the utmost professionalism. Someone give her a raise !! Once the CC auth was filled out and signed, I called her she confirmed all looked good. Then we were just waiting for our time slot later in the evening. Miguel our driver had texted me about 3 hours prior to confirm pick up, and even sent detailed directions with photos, of where he'd be waiting for us. Luckily we found him fast he introduced himself, showed us how the sound system worked and we were gone. The ride was so smooth it was 10 of us and we fit so well and his driving was calm and safe. About 40 minutes into the ride I said we had to stop for the restroom, and he pulled up to the Plaza opened the door for us, circled the roundabout, and all smooth. Thank you, Shelby and Miguel you two are amazing. Also, the free bottle of bubbly was thoughtful and much appreciated, you have a returning customer. And referrals will be sent out to family and friends. Cant wait for my next trip so my family and I can enjoy this again. Also thanks for being patient and making sure we were all situated and comfortable

The process of booking was good and helpful. The service received from King was great and extremely accommodating from pick up to the end of our time. The sprinter was nice, clean, spacious and modern. Although a bit pricey than most, you get what you pay for.

We used luxury limousines for our wedding party beginning of June . Our driver Jeff was brilliant and deserves a 5 star review ! He did absolutely everything to accommodate our group. He was on time , provided a smooth ride and was always waiting for us at the pick up / drop of locations . The only reason we are deducting 1 star was because of the heat inside the limo - Jeff did everything in his power to cool the vehicle, AC on infront , window shutters etc. however I believe the limo was lacking AC in the back .

Ismel was an incredibly professional and attentive chauffeur. We enjoyed every moment of our 3 hour ride. We had the limo/party bus for 12 people. Robin was gracious, friendly, and warm. From the second I called to ending our ride, our experience with Luxury Limousines was professional, exciting, and memorable. Anytime I need limo services Luxury Limousines will be our go to business!👏🏽 I’m so happy: we all had the time of our lives going up and down the strip. We were able to have our own alcoholic beverages on board. Complimentary champagne was provided :D ice and waters ! Bluetooth audio , excellent AC, clean, spacious and Punctual.

Literally called hours before needing to be pickup at the airport and the lady at the desk was beyond helpful and accommodating! Such an amazing time and great experience! Our chauffeur Rick did a fantastic job, he was polite, funny, friendly and kind. When we had a little too much- he checked in 3 times to make sure we were okay. The Mercedes Sprinter we had was clean, beautifully lit, and had the bass pounding! If possible I'd give them 10 stars. Definitely a must do in Vegas! We will be back again in a couple months, and will be using them again! Love love love this place!

They were AWESOME! We were there for a bachlorette party and they took great care of us. We booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, and then back to the airport at the end of our stay. We also booked for a trip to freemont street and back on one of our nights there. They went above and beyond to be helpful. The morning we were supposed to fly out we had to make a last minute change to our pick up time due to wait times at the airport and they were more than accomodating. I will definitely book all of my transportation through this group next time we come back. Thank you all again!

We had a GREAT time on our party bus. Our driver was Rick. He was AWESOME! We basically brought our own food and beverage on the bus (with about 25 people), drove around for 2 hours including a stop at the Las Vegas sign (no line as it is the off season now) and had the time of our lives. We were hosting some of our clients, and they were all singing and dancing and having drinks and food. Rick made the experience exceptional, and my wife even got another party bus a few days later for her birthday party. Highly recommend these guys. Price is very good and the service is great.

Their name could be Luxury Customer Service! There was a mix up with the vehicle that arrived, it was a bit small for our party, but the driver, Desmond, made it seem like it was no problem at all. They're all about you enjoying yourself. They still refunded me the difference AND provided us free return ride to the airport at the end of our stay. Cowboy Bob picked us up and once again we were treated like royalty. We will only use Luxury Limousines when we come to Vegas. They ensure your Vegas experience starts with them.

I booked the Mercedes Sprinter Limo Van for a bachelorette party in April 2019. Our driver Greg was awesome. The van comfortably fit 13 ladies with room for us to dance! (Seated dancing as we were resting our feet between stops) We visited the Vegas sign, cruised the strip and went to a few clubs. It was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our weekend. Also, the sound system is banging! 5 stars!

Our driver Guy went above and beyond to make our wedding a special day, at the venue he went the extra mile helping to pour drinks and set up. After the ceremony he took us to the famous sign for pictures and got us the VIP cut in the long line lol! His party bus was fairly new and had more than enough room for our large group. Bobby went above and beyond on our wedding night in Las Vegas last weekend. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and toured us around for the night of our lives. While I had planned on limos for the wedding party from our hotel to the wedding location, and planned on a limo later for the reception, he was flexible and worked with our schedule to add what ended up being two more full stops to the night (Reception to Fremont, and Fremont back to the hotel way later). An absolute delight and a blast, saved me a ton of time and money either stuffing everyone into cabs or trying to explain to the mother and father in law how Uber works, and on top of that the rides were a blast. Would recommend this company (and Bobby specifically) to anyone down in Vegas. Easy to talk to, easy to work with, and a great time. He even offered (since we had a short ride to start the night off from MGM to Mandalay) to take the long way to help me ease some pre-wedding nerves, and still got us there as on time as a true professional would. Next time I'm in LV (which is far too often sometimes), I'll be giving him a call!

Great experience, arranged everything via email etc from the UK with Jenna, she was really helpful. Once in the US, other than snags where I couldn't ring Luxury Limos to make payment (possibly to do with my phone) finally managed to pay and everything went to plan. I've been living in Las Vegas for many years and have used many limo companies but none have compared to VLS. It was my birthday and decided to go all out with a limo Instead of uber. I was so glad I did the service I got was something you can't compare. There is still nothing like popping a bottle of bubbly in the back Of a limo. I had lots of stops on my birthday tour and started out with a super nice Chrysler limo Driven by yohannes. He was great I forgot something at home and had to turn around (not that easy in a limo ) he didn't make me feel bad he was just there to make sure I was happy and had everything I need. For the rest of my evening I Went with a Cadillac Suv. Eric was great very personable. Knew his way around Vegas so just got to sit back and enjoy while he got us to where we wanted to go. When it was time to do to our next stop Eric was ready and waiting for us. On our way home We added stops on our way home because after seeing how nice this caddie was my two friends that were going to uber home asked if we could drop them on our way. I will always go with VLS over all the other companies the cars, service and prices can't be beat.

I booked with Luxury Limos for my wedding on 1/18/2023. They were awesome! There was a little mixup with the date, but they immediately rectified the error and upgraded the ride to a brand new luxury party bus. We had so much fun with Cowboy Bobby who took us wherever we wanted to go. I will definitely book with them again if the need arises.
